    Lakeview Hostel (LVH) is the newest hostel at IIM Calcutta. However, it is quite far away from the New Academic Block (NAB) which can be a problem. It is a co-ed hostel, has the best rooms on campus and has some reading (and party) rooms as well. Due to its huge size, it can be a little confusing to find new rooms. And, as the name suggests, it faces one of the 7 lakes on campus.

    You get some of the best views of the campus here. You're gonna love it if you're a nature lover or a photographer. Rooms are amazing. Most of them have a lake view and it feels very peaceful there. Cons - Life becomes pathetic if you've a sun facing room. Food is not good. There's only one elevator for too many people

    A new hostel with beautiful architecture and facilities. Rooms are spacious and ventilated with french windows on one side of the room, new big study tables, and huge book shelves provided. You also get a cupboard and a small bedside shelf. The hostel is symmetric which may confuse some people but it isn't that bad. Hot water, washing machines, tuck shop also available.

👍 I always dreaded going to the doctor but when I had my first appointment at ESI hospital, it was so different. The staff was super friendly and the environment was very comfortable. I am now looking forward to my next visit and getting all of my checkups done here!
