We friends had a great time at CCD! Had Devil's own shake. It tasted amazing for me. It is a little bitter. So if you like your coffee sweet, ask for extra sugar or choose some other coffee. But for those who loves the coffee strong, this one is a great try. We had a very happy time together!

Pretty dull outlet. There wasn't anyone other than us. The staff was busy doing their stocktaking and their inside conversations. Other than that the place looked neat clean and fresh. If you're looking for a place that isn't noisy, come give this place a try

The cafe was quite neat and clean with staffs who are continuously monitoring about a covid free atmosphere by sanitising the hands of the new customers as well as their own tables and chairs. The taste of the shakes and coffee were lipsmacking within an affordable price. Overall, it's always a fantastic experience in spending quality time at this cafe.

Not good at all. Staff are careless type. They misguided everyone. Menu and prices are not clearly written. Total dishonesty in business. Better to avoid the shop.

One of the best place i have ever been. In hot coffees you have variety like cappicino,cafe latte,cafe mocha.i think you should start with cafe latte. A proper mily classic coffee to satisfy your coffee tase buds and a decent amount of foam.add brown sugar if you want. then go ahead with cappacino an its newly added flours such as vanila cappacino,hazzelnut cappacino (my personal favourite) And do try "sinful" cafe mocha Consists of CHOCOLATE.

CCD at Lake Mall is done up quite tastefully with comfortable seating arrangements. Staff is cordial and well behaved. But the star of the show was the Devil's Own that we had. It is a bit pricey but it's something that cannot be missed out on.

Nice place for gossip.The staff are also polite .As usual,well decorated.You can enjoy your coffee & meals.

Horrible experience. We ordered a Cappuccino, a Crunchy Frappe, and a Watermelon Granita. To order we had to repeat the same thing like ten times before they got it right. Within ten minutes of ordering, they served the machine-made cappuccino. We asked about the rest of the order and they said it'll take some time. We waited. Then they served the Crunchy Frappe. It was horrible. There was no crunch (crushed Oreos) like was mentioned on the menu card. We complained about it and they took it back only to add like half an oreo on the top. We asked what happened to the Watermelon Granita and they said that they had made it once but it wasn't good so they're remaking it. It was nearly half an hour since we had ordered. Finally they served the drink which was so sour we couldn't even have a sip. We told them. The waiter got angry and started abusing us under his breath. We asked him what he said and he started shouting. Finally they refunded the amount for the Frappe and Granita. Overall very bad experience. They couldn't handle a practically empty cafe. There were only 2 customers including us. The state of the outlet was also very bad. Some lights were not working. The display had nearly rotten food items.

Had a nice cup of cappuccino with cookies. Good service and enough seating capacity with corner seats as well for a peaceful distraction free work. Free wifi too.

Worst experience ever, please check on your service to make it better, or hire experienced people. Went to this Lake mall outlet with a friend. Ordered one Hazelnut cappuccino and one latte. My friend completed her latte quickly and I was finishing mine while talking with her it was not even 10 minutes, when one employee came and let me know I had to vacate my table as some other people were waiting but I saw a vacant place on some other places too. I pointed there and told them please arrange some other place I am finishing my coffee and I am between a conversation we will finish soon and leave. But he insisted that I should finish my coffee ASAP and make space for other people, as it's indicated that I am sitting there for a longer time, which was completely invalid as I saw many people sitting there still, who came before me and finished their coffee and only chatting. I let the employee know my displeasure but he made it seem like, I am really doing something wrong by sitting there chatting and finishing my coffee. What's the point of running a cafe and calling it a cafe while people can't even sit and chat. And also why is there discrimination while i have to finish fast and some other people can just hang as long as they want. Am I paying any less for my food and experience, to be treated like that. I really hate going to CCD now. Never recommended and out of my list.

Me and my bestie going to celebrate our achievements day , We are orders Devil's ownes and 1 chocho muffin and 1 Cheese cake But I'm very disappoint by cheese cake that cake is not fresh... After eating that I had faced difficult Rest is good ... So my humble request please provide customer to fresh food

The aroma of freshly ground coffee welcomes you when you step in into the shop. This is a very cozy place to hang out with your friends and loved ones. All the staffs are very polite and humble. They try to welcome you with smile. The place is very neat and clean. They maintain proper hygiene. They serve variety of hot and cold coffee. I personally prefer cuppuchino( hot & cold both), cafe mocha,cafe late, devil's own.They also have variety of summer cooler and mojito.Picture of water melon mohito and iced-cuppuchino is given bellow. They also have good quality brownie and ginger bread. Billing procedure is hassle free.Both on and off line payment is accepted. Waiting time is not too long. If you are coffee lover, then it is must visit place for you.

Apart from the conventional coffee, like a cappuccino, everything else is a loot. Stay away from their sandwiches, just a pair of bread chunk tomato slices, onions, sauces and a teeny tiny sliver of meat like stuff call it anything - tandoori... just have routine coffee,if at all and leave... Unless you want to throw your money..

I love CCD but I don't like Lake Mall. Do I make sense?

The worst cafe experience ever. We ordered a bowl of green tea and banana chips. Wanted to share the tea with my wife,hence asked for an extra cup. But I was not given, I was also reminded that you have ordered food for very less amount so not eligible for an extra cup.

I am sitting here in Cafe Coffee Day lake mall now . It is 1:33 pm . I saw a COCKROACH at the counter among the white straws and showed it to the woman who is at service now . I don't know her name as no one has a name tag . I was waiting to order at the counter and the man and the woman - none of them were taking my order. I told them that I was standing for more than 5 minutes . The man was doing his own work and was not interested in taking the order and replied that it's okay to wait .

Excellently flavoured burger. Great coffee. Smiling service. Too many small cockroaches crawling on to me. CCD, shut down and fumigate!

Located on the top floor of Lake Mall. Quite spacious and preferable for quiet dates : )

The behaviour of some staffs is not at all good(specifically a female). Happened with us , we were sitting and we were continuously told to shift to another table from a table of two because another customer was demanding a two seat. We were also a couple and were wrapping up with our food. But this behaviour really hit us hard ...and we are never gonna visit here again... would recommend others also to find some place better if you want to keep your self respect. (Also found some baby cockroaches crawling on the side walls ...creeped us badly). Would have rated a 4 star but just because of this rude behaviour I'm sorry to say but I have to rate it low. Please carefully choose your staffs who have a customer friendly behaviour. Thank you

A good place to chill with friends. Food is okay-ish and the drinks are diluted with too much water. Staff service is also not too good. Average experience.

Worst choco fantasy ever. Taste like back dated pastry. It was already hot and melted but still it was hard. When I told them about hardness in the pastry, they was like we can make it extra hot But that chocolate on the top already melted. Not going to try it anymore. But their coffee was good.

Worst coffee in the entire planet perhaps. I'm being kind and this is an understatement. I went during pujo & got the worst service in entire Kolkata. In fact all the CCD experience in Kolkata is not good but Lake mall one is bad. Please hire experienced people. We're never going in any CCD ever again.

It was shosthi, we ordered a dirty fudge with ice cream from lakemall CCD. The person taking money and billing us showed an image of a glass cup in which the food item will come. It came in a paper plate. The ice cream was melted. The type of service and behavior was very disappointing as I was visiting CCD for the very first time. PLEASE communicate this to the customer while billing you do not have enough utensils and it will not look like how the food is advertised in the menu.

Ccd, lake market, one of the most ill behaved staffs i have seen. They try to figure customers on the way they talk and in what language. If you speak english, may it be gibberish, you are prioritised, and if you speak bengali you are a last bencher for them. They do not cooperate , even when you ask them about a dish, you get a vague reply...the staffs greet you if you are an Englishman... Or their indianised versions. Grow up and get out of this.

its a shabby place with almost no ac . only one chair near tv gets cool... ordered for a devils own my most fav... i was shocked it was almost being served on a dirty table ... the straw nd spoon were kept on the table with no regards whatsoever for minimum health nd hygene.... such deterioration of once such a prestigeous brand.....staff very uncordial ... will make u feel ... why the hell on earth r u here ...even the taste was not as good as before ... cream was stale and smelling very bad...

Today we went to ccd lake mall to have sizzling brownie and bought a water bottle but when we went to order they said they don't have sizzling brownie today. So we decided to not have anything else and just pay for the water, but stuff suddenly became very rude and told us that we can't just but water we have to buy something else also he practically forced us to have something else and was very rude.We also said we are not going to sit with just the water bottle we'll just pay for it and go. But still he said it's policy or something and we have to buy something.

This cafe doesn't even deserve 1star. We were 3 people. They said due to crowd management we need to order as per the number of person visiting there, which can be a waste of food and money as well. Behaviour of the counter staff was really bad. Not recommending to anybody to go there.

Very poor service by them, worst of all other outlets even very dirty too.

Good place to wait or catch up with friends while in Lake mall area. The service is quick and there are plenty of seats available.

Good place to chill out. A quick meeting place with some hot coffee and snacks.
