A very nice gym with all the necessary equipments.... A perfect environment for gymnastics.....!! :) :)

One of the best Gym around G.T.Road South area.

Good gym with good space. Good equipments..Nice environment..Good and co-operative trainers..Good hygiene.. Provides steam bathas well..along with gym has many other different activities such as MMA, skating,etc.. Only thing that put it down is it's high fees..If they can manage to cut down some Bucks from 2300 and if they can bring it down between 1500-1700 then it will be more appreciated..But still it's a nice gym in this region.

Great place for kids and young generation for getting the health meter high. If you happen to be in this side of Howrah , this is the place to be if you want Fitness to be fun and also get great opportunities to showcase your talent. The owner of the place has also taken initiative for women empowerment and plans to do more such beneficial and educational events in future. Taponomics serves as MMA and Combat partner and the members here who does MMA has recently achieved huge success in kickboxing and grappling championship . There are various fun ways to be healthy and strong, but no excuse for being weak. Find any of the fun activities that suits you best here in a friendly atmosphere

Better then best gym in Howrah l, Best trainer & Friendly environment.

This review is purely for their zumba classes. I did not go for any other activities they offer. They say it's a zumba class,but in reality it's just some boring work out session. There is no fun and no dance. There is only running, situps and planks. The mentor doesn't even care if someone is doing it wrong or if the intensity is to their level. Please do not join if you are looking for some fun zumba. Zumba here is just a boring exercise class and nothing fun!

Haven't been here, But it's a fact That it's Best gym in Howrah...(expensive though..For some)
