EXTREMELY
DISAPPOINTED
with
the
current
state
of
this
so-called
'premium
gym'
in
Behala.
As
a
regular
customer
of
Calcutta
Fitness
Studio
Plus
(TCF)
for
the
past
four
years
and
one
of
the
initial
customers
at
the
Behala
branch
since
its
opening
last
year,
I
am
deeply
disappointed
with
the
current
state
of
the
facility.
Despite
my
loyalty
and
commitment,
my
recent
experience
has
been
marred
by
several
significant
issues
that
have
not
been
addressed
adequately
by
the
management.
Firstly,
after
a
necessary
hiatus
due
to
personal
emergencies,
I
recently
resumed
my
gym
sessions.
To
my
dismay,
the
lift
has
been
out
of
order
for
the
past
month,
as
confirmed
by
other
building
occupants.
Despite
assurances
of
prompt
repair
within
a
week
or
two,
it
has
now
been
three
weeks
since
the
promise
was
made,
with
no
sign
of
any
progress
or
effort
being
made
to
fix
it.
Furthermore,
the
air
conditioning
units
in
the
gym
are
in
a
deplorable
state.
Most
of
them
do
not
function
properly,
resulting
in
constant
water
dripping,
creating
a
hazardous
and
slippery
floor
that
poses
a
serious
risk
of
accidents.
Additionally,
a
significant
AC
unit
has
been
non-functional
since
January
2023,
with
no
apparent
attempts
to
rectify
the
issue.
Instead,
two
new
faulty
ACs
have
been
installed,
and
one
has
even
been
turned
off
without
any
explanation.
The
combination
of
malfunctioning
ACs
and
extreme
heat
outside
creates
an
unbearable
and
uncomfortable
environment
for
the
numerous
individuals
working
out
in
the
gym.
Adding
insult
to
injury,
despite
these
glaring
discrepancies
and
incompetence,
the
management
has
audaciously
demanded
an
extra
100
rupees
as
a
security
deposit
for
lockers.
This
demand
is
particularly
disheartening,
as
it
reflects
a
lack
of
priority
given
to
rectifying
existing
problems
and
a
failure
to
uphold
the
standards
expected
of
a
so-called
"premium
gym."
It
is
baffling
that
the
management
continues
to
neglect
these
fundamental
issues
while
simultaneously
seeking
financial
contributions
from
its
customers.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
of
Calcutta
Fitness
Studio
Plus
takes
immediate
action
to
address
and
rectify
these
persisting
problems.
Prioritizing
the
well-being
and
satisfaction
of
customers
should
be
the
primary
focus,
rather
than
seeking
additional
fees
without
resolving
the
existing
grievances.
As
a
long-time
customer,
I
expect
and
hope
to
witness
a
swift
and
significant
improvement
in
the
overall
experience
provided
by
TCF.
