Utterly disappointed with poor customer service. I have ordered for Voltas AC and Samsung refrigerator both on 14th of this month. While placing the order sales person couldn't tell me about their ongoing logistics issue and service related issue and took the order but while communicating with their service manager , we came to know that they couldn't even tell us how long we need to wait for delivery. While asking they insist us to cancel the order immediately and opt for money refund. Very poor service. This internal issues may told us at the time of placing the order. They should stop booking the product unless solve the internal issues. Dont know when to get the product delivery now.

It is located at Gariahat Crossing. Reputed for all sorts of digital items. Reliance Digital store stores with all sorts of electronics items like tv, freeze, air-condition machines, mobile handsets etc if various brands. Rate of the items are standard and provide with warranty for two/three years. I purchased some items from this outlet and as a, whole I am satisfied.

Love that store. Variety electronics product under one roof. You can get discount also. Go, choose and buy.

Horrible experience. Will sell you wrong insurance for smartphones and then neatly deny. On being confronted will try to sweet-talk and explain how they are being helpful. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!

Worst Experience.. Went to buy a headphones. Sales person told me the price as ₹4999, with noise cancellation. When billed the product they were trying to sell a non noise reduction headphone at ₹5499. While protested against that, they told me they can’t refund. Now they are giving me a card with 500 rs balance. And they kept us waiting for an hour to settle the deal. Same day another experience. Looking for an ipad. Online and apple showroom, it’s price was showing as ₹29,999, but this showroom asking for the same product in ₹33999. Would never visit any of the Relience store. Would recommend all not to visit here ever if you at all care for you money. 😡😡😡😡😡

The worst store ever. They are extremely unprofessional I bought a LG 28L microwave on 27/05/23 and they said they will be delivering it on or before 29/05/23. They delivered it on 31/05/23 but when the demo person came and opened the box the microwave was having a big dent so we asked for replacement and they have are yet delivering the microwave. Today I received a gift from LG a microwave safe bowl set which is also broken. And when ever we are calling them they have the same taught line “we are sorry for the inconvenience caused”. We are fed up with this issue for a simple microwave. The reply from reliance digital is nothing but a copy and paste thing just change the name and paste the same resolution for all do you think that helps? This is really disappointing and I have already mailed.

Although I did not get the product i was looking for, what disappointed me was the attitude of the attendees. We went there and was looking for a good quality induction cooktop. Even after waiting for over 10 minutes noone came for help. We felt like we were being ignored. There were many questions but noone to attend to. We finally decided to leave and bought the items from another shop closeby.

We had purchased an LG Washing Machine on Saturday, which was supposed to be delivered by Monday. The full payment was done via credit card upfront but the delivery of the product has not arrived by now....extremely bad experience They are only intersted in pushing sales and don't bother about after sales customer relationship... The purchase was done i for delivery at Lake Market, since that's where we stay.....wat a joke !!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Reliance Digital Lakemall Kolkata. Promised one-two day delivery for Usha Stove, but it arrived four days later. Misleading information from staff about setup service for the gas stove. Need better communication and service reliability.

Very good collection of equipment and accessories. Very good collection in the laptop and mobile section as well. Home Utility section is very good. However overall experience is very poor.

Ms. Arpita Halder was very helpful towards us. We entered Reliance Digital store to look for possible options of air fryer... ended up buying not only an airfryer but other 3 products. Your prompt responses to our inquiries and concerns to our needs demonstrate our commitment to exceptional service. But very harsh aftersale behavior from a Nirupam guy when he was asked to give demo of our products, at personalised service. Overall I am impressed by Miss Arpita but really annoyed over Nirupam.

If you absolutely have no choice of buying a product online, consider going there, but if at all possible, I would suggest buying it online. The prices are higher than what you would see online. I've bought many items from this particular outlet in the past ( washing machine, earphones, extensions, pendrives) but what strikes me as peculiar is the staff's behaviour. You would find some really good ones and some equally bad ones. Also, there is no return on electronic products unless they can prove it themselves that it is not working. They would spend a good amount of time to see if something is not working, would then write emails to get approvals, and then finally replace it. It means you would need a lot of time in hand if you want to replace something, if at all it is possible. Do yourself a favour and buy it online or check out some other options.

A lovely layout of electronic goods with various price ranges. The employees are also very friendly prompt and courteous. There is also finance and loan facilities empanelled with various financial companies who's representatives can be found inside incase if one avails EMI options. The products sold can be for everyday use like television, mixer grinders to high end electronics like phones and laptops.

So far so good. Staff seemed polite and helpful. Reduced one star since there is pricing discrimination between online and in-store price of products.

This a good offline store to buy elections item. Staffs are also very helpful and professional. Before buying anything, you can visit and try and experience any products in our hands before making a decision.

Sales persons are very casual, not at all showing attention towards customers. They don't want to listen customer rather they are trying to push sales their targeted products. That's why I always prefer online shopping. It's my mistake to went at offline market.

Stock is not good. Salesman were trying to push 2 star refrigerator saying that 3 star not available. No cost EMI not available in HDFC credit card. I found 3 star fridge with no cost EMI in Amazon. It's wrong to push sale items giving misinformation

Great showroom with a wide range of products you name it and have it all.i recently purchased a hp laptop and got heavy discount on mrp with gifts and goodies .the staff is great and enthusiasts with a tech freekiness in them ,loved shopping experience there.

Bad experience in AC and Mobile selling section of Reliance Digital. No proper stock of items. Wanted 5 Star 2 Ton AC of Daikin but the sales executive assured us 3 star 1.5 ton will be sufficient for 180 sq ft room. They want to do stock clear and sold the item by false assurance. In actual our room is 200 sq ft and post installation it is total loss. Mobile is also sold old model.

Extremely bad experience. My senior citizen parents were threatened by the staff just for requesting for faster delivery. We are strongly disappointed after purchasing from here.

It's a compact departmental store of huge electrical / electronic gadgets ,it has total electronic products, IT products includes various Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, blue tooth speakers then refrigerators washing machine various high-end TVs and various air conditioners split and window and also various small electrical appliances . Everything are under Bajaj Finance scheme means offers on EMI 's. Only suggestion to customers that while buying products under EMI should be alert enough to avoid some hypothetical charges.

It's a good place but be careful with what's been in sale. Went for Samsung a13 but they did not had it and wanted me to buy much pricer product. Do your research and then go .

We had purchased a fridge on Saturday, which was assured to be delivered on Sunday between 10am-10pm.The product has not arrived till now 9 pm, despite being assured by the sales person from the shop that the product was on the way at around 12:00 noon. They picked up the old fridge at 13:00pm and I was told again that the delivery was in the way, assured that 14:00 the product will arrived.Extremely very very bad experience. One full day was wasted in calls and waiting for the product. I have a cancer patient at home recovering from chemotherapy and radiotherapy who needs ice cold water all the time to keep his mouth and throat moist. They are only intersted in pushing sales and don't bother about after sales customer relationship.. Very very bad experience and I request people to not purchase anything from Reliance Digital as they are very unprofessional. I won't like anyone else to face the harrasment I am going through.
