Pathetic customer service and very unprofessional. I have been trying to get an appointment for my father for the last 7 days and they have been uncooperative to say the very least. I stay near the rash Behari clinic and they are suggesting appointments for a branch that is way too gar from my place. Give them a call and they will say send report only then we can give appointment. I am not sure if this is their regular policy or they don’t have slots. They should be upfront if they don’t have dates and not be so vague about the appointment dates making us wait a week to finally understand that they are not interested in giving the appointment at all and have been just making excuses without saying the truth. Very unprofessional and uncooperative.

Staff need urgent training to be customer oriented! Dietician is very general where as in a diabetes centre need to be very specific and advise case to case basis! A large no of path lab reports are doled out in a short time of whose veracity and correctness is doubtful! Two of my reports were told that they would be sent in a few days time but even after 10 days those reports have not been sent! I had to call up multiple phone nos yet have not recd the reports even after 10 days

Dr. Mohons Chennai is very much cooperative and caring to the patients. But in Rashbihari branch the staffs are not polished. They communicate with a patient from a distance apart and loudly.... My father(79years old) and mother (71years old) faced such a bad manner from the staffs. Why there is so much discrepancy? We had never faced it in Chennai.. for your kind information, my mother was admitted at Chennai Mohons for 3days.. we were thankful to all staffs, nurses and Doctors of Chennai Mohons for their beautiful behaviour
