The atmosphere is great and quite and the sofas and seats are very comfortable too. They serve the food quite fast too. However, the food quality isn't that amazing and the vegetables are not trimmed into little pieces so the big pieces of vegetables are kind of hard to eat. The Chilli Cheese Toast is the Tastiest Item on the Menu. The Cold Coffees, Chocolate Frappe etc. are good too. The drinks have many ice cubes in them and that's pleasing! The Waiters are kind and polite, and the service and ambiance are the best part of this outlet.

The behaviour of the staff is really amazing! You can seat there with your loved ones and spend your own lovely time. Along with that you can also sit with your laptop there and can peacefully work while sipping on some amazing freshly brewed coffee and garlic bread!

I was passing by the dumdum road yesterday night, thought of getting myself a coffee at ccd. I ordered one devil's own for mom-inlaw & a strong coffee frapp`e with vanilla icecream topping. I clearly said out my order loud atleast 2-3 times & even pointed out the extra icecream topping on their menu card. The guy who took the order wasn't prompt enough. There were literally 2 more couple other than us, ccd took 20 mins to deliver the order, devils's own was ok. But they delivered me vanilla flavoured coffee. When i asked to change my order first they were charging me that it seems i had placed my order wrong, when i clearly said again about my order again they said "vanilla icecream is over". When i insisted to cancel my orders they said they will manage somehow. What they gave me was the same vanilla flavoured coffee with some left over chunks of broken vanilla icecream somewhere visible at the bottom of the glass. I was so much annoyed with the extra sweet flavour when i asked to make them strong coffee. So much unprofessional. Ccd elsewhere in kolkata are far better.

I went out on a coffe day excursion with a good friend of mine and it was such a beautiful experience. The food was good and the coffee was good and strong and I liked sitting on their comfy sofas but you know what was the best part? There was this lady barista at the counter who had the best smile in the whole wide world. I would go there just to see her everyday smiling and taking orders. I'm in love.

Staffs are extremely polite and the ambience is also great. I have been visiting this place since I was a teenager and it has always been a place very close to my heart. It got shut down during the pandemic for a couple of years but I am so glad that they decided to run it again.

Well located and spacious but the coffee was average, and choice of food quite limited, not very appetizing. In fact, this chain or the other chain do not keep much facility of cooking or food service. Staff were cooperative but their options are limited.

It`s located near Dumdum Hanuman Mandir. and It`s open Now. the coffee and food was also affordable and good but the coffee served was not so warm as required due to which the taste was not understanding. The staff was also polite and had positive attitude towards the customers.

Lacking professional attitude , staffs without proper dress codes that is expected in a CCD , previously it used to be good, now it has detoriated immensely.

CCD is always the best place to hang out with friends. Sit at this cozy atmosphere with chilled coffee or a hot one which you like.

Menu is expensive but coffees tastes good with respect to the prices. Atmosphere is too good. You can sit and chat there as long as you can. Free wifi is available there. Staffs are well trained and well behaved. Services are too good.

Have the items were not available when we went there last Time

Due to network issues, I paid the given amount twice, they told me that the fund will be returned in 7 business days still I am waiting for that day☺️, worst experience will never visit again 🙏

Ordered from this place from their 🌟BOGO Offer🌟. Since there's Buy 1 Get 1, I took Kesari Milk Shake so they gave me another Kesari Milk Shake with it. Though i had requested for a Mango, but they didn't. That was quite bad on their part, I believe, since it's available on all 4 flavours. 😎😎 Even the shakes were a lil less in quantity. Overall, if you are ordering from CCD, try some other outlet since there's ample in number.
