quite
surprised
by
the
unprofessional
way
they
handled
the
case
including
the
owner
Mr.Akshay.
I
had
several
conversations
but
at
the
end
they
gave
me
a
lame
excuse
for
not
giving
me
my
due
refund.
I
had
not
taken
any
action
but
I
and
my
friends
and
family
have
parted
ways
from
LYNC
Cico
and
Bemefit
brand.
I
wish
the
team
a
more
professional
approach
and
giving
honest
and
quality
services
to
the
valued
clients.

Where
the
management
and
team
always
believes
that
they
are
right
and
there
is
no
way
out
to
an
issue
from
their
side,
then
even
the
owners
can't
serve
the
clients
with
any
solution.
A
strong
due
diligence
is
required
in
your
conduct
and
service.
Most
of
the
replies
in
the
Google
reviews
by
your
team
is
same,
which
shows
you
don't
understand
the
issue
and
write
a
monotonous
answer.
There
was
a
communication
Gap
from
Subharadeep
who
had
told
he
will
convey
me
and
he
did
not
call/msg/mail
me
until
I
mailed
him
and
he
told
me
the
membership
is
over.
Anywas,
I
just
want
to
convey
that
the
refund
was
not
an
important
matter,
but
the
approach
of
the
management
was.
They
are
ready
to
lose
their
old
clients
but
will
not
change
their
approach.
Since
I
was
associated
with
the
brand
from
last
2-3
years,
I
felt
quite
sad
from
the
behavior
of
the
team.
I
am
not
expecting
any
reply
from
you,
but
as
I
told
you
earlier
its
an
honest
suggestion
as
your
are
in
the
service
industry
to
understand
your
clients
and
make
honest
service
your
motto.
