I have always loved this ccd. The place is always so full of energy. And the staff is also very prompt and attentive. They also have a smoking are for smokers. I am very particular that I like my coffee strong and they aways remember to do it well.

This place was the WORST place to wait during pandal hopping during durga pujo because it started raining. We ordered two drinks and they added add ons some which the server said we had to get as it was a pujo offer and other adds one weren't even informed to us! That's how each drink was about 300 rupees each and an additional 300 for the add ons! So we got two drinks worth 1200 bucks which didn't even taste great. We spent 150 bucks for one squiggle of whipped cream that tasted a bit off! 1200 bucks could've been spent elsewhere having a proper meal. Honestly I haven't ever been conned like this before and I'm NEVER going back to CCD.

Lovely space cool, energetic, ready to welcome everyone. Staff was courteous and the lady there was excellent in her service and customer handling. I tried their newly launched frappes , visually looked fabulous but Oops it was too sugary for me still that can be my personal choice may be their customers like it that way. After all they are located in Kolkata the sweetest part of India. Keep up the fabulous work kudos...

We have had better customer experience at CCD... The service representatives need to give space to the customer prior to taking the order. They should give the option of normal water and bottled water , and not just offer bottled water in different ways.

The afternoons are less crowded. The food and atmosphere comes standardized...but if you want to talk in peace ..this is the place.

My friend and I were having this sweet craving when we decided to land up at this outlet. We ordered for a sizzling brownie. However we weren't expecting such a poor quality. The chocolate syrup felt as if it was mere water, tasteless n bland to taste. The brownie also didn't seem to be fresh. Overall we were very disappointed with our dessert. Apart from the the ambience is very cozy so you enjoy being in company with your friends in here

Lake road CCD is spacious which is critical during Covid times. Ambience is good. Cappucino is not strong enough and they charge almost double for a strong shot, which is not cost effective. However, their Honey Cinnamon Coffee is excellent
