Got a very bad experience with this hospital and with the whole management.The only best part is doctors here else everyone is crushing patients. Xray which they chare like Rs2800 is outside at just Rs800 There is no discount in medicine Unnecessarily you ll have to wait for hours to show report. Why they take only cash ? I will give written mail to income tax office to audit there file on the basis of electricity consumption and raw materials consumption and staff salary comparing to other hospitals who are taking all kinds of payments and giving taxes to government They really didn’t met a good person in respect of all this Excessive price of everything including belt knee belt phisiotherepy and anything They are charging for blood 🩸 test 2500 which is outside just rs 500 Literally fooling to patients Whenever i ll get time i ll make a big blog for his hospital and reveal very soon everything My suggestion go to doc but dont take any blood test x ray and belts from there. Come ahead and fight for your rights.

The hospital is just looting money in the name of medical service. My experience is too bad with them, I got my son's treatment through an Orthopaedic surgeon who is a visiting doctor here. Even for a normal XRay they charged Rs.700/-when for same XRay I paid 600 in Apollo Gleaneagles Hospital. Today my son's plaster was removed for which I paid full fees to the doctor. The nursing home attendant was just asked to apply some betadone and cover the wound with bandage. Nursing home started making bill by adding for each item and they charged Rs.600 for something which was not worth over Rs.100. i had to pay this amount over and above doctors full treatment fees. The Admin and cashier's behaviour was so rude when I asked for justification of this charge. I would never recommend this place for any Orthopaedic treatment when it's going to be a burden for any middle class family and a big hospital would charge less than here.

Doctor tanmay who sits here charges 700 fees and then 700 for nominal xray and then some charges for medicine and then if they provide you supporters then 600 for that too. And all this has to be paid in cash. they have clearly put it above there cash counter that they only accept cash nothing else.so it's an advice if you are going here then please carry 5000 cash. And personally I wont advice this hospital.

I underwent knee ligament operation two days ago in this nursing home and my operation was successful my operation was done by Dr. Abhishek Das sir very good doctor experienced doctor and very good with patients humanity doctor I am thankful to him. The staff here is also good for my previous operation. Visited SSKM and Medical College many times. I contacted many doctors but nothing worked.

It's a private hospital and one can't expect corporate set up here. The good and the bad balance them out. The doctors are experienced and know their job well. They do not advocate sophistication/luxury in treatment. In case you are loyal to apple, this place is not meant for you. But, if you want remedy at justified rates, you can visit and get cured.

Clean hospital and staff's behaviour is good. But patient parties have to go inside the hospital bare footed. This is very risky. Feet are very susceptible to infections and that is highly possible in hospitals. Also there can be broken pieces of glasses of ampoules, syringes or glass utensils. They should provide sleepers or disposable shoe covers

Overall experience was Good because of Doctor response was Good Nurses needs to understand in general ward silence important. Every chit and chat happens in the middle of ward ruins the mental state of patients.

Inside nurse,mashi service are very bad they don’t know to behave with patient they don’t know to take care of patients Very rough service Discomfort zone for patient Noisy area because all staff are making noise inside If patient wants to do toilet then patient need to suffer a lot because they don’t listen patient problems they are not ready to listen anything from the patient If patient call them then they don’t respond Irresponsible service Doctor service is good After discharge mashi,cleaner,wheel chair holder asks for tips If you think for money with in low package you can go for it according to other hospital or nursing home Mashi,cleaner,security guard, nurse all are older age.

I was admitted there for the first five days of the new year, very clean and the behavior of the staff there was also very good.

All patient have to open there footwear even in winter also but all staff and doctor are wearing footwear.Doctor and staff treated as a customer not as a patient.

One of my close relatives spent a few days here post a road accident , back in early 2022. He had a tibial fracture as a result of the accident . The knee surgery was a success and the patient has healed considerably nowadays . The staff were generally attentive and efficient. The twin sharing cabin was neatly maintained . This place will most times insist on ' in - house ' radiography tests , which are bit more expensive than most other places . If you have insurance , your bill will adjust according to your sum insured , which has become the norm in majority of private hospitals. The discharge process was really cumbersome as there was endless negotiations going on between the insurance company and the nursing home. A decent mid -range place, with some scope for improvement in the billing process.

Very good place for any type major ortho surgery. Very professional staff and Doctors.

This place deserves negative rating. I went there with my mother having a fracture on one of the fingers of her left leg. They charged a humongous amount of 11000 for a plaster which is a maximum of 1500 elsewhere. Also, they did not put the plaster on the fractured finger, rather covered every part from knee to toe except fingers. This is absolutely daylight robbery with mistreatment. Also, payment is only via cash with a random handwritten invoice. I will file a case against this place and urge everyone not to ever visit here. It's been one year and my mother is still suffering due to the mistreatment.

My sister was admitted here for lap chole surgery under Dr. Badal roy. She was shifted to the O.T at around 6:30 am but the ot must have started by around 7 pm.. but there was no communication by 8:39 pm also, that what was the condition of the pt. And when asked at the reception, about the surgery and I being a healthcare person knows this well that lap chole doesn't take this much of time. A person from account section came and outbursed, ridiculous behaviour. Hospital management pls bring this issue to your concern..

Very bad experience they did not except any kind of card...and the nurses or doctor are also very rude unprofessional.

Doctor is sitting free still receptionist not giving appointment. They are portraying as if doctor is busy but it isn't. Last time I went there n sat and then i got appointment. It's just that the management is pathetic

I waited for 4hrs to show reports to Dr DD Bakshii. Receptionist told to come at 2.30 and I had to wait for 4hrs just to show a report. Very pathetic service and staffs

We were here apprx 5 years ago. From then not much development. May be due to Covid situation? Like no air conditioner in reception really tells something not up to the mark with the nursing home.

A decent and clean hospital. The staff ensures everyone opens their shoes so as to keep the hospital cleans. It has a long list competitive doctors. My mom was admitted here for 2 days for Laparoscopic surgery. All went wel. Only issue is that the hospital doesn't have any form of digital payment, it accepts only cash (this may change in future)

I was admitted in this Nursing Home and have some good experience. I was got treatment of my leg and cured completely with low budget. Dr D. D Baksi always careful of his patients. He is very meticulus and attentive. He looks into all problems of the patients and takes action in no time

Unnecessary hidden charges. Even they act for everything that they are producing every product for patients, but not they just show off eventually they purchase everything from market and handover to patients on double cost.. No any payment slips provide by them. Everything cost double. Like. Like bandage, plaster, X-ray. Each and everything.. Why not income tax taking action against them. The health department should intervene and take some action. They are taking advantage of Injured people.. I request health department to take action..

This is a renowned and popular hospital in kolkata. Here hospital facilities are extremely good and also all employees are too good and well behaved. Specifically doctor, nurses, technologist and management faculty everyone is too good. Especially orthopedic treatment and surgery both are done, it is also done by very reasonable price from the market. Doctors and nurses are very careful to the patient. Patient stay here very comfortably like their house. It is a best place for orthopedic treatment.

The six days that she was in your care you showed such kindness and caring that made her life comfortable and pain free. Thanks to all the doctors. All the attending DOCTORS are good behaved, highly experienced, service of all the staffs, starting from reception, sisters, attendants, and RMOS' excellent. Charges are reasonable. Wish a grand success of this institution.
