Repose is among the worst hospitals in Kolkata. Nurses, receptionists, general staffs, manager all of them are pathetic. They always try to frighten the patient and patient party. Never listen to the problem of patient and patient parties. Only good thing is that some good doctors of Kolkata operates here, but cost almost matches with the corporate hospitals in kolkata, but service wise it is the Hell of kolkata.

I had a biposy done here yesterday. The doctor suggested thw nurse to remove the catheter today morning and release the patient. The nurse pushed it too hard and that caused bleeding. My father lost almost half bag of blood just for a mistake that nurse made. And They didnt even care to inform us that my patient is bleeding. The doctor came by and fixed it by himself. The nurses lacks of experience. Very dirty floor. The people in receiption desk are rude. If you love your family members dont go there for any OT. 🙏🏼

Most unhygenic hospital I have ever seen. Nurses are so rude and idiotic.They have no knowledge and also speak in the worst manner possible. They r full of attitude for no reason. "3rd class"is the perfect term for this hospital .The so called "maasi" don't even bother to help u when u child vomits. U need to clean everything by urself.They only expect tips from u. I could find cockroach Every night in their Dirty bathrooms. Such poorly maintained and highly priced. Would never recommend this place to anybody.. I don't even wish to give one star.

Very unhygienic hospital... I admitted my kid for a surgery. It was monsoon then and the entire staircase of the nursing home was looking like some open railway station... The condition was really messy. Very good Doctors are linked with the nursing home however, the infrastructure is really poor. The nurses are incompetent and unresponsive. Finally, they make the visitors to leave their footware outside during this COVID scenario and then people have to walk on those dirty floors. The treatment charges do not really support the services they offer. If you are under a good Doctor, you do not have to worry about the treatment but the support services are horrible.

The hospital was built around 1970. So it can not be compared with newly arrived corporate hospital in respect to space, amenities or any other physical infrastructure. Except the luxurious part, Repose Clinic has all infrastructure needed to provide morden treatments and care . Repose is empanelled under CGHS for medical facilities to all Central Government Employees (Servings/Pensioners) and their families. So, it is maintaining all the infrastructure needed as per Union Health Ministry guidelines for health care providers. Repose Clinic has three big OT roooms, equiped with all morden facilities. It has very good NICU for newborns, comparable with all corporate hospitals of Kolkata. Best of Suergons of Kolkata on various range of specialist are attached with this Hospital. My wife was admitted under Dr. Suparna Banerjee, one of the best Gynecologist of Eastern India. We got services of best doctor under the roof of Repose Clinic.

Met with plastic surgeon Dr. Sourav Sethia. Had a post surgery (lipoma) discussion with him. Got to know many aspects about lipoma and gynecomastia which also I am having. Now I am more confident about going for gynecomastia surgery. Thank you.

Excellent experience. This place provides state-of-the art facilities at most affordable prices incomparable in whole of Calcutta. The panel of doctors available with them are not only the best in Calcutta but probably one of the best in India. Their new natal and post natal care facilities are undoubtedly the best keeping mind even Bhagirathi devi Neotia in mind. Excellent team Repose keep it up.It caters to all classes of people from the high end to the marginal sections of the society most and more importantly they never compromise on the quality of treatment which is rarely found these days. And serving for last 50 years almost with such a good reputation is definitely praiseworthy.

This privately owned Nursing Home is very well located very close to Ballygunge Phanri on Broad Street. Ideal for those in south Kolkata. Convenience is a big plus. Has OT facilities and several top specialists are attached here, but the main problem is that it cramped for room, very congested. I got my minor heart operation done here as the surgeon was one of Kolkata's top cardio thoracic surgeons and this place was convenient for him. A big negative is that this place is not included in the cash less hospitals list of my Medical Insurance Company National Insurance Co., I had to pay and recover my money from the insurance company. There was also a problem with the billing, the Nursing Home provided partial bills and not a Final Bill during Release. Though the surgery was perfect, overall, I give it a three star

This clinic is near Ballygunge phari. You can get an auto from park circus 4no bridge.This clinic is not so big and decorated. staff's & nurses are good and very much helpful. Doctors are also good. At present some part of the clinic is under construction.Overall this is a good clinic

Staff and Reception staff are ill-Behaved, Arrogant and Rigid. They don't even take the doctor's advice correctly. Ask your doctor to change the nursing home for any OT or Checkups here. Worst Experience.

If there is a choice avoid this place. You will get ripped off quite easily. It’s surprising how this place carries on without any care for hygiene and cleanliness. Their only concern is to rip off money from patients by whatever means. Very bad and disgusting experience. And also they will send the patient back with bed sores from the ICU or whatever that absolutely dirty facility is. Very unfortunate.

On 15th January my child was admitted in Repose clinic for hyperbilirunimia refered by Dr. Kaustubh Banerjee.I am really greatful to my baby's Dr for his kindness & caring also thankful to all staff of the clinic.Repose clinic is really good for Baby's treatment,and Dr kaustubh Banerjee also very good and efficient Dr in his age .
