Bad experience. They seem to have lack of awareness of an issue/program. The first suggestion was pay to investigate. After being made aware of the keyboard replacement program, they said it's outside time frame. On the contrary, apple support said that it's eligible. Finally, they asked me to get an approval over email which will be further investigated. I don't think they have any intention to help you. I have no idea why apple has outsourced such a sensitive & imp function of customer experience to these lethargic, money-minded sellers. Not to mention - most of the staff is busy watching YouTube videos.

They deserve 0 star. This is what they have done to my phone. Went for battery replacement request, came back with this. Please dont go there, they have unskilled technicians, unprofessional employees, only the security guard was doing his job properly. They had the audacity to put the blame on us, they should be fired!! The way they tried to cover their fault, i was furious. They think customer will only write bad review and that is it, we are stupid, right??

Not customer oriented. They would not dry test your device before accepting them. It's all about their plan. They will force you to give 2900 bucks to run a dry test on your device which is not also instantly. Seriously??? They r just looting people and bringing down apple's image in public.

Absolutely terrible service! I own a 2020 M1 model that I had been using for only 1.7 months when it suddenly turned off one day. Frustrated, I decided to take my device to an Apple Care center and ended up paying 3000, including tax, for diagnostics. To my dismay, they gave me an outrageous repair quote of 60 thousand for 1.5 lac device, claiming issues with the logic board and touch bar. Naturally, I couldn't accept such an unreasonable offer, so I sought help from a local Mac repair shop. They managed to fix my device within just one day for a mere 10k. This experience with Apple's service was incredibly disappointing and made no sense at all. Literally Apple authorised service are running their business by looting money by apple device users. Irony I am living this review with the same mac.

Worst TYPE APPLE Mobile Service Store. Worst TYPE Mechanic and Stuffs behavior are Like Foot Path Mobile Service Vendor. They are CHEATING all the Apple Uses, by Making Fake Comments. Being A High Society People (Apple Users) have No SO Much Time To Follow Up the BLOODY FRAUDS. So, they paid For it, though THEY are not Happy with them.

The staff were very rude and unprofessional , and do not explain the technical problems completely. They keep sending the client from one station without resolving their queries. My advice would be to try other Apple Service centers in Kolkata.

Very Bad Experience and Technicians have very less knowledge and rude behaviour. I just went with my m1 MacBook air 2020 model and just by seeing the problem they refused to put hand on it without any further investigation. Same problem is solved by another service centre which is also apple authorized center. So, dont waste your time by going there. Systematix Media is third class and once again dont waste your time there.

I have a bad experience about servicing of my MacBook Pro. They charged Rs3000 to just check my laptop and replied via telephone and demanded Rs 45000 to repair hard disc After that I decided not to spend such a huge amount and give my laptop to an unauthorised laptop repair service station and they cleaned my laptop and within one day my laptop was okay and working fine.

This is happening when I service my iPhone 13 face I'd issue after then I received my handset i found a dent or crack on display side

The customer service that these guys provide is literally the worst I have ever seen. I called to ask about a replacement procedure, the lady that picked up the call said that they don't deal with replacement and cut the call without clarification of anything.

Such a Disgusting service, service provider are so much impassioned for provide good service to customers. Zero knowledge of you ask anything they have one answer call apple care.

Visited Systematics - an Apple Authorized service centre - to solve an issue with Apple AirPods 2nd Generation. The issue regarding the AirPods was understood very well firstly and then it was resolved perfectly. Very good service and high level of professionalism.

Pathetic service worst like hell! There is guy named Joy Halder... He is of no use in the name of service center executive. After visiting this service center the thought process of mine about apple has changed. Never gonna buy any more apple products. Useless customer service here.

The store representatives and the technicians are bunch of idiots. Avoid this place at all cost. They took my iPhone for repair, did nothing and sit on it. On 8th day when I called them to know the status they told me to replace my phone with a new phone. Their only objective is to sell new products and not to repair. Waste of time and money.

Avoid this place at any cost. Majority of the people are not well trained. They do not want to repair the items, rather they want you to buy new products. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. They were planning to do the same with my airpods. Very very disappointed.

Again I called them in the evening then they said we sent your phone to Bengalore for repair. Then I asked for a spare device initially they refused but later they asked to come on Saturday. Today we went to collect the spare device; once we reached they asked us to sit. Then after sometime Debarati(executive) called me and said Sir we can't provide you spare device. Reason: Apple has done something (I don't remember the term she said) to your device and is no more under warranty. My point: They should have informed me once they got the update. After reaching there they said we just got the update so couldn't inform you. This is nothing but harrasment. I am totally disappointed with their service. You are dealing with a customer please be professional. To Apple: I haven't done anything to the phone; not even a single scratch. Why can't other parson hear when I speak on speaker mode. I can't even even hear when I use whatsapp or any other apps. I am expecting good service from you. This is the first time I am facing problem with Apple product. #Apple_india

Great experience with them! I had display issues (top right corner was automatically lifted and dust accumulated under the touch panel) with my iPad 9th Gen, under warranty. They were very courteous, looked upon the problem very carefully, did all the necessary steps, they told to submit the device. After, 5 working days, they told it's an unique case and my device would be replaced with a new one. I had to wait 2 days more, got my new device on the 8th day. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service! Much Recommended.

Truly satisfied with their service. I was having a green line issue on my 13 recently, they told me to submit the device and if its hardware issue then they will replace the display. They literally replaced the display and called me within 2 days thats it ready to pick up. Its really a good experience with them as well as the staffs are well behaved.

One of the worst apple store I’ve ever visited. I just went there to restore my mac they did it but they create one more problem that my touch pad wasn’t working but which was okay before i gave to them but they said light of your touch pad got fused they ask around 40000 to repair it after taking back again my laptop was opening too slow it was taking more than 5 min like one by one problem wasn’t facing while receiving from there now gods know what they do with our device. Fair experience, the employees weren’t so helpful. I went to buy in an iPhone and they paid no heed at first. Obviously they underestimated me as their potential buyer cause I went in buy an iPhone 11 in my pyjamas. And after repetitively asking for their attention, they processed my order. I was expecting someone would guide me through different accessories and show me options, but none of that happened. But I bought the iPhone anyway, and they were very surprised.

Being a consumer, I had a very bad experience with this store, where I have ended up wasting my time and money by visiting this service centre. I had some simple question regarding Iphone battery replacement under apple care +. Before visiting their store, I've called and asked them: > Do they perform Iphone battery replacement as the battery is showing in service status: Ans Yes > Do they have battery in stock : Ans Yes > How much time will it take to replace the battery: Ans 3 - 4 hours max. They said that it will cost around 6k+ I said that I have apple care + and all of a sudden there are lot of things being discussed among colleagues and they said that please visit our store with the device. So I went there and then they are asking me keep the device in store for approximately 7 + days where they will run thorough check on my device. Will order the battery which will come by road from bangalore as they doesn't have battery in stock. Well this doesn't make any sense, these things could have been conveyed over phone, why to ask a person to come to store and where they will end up wasting their time and money. @AppleSupport : I would strongly recommend you to fill up these support centres with some inventory stocks (if this is true), so that a consumer doesn't need to submit their devices for a 7 + days, just for a simple battery replacement.

Personally I've never had a bad experience at this apple service center. They are good. The best part is that they try to help customer as much as possible and try to save your money.

Doesnot even deserve 1 star. Went for battery replacement. Rude behaviour, incompetent staff. Always fighting with customers... Apple should start their own customer care and put these authorised service centers out of job and business. Despite repeated complains, no improvement whatsoever. The staff behave as government employees. They know that they will not be thrown out of their job. One staff works there named V. Singh,; maybe S Singh, who is extremely rude and had fight with all the customers before and after me because of extremely rude behaviour. Most of them dosent look like have a good education and good etiquette.. People can try city center 2 service center, where staff behaviour is praise worthy...

Very bad behavior of the representatives, specifically if you are taking your laptop with you, mark my word, they are not at all competent to solve your issue, the same problem which they have refused to even take a look, has been solved by another authorized centre of esplanade.

Extreme lack of hygiene. They spray sanitiser on your hands and after that make you sign a register with a pen that everyone else is using. The kiosks are understaffed and they do not issue tokens all the time. We were made to wait without a token for more than 15 mins.

Systematix Media - kolkata, India did not resolve my issue. My issue was not resolved. Took the full pay but did not repair the laptop. The people there also behaved very unprofessionally. Apple should strongly reconsider its collaboration with this company.

It's apple brand store . Iphone, ipad and Macs available here. The question is why visit this store in the age of amazon or flipkart where I can buy genuine apple product at fingertips at lower cost than store prices ? Most of the apple products service cost excceds depreciated price of the actual product ! Warranty covered damage or fault seldom happens in first 1 year of purchase .. fun starts in 2nd year when service costs are impractical. All fanboys should sell kidney ( one or both ) to buy next iphone version with one additional camera , no added feature and 2X the price !

I think they are there for taking money only. They don't at all give any services. I literally paid 1800 for nothing. They just gave me abstract reason without checking my phone. But lost my hard earning money for just visiting there.

Worst service centre . They are cheater. I visited yesterday for a problem of not getting call voice . The service person told me that display of phone has gone and it will cost Rs 32000/- . I just got it repaired in Rs 2000/- . This is how they exploit . Apple should take appropriate action .

Website quoted 3200 inr including tax. Store wanted to charge 6700 inr for simple battery change.

A great and quick solution given by this service centre. I came in a horrible state of mind after my laptop stopped working but they assured my work will be done as soon as possible and it was done right on time. I’m going to recommend everyone to get their solution from this service centre.

Good but some Apple products which are imported and not manufactured are not serviced in any service centres across INDIA. That's something very bad.

Worst experience. They don't even have any idea that ipjone 12 phone's media sound comes out from both earpiece and the other output. After running a diagnostic test on their laptop they told me that this is a hardware issue and I have to keep the phone for 9 days and also the backups would be gone. After that I found out on net that the media output works in the way which was happening for me. And in an youtube video i got a suggestion to cleanup the outputs with alcohol and brush. My phone's sound has come to normal now. These buggers don't know anything.

These guys r not professional at all. They charge investigation fees inspite of knowing the exact issue to churn out more money :) Also the front desk guys (so called service executives dont have any idea or proper knowledge) Very sad to see such service in kolkata where as its opposite in Bangalore/Mumbai/chennai Conclusion : Local mobile repair shop guys r more knowledgeable and experienced than these ppl

It’s a shame to call it an Apple service Center. I would say it’s a very bad managed service centre. I lost my faith on Apple. The technician told me that my wired earphones were reset. Can you imagine! I showed the problem of the earphones to the technician and submitted the product. Even after 7 days I didn’t get any call. And when i called them they said they didn’t find any problem so that they have reset the earphones. Do they find customers ‘Chutiya’ ! I saw many other people having various bad experiences like me. I would suggest you people to visit another Apple service centre. Worst experience ever.

Professional and efficient customer service. Enough room to sit while waiting for the device to be repaired. The people here values time and money. The delivery time has been strictly maintained. Though they gives electronic tokens and has a board displaying token calls the token display is not strictly followed. I got a call from service counter much before my token was called on display.
