    Bunch of liars in the store. Force me to take postpaid connection saying esim is not available for prepaid. Complaining to the TRAI for rectification.

    Zero star deserve for the store manager and airtel itself. Visited for the call drop problems for all my three connections but they could not help and denied to resolve. Very arrogant staff behaviour.

    Even though this airtel store can be termed much better than some of the others, but sometimes it takes too much time to complete the requests of customers and the amount of personnel available to help is less at times. But overall they provide good solutions and are really helpful.

    I want to give 0 star.. worst experience .. The way they treat us is like we are the one providing service .. when i asked Them why am i not getting internet then they told go to jungle if u want internet.. worst shop. Worst staff .. so arrogant and rude.. they show attitude to customers..

    The staff in this store is extremely helpful. They are very very courteous and have good knowledge about their job. You do not have to run around as they always come as a problem solver. Keep up the good work.

    Well the store is conveniently located.The staff customer friendly & competent.I had visited to complete the formalities in porting out one of my AIRTEL NUMBERS.THE executives helped & cooperated fully to facilitate in getting my issues sorted .

    Unprofessional behavoir of Antara(or Ananya) Patra forced me to decide to switch to different Operator. Yesterday night Airtell network went down and today morning I realised , the SIM is not working in my mobile, wheras others Airtell network has started working. Antara(or Ananya) said , it is very normal and occurs in general. In a very rude way she asked for document proof. Seeing her rude behaviour , when I said I want to port-out , she said again maintainnig the high and unpolite tone, that I can go to the service provider for that. And when asked her name, then also she told her name as-if she does not care atall , if a complaint comes fror a common poeple like me. May be she only knows to behaive professionally and shows respect to High Status people? I will raise it to Airtell Grievence team and part away from Airtell. And you know what, as till now the problem persists , I am buying a SIM from a different provider , who is deliverying the SIM to my doorstep.

    Worst experience, Visited there for eSIM for my prepaid connection, instead of helping me the representative forced me to take a postpaid connection and told me if I take that then only he can help me otherwise ask me to call airtel customer care.. Pathetic

    Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the Authorized Airtel Store in City Center 1. They completely misguided us in buying a wireless WI-FI Router. The speed is extremely poor. Today when Airtel has installed Fiber Optic cable in our Housing complex in New Town I have to give up my WI-FI router and buy a compatible Broadband Router to upgrade. I lost all the money spent on the router as Airtel cannot reimburse even part of it. This is totally unexpected from the Airtel Authorized store representative.

    They should know how to work. Previously I just visited to this store. And they said lots of things after that they told to me that my problem is not solved. After few days I just visit another store and they give me 5 minutes to solve my problem. That's why I just told to them first they should learn how to work on Airtel. After that open a store.

    The store is filled with cheap sales people who don't live up to their after sale promises. They specifically HARASS SENIOR CITIZENS. This includes, but is not limited to, porting numbers from other connections. CROOKS.

    I would give them ZERO star. They could not activate a reissued SIM even after 38 hours and innumerable complaints. The store was so negligent that they did not even create the order for SIM activation and the call centres are always helpless and try to cut a sorry picture. Absolutely ridiculous state of affairs..

    One of the worst outlets of Airtel. Employees behave as if they are doing some sort of mercy on us. Went there to port one of my sims. They forced me to take a postpaid connection. When i disagreed they said prepaid sims are not available. As if sims are different. Asked will the new sim be a 5G supported sim..they said they don't know. @Airtel do look into this outlet and provide better services.

    Staffs lacks basic knowledge & dont know the difference of Online payment, UPI & Credit card . I came to pay my company's Bill for landline connection. Company staffs were arrogant as if they were owners of Airtel. No wonder shop size of Airtel is shrinking every year ,while JIO is now the main player. Company staff

    I went there for port and the whole process was pretty fast and streamlined. I did had to wait long or do any suspicious transaction or anything - Just comin, give the PORT message, submit docs and photo, take SIM and be on the way out - Streamlined as things should be.

    This store must be either closed or the staffs and manager must be changed by the regional office... Current staffs are idiots and arrogant... They know nothing... Even the basic difference between the hard copy and soft copy... These idiots are randomly dealing with KYC docoments of the customers whitout knowing the appropriate rules of handling those documents...it Is likely to get into fraudulent activites... People must avoid this strore for security reasons...

    I visited the store as my SIM card lost network.When I asked the staff at the store the lady said abruptly that wait until your turn comes which was so rude.I was waiting once my turn came the gentleman was speaking very very rudely and said” first you recharge your sim than further things would be done”as per that I asked him if I could recharge for 5G he was very irritated while replying me for the same question.He said 5G is not available every where now it’s your choice.”I was also seeking help for converting my sim to electronic sim for which I was asking for information which he did given me but after asking him repeatedly which came across very rude. Staff should behave well definitely not this way .If you can’t be welcoming at lest don’t be rude .

    Really disappointed with the service at this centre.I am being called everyday to pay outstanding bills which I fully paid at the store.The executives misguided to take another plan and did not close the previous one in proper time.With multiple visits the problem is still persisting and no internal communication within airtel teams.

    He was trying to make me fool that day, he told that your UPC code starting with other letter usually so You are not allowed to port in Prepaid you have to go to postpaid connection but at other store he ported my sim in Prepaid connection.

    This airtel office outlet in city centre 1 is the worst specially because of one person whom we came across who was sitting right infront of the entrance gate yesterday. The way that person with spectacles whom we had a talk responded to us at all times seemed like he was pretty disinterested and not ready to give any support or assistance what so ever to our problem. He spoke negative all the time and had a sense of arrogance which was not expected. Overall had a extremely bad experience.

    This Airtel store is located inside city centre 1. Their services and customer service is so so. I had mixed experiences. Sometimes the customer service desk is occupied by only one person to attend the customers whereas 4-5 chairs remain vacant. So, we have to wait for a long time for our turn after issuing the tokens. I hope they will improve their services in future.
