Superb staff behavior and variety of products

Great service. I came here to repair my Mother's spectacle, which I have purchased 2.5 years back and they wonderfully repaired that. Behavior was great. Especially Anwesha is a very nice girl. Behavior of her is really good. I recommend everyone to visit this store.

Good place to make your spectacles. But there is a catch, they have both low range and high range section. Low range section suits your budget properly where you get two pairs of spects within 2k and lens cost seperately which According to me but higher. For me the frames were not interesting and very ok .. no such good variation. High range section has a very high pricing but good collection. For me busying two spectacles and high pricing lens doesn't fit. Not for me for sure. You can buy from here it it suits you. Staff behaviour is nice. But they try to hide the catch of this offer thing. They give you eye checkup as weel and repair as well.

Hi... I am here .. Not feeling good staff is very incoperative not smiling seeing piyush bansal only buying otherwise would have left... Asking for eye check there body language is... Can't explain it's vvvv bad experience hope piyush you do something about it... Stafff need to be polite warm... Vvv bad experience Staff is getting irriated since we're taking some time to choose our lenses and asking about offers. They're reluctant to check our eyes

Worst customer service. Entangled with a single customer only. Waited nearly an hour for eye check up and staffs were good for nothing.

Worst pair I ever bought.. The lens coating went off in under 1 weeks and there are green spots all over. Took it to the store and I was told no warranty/replacement is possible. Staff behavior was rude too. They didn't seem to care once the product is sold. Will never recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience. Bought one sunglass on 6feb, 2020. I told one lady staff name ms priya, is there any exchange option or not, she said yes they have even you can exchange the same or can cancel the previous and take new one. I came after 5-6 day. I choose 1 sunglass along with the previous, she says do one thing we have a offer for gold card membership for 300/- instead of 600. So if u buy one get one free with make a membership. There are 2 staff at dat moment one male another ms priya. They said which I already bought that is out of stock it will b der widin 2 days as soon as d product is available L get back 2 u n wil place d order bt yet she dint call me its been 1wk. Dey r least bother 2 call me even once. Instead m calling dem 4 d updates wat is dis?

Over priced. Bad quality stuff. No value for money. Degraded quality. After paying so much money really did not expect to get such low quality stuff from a brand like lenskart!!! Mever purchasing another spectacle from here again. Bought 2 specs. One broke in around 10 days. I just wore it and suddenly the frame broke. And the other specs if of such a local quality, plus they dont even give a spec that fits !

The frames are pricy but if you have membership then it's reasonable. I bought two frames it costs me at 3650/- The cost of each frame is 1680/- With Blu lens and frames are attractive. Got 1year warranty on each frame. Staffs were helpful and cordinative. They also provide free eye check up. An with all eye testing equipments.

Went for a repair, glasses were around 2 years old, extremely courteous staff, very good customer service.

Disgusting and worthless staff, I took my lenskart glasses for repair, they repaired it after much hesitation and they did not have basic service sensibility to even clean the specs before giving it back, the gariahat outlet is much better in every sense.

Why do people always see free item like free eye check up,one pair free with one purchase,or free home delivery.Let me tell you one thing there is nothing called free in this world the only thing is that we are not able to see thing properly.That free scheme make/create fortune for them.So if they are providing something free then how are they making fortune,now that what is called business and businessman never sell anything free of cost.

When I visited the store, one of employee came in, I discussed my issue about I want new nose pad for my specs she said that I will check, I was waiting for her response but she didn't reponse. I also asked one more employee but she ignored me. At last one guy helped me and resolved my issue. My rating is only for that boy.

There are many staffs here. But the service is very slow. I came here with my family to get our eyes checked and buy new frames. They were making faces when we said we wanted to get our eyes checked. They were way too slow in providing the services. We took some time to choose our frames and kept asking questions about the prices but they weren't helpful at all, not warm and welcoming. They looked so irritated and it really spoiled our mood. I hope you can train your staff to be more polite and patient

Had a great experience as all the staffs were professional and they know their job well.And also the store have fresh collection.

The buying experience was very good. They assisted me even it was near to closing time. After placing the order, the products were delivered the next day, checked through the application. I collected the products a few days later. The overall experience was good.
