The bank is on the campus of techno India college. It is one of the important bank in this area.

Such an Unprofessional Bank Staffs. Today 16th June 2022 at 2:25 pm i visited Sector V PNB for dropping some Cheque. Everyone knows the Lunch Time of Banks. Whether i asked an employee for diposite Slip, she said i have to wait. No issues i can wait for 5 mins. But the colleagues beside her made some comments like "You should know the lunch time/ now we need to put a board like do not distribute in lunch time" I didn't say anything after listening that. Thanks to that lady, go gave me a slip in between the lunch time, but her colleagues again started the same gossips why should she had given the slip to me . In lunch time. And the loude comments continued another 10 mins . 3 star only for the lady employees. Everyone knows the reputation of PNB. Today i realised the reason. I promise i will never visit here again. And also shift my Home loan from PNB to other professional bank.

The worst service ever. What you people think yourself . Without helping your customers you are just enjoy there. I mailed so many times you exicutive didn't response, they are just making excuses do this do that otherwise we can't help and then cut off the pH line. I didn't expect this from you this type of service. I mailed so many times but you people dare to help. Behaving like I am asking your money. Please release my leader balance immediately otherwise I will take action against this .

Didn't even check the form while they receive money from consumer. My brother wrongly wrote SBI account number (11 digits )there. Where PNB account number is 16 digit. They receive the from and told my brother, that will be credited to his account later today. If the officer did the minimum verification (16 digit account number). I won't harassed so much. Very annoying and should be reported.

The bank is located inside techno India Campus... The staff is good... So you can always see some students in the bank

staffs are gud at this bank and quite helpful and I liked this branch as I received chocolate from the staff person on the new yr eve....

Passbook updation machine are there. Staffs are easily available, there is nothing rush there.

Worst service. I want to transfer my account but they didn't respond to my mails and phone calls.

This is the best branch of pnb,their service is awesome,very cooperating staff.

The staff's are quite good but the average age of the staff is quite high. Expect a slow service. There is a middle age woman who is humble and caring. She makes the place better.

Very badm my atm aard locked in machine

I am writing this with heavy heart, they have the worse customer service. I have been writing to their customer care for a month against a simple request and all I get is "we will get back to you shortly". how come we are digital if only the branch and the manager who helped me open my account can help me and no other branch can do?

Bank with good service for customers! They've discontinued passbook printing lately, usual ans is to download mPassbook app as you've done so many UPI txns. XOXO
