Add 1 spoon salt and put the paste in a bowl add pieces of paneer . Wow . You just made palak paneer with same taste or may be better then this dhaba...

They should incorporate more protein rich vegan options like Seitan,Tofu,chickpeas,soy,etc

Experienced The Grid Restraunt's ambience cozziness, hookas and beer, food bu. it didn't satisfied the crave of stomach. At 10pm, got suggestion for a Dhaba. Initially name feels like "bekar hi hoga" but having seated in the pavement of streets wirh no comfort, ambience, it was the only one that satisfied the craviness of food with taste of tounge satisfied at the same time with the bill amount far less than that is The Grid's. Ordered Veg momo, Noodles and Manchurian (Gravy). Momos were so yum filled with chillies, Noodles seemed to be somewhat drained but since served with Manchurian, doesn't felled that much

I had their food from Swiggy and the delivery was prompt. The quantity was good for 2 people and the phulkas were to my liking. I had ordered the following vegetables: 1. Baby corn chilly: Crisp, tasty and crunchy (lil bit oily, but that's obvious) 2. Veg Jhalfrezi: It was good for people who like spicy food. Too much of taste tingling masla but not that spicy. Overall Good food. Given 4 stars, but I think 3.5 justifies it. Value for Money.
