Located at Shop No. 7, 1, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Rd, Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, Jam House specializes in European and Multicuisine cuisine. It is opposite to a college and you will always find this place crowded with college kids hanging around in groups and enjoying their sheesha. Seating is mostly couches, sofas and stools and the place has two levels. While enjoying from the myriad of choices of hookah, one can also play games and kill time. The food menu is a concoction of vegetarian finger food, Chinese dishes which also include the rice and noodle dishes, Italian pastas and pizzas, a few sizzlers, mock-tails, shakes and smoothies – typical café food. Crispy chilli baby corn and mushroom orly are highly recommended. One of the few places which is open till 3 am in the city. They have karaoke nights and live music on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are not a lover of hookah, you must skip this place.

The range of menu available and the live band performance on most days at the place is by itself a plus . To top it off the late night availability of dinner . One might feel a little cramped up for space but it is worth it .

Horrible experience for us. The management is so poor that there is no one supervising the employees. They barely gave us any service, we had to go pick the order ourselves and place it also. The worst, however, was the attempt to con customers by changing the prices at the time of billing. When confronted, the head manager berated the poor employee in front of us, and had the worst response ever. First, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, then tried giving us disproportionate remedies like free pizza the next time we visit (when the difference in the actual amount and the hill they presented was almost double), and then tried emotionally blackmailing us by saying that the money will be taken out of our server’s pocket. Hope they know this is legally incorrect and absolutely horrible behaviour.

All the dishes we ordered, was really good. But I think , price wise the quantity is not sufficient at all. Ambience was really good. Stuffs are nice too. Over all it was nice. Visit here once

Good ambience. Great food and friendly environment to spend time with friends! Loved the atmosphere. We ordered jam house special platter which contained " Mushroom babycorn, French fries, potato wedges, hakka noodles, pasta, chilli paneer dry, American corn and pepper salt. Loved loved it!!!

Jam House's interior was very nice and, it was decorated with dim lights.soothing for boozing and spending time with friends! Staffs behaviour were good and polite, didn't hesitated. We got buy 1 get 1 offers on drinks and cocktails. Drinks ordered: Screw driver , cosmopolitan ( both were very average) didn't like the taste that much. Food : Chilli garlic rice , Schezwan chicken, mac and cheese chicken pasta. Food quality could have been a little bit better in respective of prices. Would rate: 2.7/5 Quantity: 3/5 Overall,its not that pocket friendly but bit expensive..it is easily locatable.

Starting from ambience to service everything was top rated, we ordered for a plate of chicken reshmi kebabs and sizzling hot Brownie.. The chicken pieces were succulent and juicy with the perfect blend of spices but what came as a disappointment was the brownie being burnt at the lower portion which made the taste horrible.. Would go back again for their good service,live music and ambience.

Except for ambience, nothing else is good here. The customer service! They don't care how long you wait. They don't even remember what you ordered. It was pathetic. We were in hunger and thought of having good food with friends. Finally, when the last dish came, we lost our patience and was about to storm out, when they gave us half cooked meal. Really irritating how they behaved. Please behave accordingly if you want the customers to stay.

It is a lovely place located in Chowringhee, Kolkata. It is basically a veg restaurant and has a wide variety of vegetarian food with great taste. Staffs are very good. They provide vey good service. Atmosphere is really appreciatable. Mocktails and smoothie were good in taste but chicken dumplings was too much roasted. Service was late but you can enjoy beautiful songs that really goes well with the ambience.

The place is off. We saw no people there and when we asked about it they gave many excuses. We already ordered our food in the first place as we were starving so we felt bad and didn't cancel. Ultimately at the end they charged 800 rupees for a simple fried rice and chilli chicken. It's huge for a place like this. I will never recommend such places that literally steal.

The quality of the food and the ambience, they serve it all perfectly. The staffs are great. You'll never regret going to this place at the end of your work just vibing with the jam the artists come up with. Good place to hangout with friends. Speciality of this place is they have live song performance which starts from 12 a.m. This restaurant is open till 4 a.m. And what i found the draw back is they don't provide alcohol. They have hookah over there.

It's a shaddy place with low light. The beverages were overpriced. The taste is not as per the price. Although the service is good and the staffs are polite.

We have ordered White sauce pasta but unfortunately they took the order of red sauce of pasta. So we told them to cancel it but one the waiter came and said sorry and he said that he's going to change it. We waited for like more than 15 mins and he has served us the previous red sauce pasta with white sauce mixed in it. It was really difficult to eat as it was not at all good. And the masala french fries was also so oily. *THEY ALSO CHAGRE SERVICE CHARGE AND IT IS COMPULSORY* as said by one of the waiter.

Great restaurant here doing fusion multicuisine food. Lovely staff who were very accomodating. We had the Bengali fish fingers (loved!) and Chinese chicken which were both good. Good vibes all round 👍🏻

Don't go there if you don't have any gf or female friend. I am the regular customer for them since 2018 still they don't value on the occasion night of mine. They opened a new unit named armor. Strictly advice if you are plan to visit there don't go other wise you will face same issue whether you have gf they charged you with your faces.

The place is amazing. Awesome ambience. Makes you feel like home. Staff is very friendly. Only con is food is not that good. Food taste and quality is very average.

Jam house is located in exide more just below the vivek soni classes ( all professional kolkata students will know him) and for those who dnt know its beside shikshayatan college.. The place ambience is really good (5/5).. Been here a couple of times and had many different experiences.. The best part about the place is that it is open till 7 a.m. in the morning.. I have been there at 2.00 a.m also.. We ordered many things there.. some of them were mix sauce penne pasta, margeritta pizza, kitkat shake .. All were really good.. (5/5) The shisha was also fantastic and looks a bit unique bcoz of the outer cover.. The staffs service are also really commendable.. They really talk to you as a very friendly manner.. All in all the place is worth visiting again and again..

Last night around 9 P.M me and my friend have visited the restaurant and gave order of 1 plate chicken noodles and chilli chicken. They have taken the order 9.07 P.M and we have been waiting for than 15 minutes but order have not been placed at our table. We have requested them please ready our food within 15 minutes because we have to leave the place as we would return by metro and last metro was 9.52 PM from Rabindra Sadan. However, As food was not placed within 15 minutes, we left the place. When we left the place then their employees threatened us not to allow us to leave. And they gave a bill for ₹935 for 1 chicken noodles ₹319 and schezwan chicken which cost ₹619. They demand high value which is not mentioned is menu card. The experience was horrible. Please don't come to this restaurant anymore. You're not feel safe.
