Very very disappointing to experience that developer of Ideal Aquaview are in such financial crisis.Though I got possession after a lot of push, but these buildings are NON ACs , not fit for living as can be seen. They are banking on external parties to do interior works (another Rs.30-65 lacs depending on one’s need) to make it liveable OR buy time to complete the remaining. Not sure if there will be any end user of huge H2O club when basic apartments are not ready.I am gathering information of affected buyers who would be interested in moving Consumer court. As such this project has got no future.

After four years of launch, this project is delayed by at least two years or more. Anyone who has taken loan to buy an apartment here will suffer badly. To add to it, the quality of construction seems to be poor as well as cheap looking materials - Building doesn't look anything like what's shown in brochure - Very poor looking tiles used in kitchen and bathrooms - Cheap iron railing in balcony. Glitzy glass and steel railing in the brochure is nowhere to be seen in reality. Size of the balcony is also reported as smaller. - Less number of air-conditioners fitted than advertised. Ugly exposed AC cabling inside rooms. #IdealAquaview

They are serial defaulter. Drafted the agreement in their favour - so that for this delay customer has to absorb all the losses and they don’t need to compensate . All other surrounding properties are growing in much fast speed. For new customers - the only thing they need to ask the builder that when they are going to handover Phase1 to these helpless customers who trusted the “IDEAL Pillars” and invested hard earned money and now feeling repented. Every time they say something and surely what they say won’t happen ! Will surely repost if they honour our sentiment and handover at the earliest .

I have booked a flat in E Block in December 2013. Every time I mail them regarding possession dates as as per agreement, they keep telling me stories and they send a "holding" mail which says that they are trying their best!!!! . Extremely Unprofessional of Ideal Group looks like they treat their customers like door mat. its MARCH 2023 NOW!! They are yet to Deliver my apartment!! Absolutely Unbelievable about the way this Ideal Group is taking People for a ride.

I booked the flat in 2014 and paid all demand in time except final payment required at the time of possession. i was assured that flat will be handed over in 2017 but till date it is unknown whether we will be given possession or our children will take the possession on our behalf. The builder never given a mail or letter the reasons of late or progress of the building. God knows when we will get or not. we have wasted our hard earned money.

I am having a horrible experience after buying a flat here.. 3 months ago I had made full payment of the flat but they did not complete the work yet..although they are promising me to hand over the same after every next week... The water connection and the electric connection are not yet installed.. Also the bathroom fittings are not there.. I wanted a ready to move flat bt this is how they hv cheated on us.. Whenever I am calling them, they say that the materials have not reached.. God only knows what materials they are not getting yet... supposed to be such a big company..

Please do not buy. Houses are leaking, water has very high tds so much so that is can't be used to bathing also. Almost all valves and door had to be chances within 9months of living here. The ideal staff is rude and non cooperative. The power supply is quite unstable and people get stuck in the lift when the power is gone as there is no generator yet and doesn't look like that they are even trying to install. There are multiple incidence of snakes entering the kids play area. The security plays and drinks just outside the gate at 2o'clock at night and the main door is left unattended. The ac are getting installed for those who have approach. The ac drain pipe is leaking in all the houses, so any time someone switches there ac on in the flats above you, there will be rain in your house It is horrible to live here

Huge huge delay. We customers are suffering a lot. This is really disappointing results from such giant builders. Regretting a lot. No progress at all. I don’t know when we will expect to shift there. I am facing very tough time because of their delay.

I have booked in 2014 and waiting since then, not sure when will get possession of the flat, other projects which got started near ideal site like PS group Panache got completed in time and people have started living .. Already paid 90% of the amount and currently paying the home loan emi,s which are huge.. on top of that under construction emi don’t get IT Benefits so its total loss for me... its frustrating and pathetic.. seems like we got cheated..shouldn’t have invested in this project or the builder group.. not trustworthy...

Commitments not kept. Launched in 2013. Handover in 2017. Grace period in 2018. Come 2019, handover is still eluding. Project details modified to cut cost by developers. Other projects nearby launched later have given possession before Aquaview.

I booked this in 2013 Dec. And today it is 2019, and I don’t see that it will be available for the living even by end of this year.. 2019. Ideal failed on the timeline commitment of home delivery to their customer. The dream of my sweet home what I saw along with Ideal during the purchase time is still in dreams... very disappointment with such a big and famous builder.

Booked on jan 2013, imagine the no of years it has been. Already running late for more than 2 years from the commited date and whats astonishing is that there seems to be no ray of hope. All date which has been given are failing . This was not expected from large group like ideal "PILLARS OF TRUST" is breaking down.

I am taking 2 stars off as they are not able to hand over my apartment which I booked in 2013. I cannot believe that they would take 5 years to build this. At the time of booking, they committed to 3 years. The location is nice but unless the proposed flyover to EM Bypass and a new bridge instead of 'Lohar Pool' connecting SE Arterial Rd. comes up, the existing road will not be able to hold up traffic from this complex and the 2 others from PS Panache and the other in the same vicinity. Update - Sep 2019: It is now 6 years since I booked my flat. Taking another star off hence. I am unsure what the company thinks about us. This matter should be taken in the consumer forum.

it's a nice complex in Mahesh bathan area of Salt Lake Sector 5 .this picture is from a 20th floor view. from the view point of showing this complex is very good and nice but the quality of product used and technicality is very cheap. Incomplete flat handed over to consume. consumer are obliged to take the position of this flat before completion because may be promoters persons are making delay To handover the complex flat to its holders..

There was some hope for this project till few months back as purti developer was issuing money to ideal group to finish the uncompleted part of project against purti group developmemt rights on few block building which are yet to start. Ideal also started taking new booking for these new block recently. But now both Ideal Group and Purti Group entered into legal battle as Purti group has transferred those undeveloped land under its name and Ideal is not issuing NOC to start the construction work. Therefore all pending payment from Purti is on hold. If anyone holding any flat in this complex, my advice sell it immediately. There is no expected time frame by which the ideal group can finish the construction. better liqudate your investment immediately before its too late.

We were told since 2019 the possession for fit out would be within 6 months. We were told the same thing this month. Regret booking and recommending friends.

it is not builders fault. but buyers fault. they have bad name since long. why did you guys not do little due diligence. my advice to bengali friends. before taking these type of decisions ask a marwari friend, he will give you all report from inside.

The worst builder u will ever come across....i booked the flat back in 2014....still no handover...they are big liars, the owners and all the staff,...work has stopped...they have taken full payment from me...but work is incomplete....whenever u ask them about handiver...they will just lie to u

There are total 6 towers in this residential complex. Out of 6, possession or hand over has started for only tower C and D. For other towers, hand over date is June/July 2022 officially but some say by February they will start sending posession letter. They are still under construction. Apartments of Tower C and D are either facing Panache (view from balcony) or facing newtown city side. Waterbody view can be only from certain type of apartments of tower A and B.

Very slow progress over the years. Faulty planning, very dissapointing.

This project was under my list in 2016. I think I had made the right decision not to purchase here as it seems this project has turned into financial crisis looking at the current status, brokers feedback and reviews. Recommend to avoid purchasing new or resale at this point till it is handed over to original buyers.

Dilapidated building. Weird construction, one elevator working . Wait for some time just for the elevator. Looks like suddenly deserted project and way expensive without any reason. Open parking too.

On 18th Nov'23 I have visited this site to purchase a resale flat. Pros - Location is very good and Amenities are quite good. Cons - Building is not completed and site manager also told me that he even does not know when it will be completed. Room size is too small and no space for almirah/cabard. Washing machine drain pipe is placed in wrong place. Floor Tiles and Wooden floor are not branded. Jogging track is occupied by cars parking. Price is very much overpriced as per the construction quality.

I had booked an apartment 10 years have passed but still the builders could not complete the building.

It's a marvelous high-rise apartment housing building located at Thakdari area of Rajarhat, and very near to Polenite road. This project is located near another mega high rise project named "P.S. Panache". There are lot of Toto vehicle services available from Newtown bus stand of Rajarhat, Kolkata ( Toto fare is Rs 20 per head as on September 2023) upto this Ideal Aqua View project site location, and it takes within 7 to 8 minutes travel time to reach here.
