Being
a
consumer,
I
had
a
very
bad
experience
with
this
store,
where
I
have
ended
up
wasting
my
time
and
money
by
visiting
this
service
centre.
I
had
some
simple
question
regarding
Iphone
battery
replacement
under
apple
care
+.
Before
visiting
their
store,
I've
called
and
asked
them:

Do
they
perform
Iphone
battery
replacement
as
the
battery
is
showing
in
service
status:
Ans
Yes
>
Do
they
have
battery
in
stock
:
Ans
Yes
>
How
much
time
will
it
take
to
replace
the
battery:
Ans
3
-
4
hours
max.
They
said
that
it
will
cost
around
6k+
I
said
that
I
have
apple
care
+
and
all
of
a
sudden
there
are
lot
of
things
being
discussed
among
colleagues
and
they
said
that
please
visit
our
store
with
the
device.
So
I
went
there
and
then
they
are
asking
me
keep
the
device
in
store
for
approximately
7
+
days
where
they
will
run
thorough
check
on
my
device.
Will
order
the
battery
which
will
come
by
road
from
bangalore
as
they
doesn't
have
battery
in
stock.
Well
this
doesn't
make
any
sense,
these
things
could
have
been
conveyed
over
phone,
why
to
ask
a
person
to
come
to
store
and
where
they
will
end
up
wasting
their
time
and
money.

I
would
strongly
recommend
you
to
fill
up
these
support
centres
with
some
inventory
stocks
(if
this
is
true),
so
that
a
consumer
doesn't
need
to
submit
their
devices
for
a
7
+
days,
just
for
a
simple
battery
replacement.
