Located just beside the Parnasree Chhata Park, it is an unisex multi-gym. It is not too big. Modern equipments are available with trainers. Opening hours are 6.30 am to 12.30 pm, 4.30 pm to 10.30 pm from Monday to Saturday. Rates are: 8500/half-yearly, 16500/annually, which is not reasonable considering the amenities provided by them. Also, Sunday is closed which is a big backdrop. Also, the gym is not much spacious if good number of people turns up.

This is the best gym at Parnasree . U will not find a better place if u wanna get fit. Trainers are very helpful and encouraging. If u want to join a gym then it's the best option without thinking twice. It has all modern amenities. Trainers are all good. Very spacious and well maintained gym. The people and the ambience out there feels like family.

Trainer Abhijit Halder remains too busy on mobiles and tend to forget candidates' problem areas.

Gym is small but great staff and very good fitness instructors , cleanliness is well maintained and owner take great interest , price is little higher but this gym is best in this area , unisex gym flexible timing air-conditioning and well maintained

Terrific gym with very good machines and what makes DFG even a better place to work out is the dedication and passion of the trainers.. They push you to your limit and they know what's best for you.. I totally recommend this place.

Brilliant place in Parnashree if you want to get fit. Trainers are highly skilled and have a very clear understanding about each and every client's need. The most important thing is transparency and honesty. No false hopes are given that dramatic changes will happen overnight. Highly recommended.

Equipment and amenities good. Trainer is active and quite regular. One of the better gyms in Parnasree but bit over priced for what it offers. Should be around 1000 /m and they keep makimg schemes that increase the price too.

A gym located in pernashree pally, near agomani community hall. A plenty of equipment is available with trainer.attached photo is taken during night. The gym is in a private house.
