I visited the branch on Technopolis ground floor regarding loan restructuring. But the way I was insulted and humiliated by the deputy manager was horrible. She was so rude and arrogant that continuesly she was trying to prove me wrong and humiliate me infront of everyone. She was a middle age aunty, and I was trying to respect her age but she was pathetic. Finally a lower grade staff, who she asked in front of everyone to insult me whether he knows any policy regarding loan restructuring, fortunately he answered that yes there is policy and then she referred me to go to 13th floor to a specific person. I have a request to bank please take care of these kind of employees otherwise customer has to suffer a lot and finally have to decide to move to other bank where at least deputy manager has manners. Thank you

I had a requirement of Personal loan so applied with ICICI Bank, Technopolish branch. Before the sale they will treat you like a valuable gem and once they sell you the service, you will get to see their real face. The team of managers with very bad Behavior, arrogant attitude. Staff like Firoz Ali, Tanmay Raha, Aminur Rahman are completely non-professional in nature and will do anything and everything to prove you wrong. They deal with customers so un-professional way and once they sell the services they say do what ever you want, show us a written proof if you have. You won't get any help from customer support too. How they can be appointed to such a superior post. Be careful if you have any relationship with ICICI Bank Technopolis, Kolkata - Branch. And take extra care from falling prey of Mr. Firoz Ali, Tanmay Raha, Aminur Rahman I had Very bad experience while availing a personal loan from the trio of ICICI bank.

A person named Aditi Banerjee called from +917980478161 stating that she is calling from your branch regarding a repayment of loan that have my phone number as reference. Let me clarify I am neither borrower nor co-borrower of any loan from this bank or any other banks now. However, the person started accusing me over the phone as a borrower & started misbehaving & threatening me like a defaulter. I tried to tell her that I am not the borrower or lender who owe you money but she did not stop there. She also accused me of knowing the borrower personally without having any information. She also started bringing up irrelevant things like my job, my current situation to humiliate me as much as possible over the call. Even after disconnection, she called me for 2nd time & started to humiliate me again. Now, this is the example of 1 staff that you have employed in your branch. I am sure there are many more staffs like her from your branch. I am neither your customer nor your borrower still I had to get humiliated from your staff. My sympathy goes out for those who are your customers.

Behavior of Manager and other staff are so Bad in nature, dealing with customers so un professional.How they are appointed for superior post. All time there system not working properly, All time they busy with their social activities. Very bad experience for visiting this icici bank.

Worst service ever. I hv a loan a/c at icici technopolis. The sum of loan ₹590000/- (part payment ₹178716/- and BT cheque ₹411284/-)have been sanctioned at Dalhousie in April 2020, the part payment was done on time but BT cheque was not delivered on time and delayed by 5 months. But the EMI started on time from May 2020 on whole sum. I have informed the issues over the call to Abhishek Mukherjee and Saswata Bhattacharya. Being so delayed in service the BT cheque has no use for me hence I come to a point to cancel the cheque. The team confirm my request to cancel the cheque but for that they convinced me to receive the cheque for further proceedings and the team assured me that the amount will be wave off and adjusted and excess EMI would be flowed to readjust EMI. I complained about excess EMI then they suggested me to stop EMI deduction till further adjustment. Now after adjustment the due EMIs are added to principle amount . And showings defaulter.. And asked to pay .. What have been adjusted then???? I have no dues till date from nov 2020 yet showing outstandings. I have been deducted EMI twice in April 2021.. Now the teams are not responding to calls... What a service..!! Total harrasment.

The ICICI Bank is the most pathetic bank specially for Credit Card. I would suggest to go for SBI Cards, Citi Cards, HDFC cards. Please do avoid this bank. All the employees are only concerns about their targets and they will try to achieve it by doing fake commitment to customer. I am a customer of icici bank more than 10 years, I am holding a credit card RubyEx Dual. They have charged 4600/- as a late payment penalty. I have experienced with other bank, but on request they will reverse the same. The so called Relationship Manager will only call you achieve their targets , so better block their calls or avoid them.

Worst experience ever , I hold a current account in Technopolis branch ,but they are so unprofessional they don’t solve problems,don’t receive calls , specially Mrinmoy Chaudhury.only know for push sales

Had worse experience possible, the employee of this particular bank contacted and abused my sick mother also used profound language which regarding my loan account. That employee name is Abhishek Kumar his rude behaviour and abusive language used against us is completely not tolerated . I will make sure i will go consumer forum/ombudsman and get this matter cleared. So unprofessional.

Worst bank..they are continuously disturbing me and my aged mother and father for a matter 15years ago. A card that has lapsed ,now they are demanding money for that.we have talked to your branch manager. They told us all the details. But still they are disturbing us from various numbers. I made police complaints against many numbers. If this doesnot stop then i will make a police complaint against this bank. My husband is in lalbazar department.
