This cafe has four floors designed exquisitely. So definitely deserves praise for the ambience specially at night. As for the food and service both were nice. Had to try the ham bilnis as it is their speciality and we were not disappointed. Other than that I had an iced hazelnut latte and chicken strogonoff. Would have liked more options for dessert.

Big and spacious cafe having 4 floors, all beautifully designed and decorated. The food tastes good. Russian cuisine is a must try here. The beverages have variety and taste delicious too. I recommend trying the cold chocolate drink. The service is fast and the staff is courteous and helpful. The ambience is nice. Good place to click pictures for social media sites. Good place to hangout with friends and family.

A very beautifully done up place in Deshpriya Park. The ambience is warm and pleasing with nice pastel shades. It's a very old building turned into this Russian Cafe. The staff is courteous and food is really delicious. They have open air sitting also, one right at the entrance and one on 1st floor balcony. There is a separate room for groups too.

If you would like to taste something different then you must visit this place. It's a 3 storied restaurant, the ground floor is the cafe, 1st floor restaurant, 2nd floor hooka is served. We ordered Russian blinni- ham and cheese. Taste Wise wonderful.. Then we ordered chicken stroganof which is served with herbed rice And hummus, lamb and peta bread. Finally Mexican highball as a mocktail. All dishes are exquisite. Price wise on a higher side but ambience and taste will make it up. Service is also very prompt.

I feel like this is one of the most sophisticated and classy cafes in Kolkata. Perfect for first dates. Three floors of this beautifully designed cafe with their amazing collection of food is definitely gonna make your day. Do try their iced hazelnut latte. They even have in-house pizza which is another delicacy. While waiting for your food you can play a wide variety of board games. The staff members are well behaved and knowledgeable. Overall, i had an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to visiting them again.

It has been a while since I had been to a restaurant and Milee Droog is a perfect return. Lovely home style decor, with chequered floors, high ceiling and a soothing color combination across walls and furnishings. Food excellent, service commensurate to the food. Very polite and helpful servers made it an excellent experience. Had a Mocha, Lemon Iced Tea, Smazona Ryba(Polish fried fish- Bhetki) and Pork chops. Everything was perfect and just loved it. Would love to go back again!!!

The ambience is awesome and the music is good.. but once you get the food served.. everything else will just be a blur.. the food is very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The portions are good.. the red bull based drinks are awesome and goes perfectly with the tenderloin that we had. Desserts were to die for.

Lovely place for good coffee, great food and good conversations. Being a pork lover, I especially enjoyed their pork chops. Highly recommended for everyone looking for that perfect hangout spot.

The food is excellent 😍 The staff had an amazing attitude and a very grateful behaviour. He made special food and drinks and customised everything according to our needs .! Beautiful place very calm and asthetic. The taste of the food certainly takes you to a trip to heaven , but the food prices does bring you back !!! The presentation of the food is excellent and I personally enjoyed the well mannered staff and how great he was with his drink making skills :)

The ambience is really pretty but I'm disappointed with their food. ➑️Chicken Bliny - Basically it's Russian pancake stuffed with creamy chicken. The stuffing was good but the pancake was tasteless. ➑️Pollo Gorgonzola - Pan fried chicken served with Gorgonzola sauce and exotic veggies. The chicken was not at all tender we had to try really hard to cut it. Again a disappointment. They have a great menu but they should make it sound.

Located at Gorky Sadan, this cafe is a must visit one. Why so ?? Well, firstly it has this chilled out ambiance, followed by well-behaved. staff, next comes good food that they serve, and to top all this, the cafe is very pocket-friendly and not only that, they don't charge GST. We ordered #OreoCrunch #TurkishChicken #ChickenTettrazini #NonVegMixedSaucePasta #UzbekPlov (because we wanted to try something Russian) and #CaramelCustard, and I must say almost every dish was praise worthy. So, if you want to spend a good time with your friends or your loved ones, do visit this place once.

We went there on Christmas eve of 22. Must say we were very disappointed as the majority of the food items were unavailable. They were not equipped to handle the rush. Ambience: We sat on the 1st floor in the verandah. It was chaotic there as people were constantly moving in and out of the kitchen. That kind of ruined our mood. The ground floor was nicely decorated. Service: Food was prompt. No delays there. Satisfied with it. Food: We had: Epic Cheese Jalapeno Croquettes (4/5) Dhungar Chicken (3/5) Final verdict: They really need to learn how to handle customer rush. Should have the majority of the food items available. Won't re-visit again.

Milee Droog is a Russian Cafe, those who are aware about it will know that earlier it used to be in Gorky Sadan near Minto Park. Now it has shifted to Deshpriya Park and it's a much better and bigger place with traditional vibes and contemporary flavour. The ambience is tastefully decorated and the staff are very polite and courteous. You can very well spend a laidback evening with your friends or family as this place is not overcrowded. Now coming to the food, the Russian cuisine is the main attraction and apart from that continental , Mediterranean and Indian items are also there. I will give a big thumbs up to this place and surely I will be back for more.

This place is over-hyped and over expensive, the only reason people come here is due to the ambiance and environment which is one of the best I have seen in Kolkata. It's an Instagram-worthy place and the food available is good no doubt but at the same time there are over priced too, obviously we all can guess it's due to the brilliant ambiance available, the architect of the building is retro style with a brilliant fusion of modern touch which will definitely be a good experience

Beautiful ambiance. Loved the art pieces and how everything is in sync with the decor. However the food part disappointed us. Chicken Pelmeni with Sour Cream was more bland than it was supposed to be. Found a hair in the Pork Shashlik and only the cheapest drink from our order was discounted as compensation.

Nice ambience. A bit slow service. Better to use Google maps and reach otherwise it's difficult to find this cafe. Perfect place to relax. Food quality is average.

This place is like a hidden treasure. From the main gate a security guy escorts you too the cafe with a gate pass. When i went the cafe was fairly empty. I got a nice seat and was enjoying the music. The menu comes in 3 booklets. One for food. One for coffee and one for drinks. I ordered a soup a main course and one dessert and the chef took his/her time and served the dishes with 30 min interval between each dish making the dinner service one and a half hour journey. But the food was worth the wait. Everything is delicious and the portion size is perfect.

So, last Saturday I visited this cafe with my family. It was my second time visit. The ambience is quite mesmerizing. Sourav and his team was too good in their services. Really appreciable. And the food is very yummilicious. The chimichuri grilled prawns and penne mixed pasta was superb. Mushroom Blinis was the best. Also do try the Russian tea. It's flavour is awesome.

Located in Gorky Sadan. A very quaint and ideal place for hangout with friends and family. Brilliant and colourful interiors. Books and board games available if one need to spend some quality time. Authentic russian cuisines available. One must try the Russian tea. The flavour of the berries in the tea will add a special feeling to one's palate. Food is equally good. The garnishing and presentation is of top notch. Chicken Pelmeni is a type of dumpling in a broth with Sour cream served as a side. The dumpling when eaten with Sour cream feels amazing. The Olivier Salad had the perfect consistency to it. Lots of veggies in there along with chunks of chicken and egg. A big thumbs up to the management. Special mention to Md Fahim, the person who served us. Very rarely have I come across a person who is so well mannered and offers more than perfect hospitality and service. Thank you Fahim.

The cafe is at Gorky Sadan. It is one of the hidden gems in Kolkata. The ambiance is pretty good. Quality of food and taste is awesome. Variety of mocktails are there. One can find Russian as well as Non Russian dishes . Books and board games are also there. Altogether , a nice place to hang out with friends and family.

Can't really have a shot at more authentic Russian cuisine in Kolkata, probably even India. Sanctioned by the Russian Centre upstairs, this large subterranean Cafe should be on the list of everyone who ever wanted to try Russian food exactly as Babushka made it. Although the service is nothing like you'd expect at your Babushka's home. The lone server, while polite, took an excrutiatingly long time to take our orders and finally bring us the dishes. They also messed up one dish. The lighting could be updated. Also considering it's a Russian Cafe, the stock American decor could be given a bit of change as well.

Location: Inside the Institute of Russian Languages, a bit shady but there is security at the gate. Ambience: Fantastic, perfectly lit and great music. They have an assortment of board games as well. Food: Slightly overpriced, but good portions and superb taste. Tenderloin Steak is highly recommended. This place also serves authentic Russian cuisine. (Which is really rare in Kolkata). Service: Best thing about this place, very polite and helpful. Highly recommended (4/4).

The place is buzzing with energy and positive vibes. We were very delicately handled by Mr. Soumitra as to what to eat. The service is top notch. The food is really great with uniqueness in every bite. It was a great X-mas decoration indeed. We had a lovely time.❀️

😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee. The fish kaviraji was satisfactory. Despite the fact that there is a no-smoking sign on the premises, I observed people smoking...
