The Trainers in the Gym are Helpful. That's about the only good thing about this Gym. Below is the detailed Review: 1) There are no Hand Sanitizers or Multi-Purpose cleaners. Everyone just uses the equipment putting their sweaty towels and things really get unhygienic. 2) The Cardio area only has 3 Joggers of which one does not work. The crowd gets really heavy. 3) The Restrooms are disgusting as well. 4) Quarter of the Gym is effectively air-conditioned and the rest is just a furnace. 5) Very small place for the number of people that turn up there. One needs to wait for long to get access to equipment. Looks like the positive review is from one of the Owner Sanjay.

Worst place to workout..if you can tolerate obnoxious trainer like souvik Paul who has no interest in your progress.. unless you are a lady .then be sure get his full more than required attention.to be honest the equipment are best in the area.but they kill it off by new levels of unprofessionalism.- a disappointed customer who left it for better options

My mother is exercising at this place for a month and she is damn happy with the environment inside the gym. The trainers are awesome and also the gym has some real good stuffs to give you the best experience you need! They also offer steam bath and that is too, feasible. Although there are no ropes and tires but still I would prefer this gym

Very crowded, and due to that trademills are reserved 10 minutes to use for every individual.

The floor space is large. 3 different sections are there, gym section, cardio and a separate room for aerobics and yoga . The ambience is really good. I'll definitely recommend Silver Fitness to every body.
