I am working out in this gym from last 2 years, and i am very happy with all the amenities and services they provide. It's very hygeine and maintained top notch. Very friendly receptionist, very polite staffs and highly experienced trainers. Great food cafe where I can eat healthy food. I can conclude by saying your money will not go on waste. U will be satisfied with equipments, cleanliness and services! I am fully satisfied working out here.

Hands down it is the best gym in Kolkata. The trainers are well trained and experienced. You will not only workout with them but you will also learn the nuances of exercises and fitness. It’s a huge space with lots of equipments including free weights, machine weights, crossfit and cardio equipments. Other facilities like cafeteria, steam and massage are also top notch. The premises are kept very clean at all times and the place is sanitised multiple times a day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love coming to this place. Gym is really good no doubt about that But the management department is really worst...i was the employee in management department few days back and they have terminated me fir a very small reason and they have not provided me the salary of that month and when I have asked the reason..they denied and blocked my number as well

I have been working out in Starmark Fitness Studio since July'22 and undoubtedly it has been a fantastic journey till now!..Under the guidance of extremely qualified Trainer Mr.Abhijit Chanda who is the Master Trainer and to name others as well Supriyo Dey, Sagnik Sarkar, Robin Chakraborty and more, there has been a huge transformation in me!!..Not only about weight loss, my strength and stamina has increased manifold and it has helped me boost my confidence!. The attitude "I can do even better" along with my Trainer's support and motivation is what is driving me to achieve great results! The vibrant ambience, the vibrations, cheerful faculty and Trainers is also what is adding to the glamour of Starmark Fitness Studio! Kudos to Starmark Studio and wishing all the best for achieving greater heights in the journey of Fitness!! Just for information they also have an in house dietician who takes care of your diet and BMI along with the yummy cafe food. There's even massage and steam availability. Starmark fitness studio is one of the good gym in Kolkata with friendly budget membership package and I had been there for a six months and it was a good experience as all trainers are friendly and helpful. I will suggest everyone to take the membership in this gym.

Probably the best gym in Kolkata. Ample of space, lots of equipment, weights, plates. Trainers are very knowledgeable and help you a lot. There are options for Zumba, spinning, HIIT, crossfit, bodybuilding, powerlifting... you name it, they have that. Covid protocols are maintained very well starting from defogging machine at the entrance, temperature check to sanitizer bottles at every nook and corner. One will love to do exercise there. The cafe has some excellent high protein dishes. They are really good.

At first, I joined Star Mark Fitness Studio in February 2019 to shed down a little flab and keep myself totally fit. In any case, over a time of 5 months, this center has turned into a part of my daily life. Not just that I could reduce my weight by approx. 5 kg through ordinary exercises. My fitness coach guided me with a proper health & nutrition plan. The exercise center has world class facilities and well-trained instructors, and the mood is an addition to the amenities. I additionally use their SPA benefits here, so I really liked the gym.

By far the worst gym in Kolkata. All the trainers are useless and dumb. It’s been 1.5 years I have been doing workout here but I am disappointed on how bad this gym is. Especially the master trainer Abijit. He is suppose to help his clients but, he doesn’t do that properly and always helps his celeb client and not his other clients and gives a stupid trainer to guide you. Idk but the gym seems to prefer “celebs only “ and not other members. Even the manger is useless and doesn’t bother about your issue and neglects you.

Undoubtedly one of the best facilities in the city but I want to specially mention and thank the support system of the gym - starting from the security , front desk , facilities people etc - all are extremely polite , courteous and helpful . This gives an extremely satisfactory and seamless experience. Lastly the trainers - all are eager to help . I personally train under Rahul, a gem of a person who has inspired and motivated me like none before and changes are visible. Kudos and good luck !!

I am a runner majorly have been focusing workouts with less weights or no weights and towards strengthening the core.. First of all, am completely shocked and Happy to see this fitness centre, at Kolkata, which no way less than any international level as well as the security, cleanliness and maintenance is something to be explicitly called out..They have each and every facilities as exactly mentioned.. VIjay, whom I met to get myself enrolled, briefed me the overall facilities in such a detailed manner that I never have faced any problem since I have joined.. I am Thankful to my trainer Ayush, one of my best trainer so far and have been guiding me through out with each and every workout and helping me to understand how and why before proceed with any workouts I am probably doing for the first time .. It's a very spacious gym(the most spacious I have seen in kolkata) and has huge variety of gym equipmentsin its 3 sections divided into cross fit section, weights section and cardio section. taken a month's membership as i am back home for the summer vacation. Been to quite few top commercial gyms in kolkata and elsewhere and this one is right up there at the very top. It's a pity though that they don't offer a 'pay as you go' facility even for those who have registered. which means I can' t possibly work out for a day or two during my monthly visits home :(

Why don't you take the ownership and assist Sourav with medical assistance. I will see to it that where else I can complaint about your pathetic gym and services Sourav has got L4 injury and now the minute he try to do any light workout also he gets swelling and your gym and Siddhant know about it well. Still you are asking him on his review how can you help him I will take this up further now.

I had joined Starmark fitness in the month of June ,2023 as I was extremely overweight.. My weight was about 128 kgs and I was extremely frustrated with it as I had already lost all hopes thinking I will never be able to reduce it... But my training under Subhojit sir helped me to a lot to gain back my confidence and magically I had lost around 20 kilos with just a span of 4 months , standing at 107 kilos by the end of October.. ... I was overwhelmed to see my progress and I am very grateful to him as well as the entire Starmark gym community ... At first it felt as if wil be a very tough process but Subhojit sir kept motivating me continuously and always held my back ..This gym has a very friendly and lovable atmosphere , with everybody focused on their workouts and schedule... It has multiples sections of cardio , and strength training arena along with a cafe , very well decorated ... To cut it short I am enjoying my fitness journey here and I hope to carry it forward .. Safe space, client friendly place. As a woman, I feel comfortable here as I do at home. Staff is friendly, professional, polite and cooperative. Added bonus for me- one of those places which looks after the indie dogs that throng outside the gym (plz no trolling Starmarkfor this) - kudos to the owners.
