I would say ZERO. so we got here today evening, the place is beautiful, no doubt but everything apart from that is a huge fail. Our server ABDUL behaved like he's doing us a favour by taking our order, an absolute failure in the name of a server. Coming to the food, the cappuccino was the only palatable thing, everything else was plain disgusting. The hot chocolate was lukewarm chocolate, too sweet, too synthetic tasting, AVOID. the baked goods- strawberry cube and cream roll was where things got really really BAD AND STALE. The strawberry cube was inedible, too sweet, too synthetic, hard. The cream roll was soggy. So we're paying for STALE AND OLD goods? Not worth it. Food: 1/5 Service: -5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Value for money: 1/5

Good location, good decor and good food. Price isn't very low or high priced. Had the mushroom soup and non-veg salad. Liked both the dishes, were simple, elegant and tasty. The wall hanging was good. Would have liked more variety in the menu. I can visit here again

Definitely a vintage place to be at. The ambience, decor, space would keep you at awe for the place. Add to that the quality of food is up there with the very best. My experience today wasn’t the best however. I ordered a jogger’s breakfast but however received only the baked beans and hash browns and was billed with the same. I felt with the rush in service, attention to details was missing somewhere. However the server was more than accommodating to compensate for his mistake. Being a frequent visitor of the place, I’d encourage everyone to visit Flurys and bask in sheer grandeur and luxury and experience a fine culinary experience

I started my new year with Flury's! My mother and I visited this iconic bakery on 1st January for our brunch. We reached at 11 and after a little wait we were seated. Our server was very well mannered. We ordered the chicken version of the English breakfast (they just replaced the bacon with 2 chicken sausages) and the American breakfast with Pancakes. The dishes were extraordinary and extremely filling! The tea/coffee served after was the perfect ending to this breakfast. But I was extremely sad because I saw so many people wasting food! Like full plate of food was taken away by the servers! Please order consciously and try not to waste food.

Iconic & lovely place to eat on Park Street. A real Oasis on Park Street. The customer service is fantastic & the food service is very fast. The menu selection is very good & the selections for the cakes & pasty & pastries is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly & help you make a good food choice. The whole place is clean & the toilets are very clean & tidy too. Overall its a fab experience in Flurys 👍👏👌😁

Food: I recommended the British breakfast and Eggs Benedict with salmon, they tasted good and just like English. But the lemon tart wasn’t my cup of tea. Service: The waitress and waiter was nice, but dunno why a man in suits some kind of ignoring us. Atmosphere: Sitting in a old place to have breakfast was a nice experience.

I have been meaning to visit this place since childhood. It's one of the premium breakfast joints in the city. The ambience is serene in the morning. With piano playing over the speakers you get a feeling of travelling back in time, when you see the pictures of Calcutta from 1927, hung on the wall. We ordered the English breakfast and American breakfast which was more than enough for three people to share in between. All the items were savory, except for maybe the chicken sausages. It felt store bought. I was hoping they would make their own, like Keventer's in Darjeeling. The adjoining bakery divulges a fragrant aroma of butter and roasted nuts which makes your morning memorable. Overall a wonderful experience. Personally I feel it's best to visit in the morning before the streets of Kolkata get busy.

Beautiful experience at Christmas Eve! It was too crowded. Seating space wasn't available. We didn't need either. We had cheesecake and brownie. I love their cheesecake 5/5, but brownie was very sugary . Didn't like much.

Visited with my father, and was not disappointed. Since it was New Year eve, the place was quaint. Ordered English Breakfast for him and an Egg Benedict with salmon for myself. Portions are adequately filling and is reasonable enough for price charged. We also ordered takeaway of a couple of chocolate pastries - soft and 'melt in your mouth' good. Washroom can be upgraded a bit. A beautiful flutist plays around the bakery, on the streets. Prepared to be mesmerized.

Park Street Flurys, I personally feel morning time is the best time to visit as the time passes the roads of Park Street is getting busy. Good Ambiance, Great food (bit on the pricey side). Service is little bit slow , Waiters are friendly and helpful.

It's the name, pushing it forward. Foods are not that appreciable that you will hymn with the after effects of taste. The price may keep resounding in your mind for a long time. It's the ambience and the promotions that may drag you to this place for an experience.

Perfect place for having deserts and breakfast and coffee! If you are a coffee lover and pastry lover don't ever miss out on flurys. The ambience is amazing , the lighting is set well for taking food pictures, the food never disappoints , the staffs are amazing and helpful. The money is worth the food they serve here.

The popular Flury's Bakery is located bang in the middle of Park Street. Parking can be an issue on weekends. The place is very clean and upmarket. Staff is very polite. Coming to the food, yes (as many people have said), it does seem a tad over priced. However, food quality is a 10/10 again. Everything ordered was hot, fresh and lip smacking. We had English breakfast, almond croissant, chocolate muffin and quiche. We took some takeaway items as well. The place is cheerful, airy and full of energy. Great place to hangout with friends and family.

Flurys is famous for its cake and English breakfast … We had • Omelette Masala Meal which was good.. And.. •OEUF-BROUILL which was suggested by the waiter - A total Mess🥲 (I didn’t liked it at all) Prices are higher than the quality of food.. Service is nice.. But their food suggestion is not good..

One of the most luxurious and vintage cafe of Kolkata. This place will give you vintage vibes. Food quality and behaviour of the staffs are very good, they are very polite and they give attention to minute details. As a cafe lover I would recommend this place. But this is a luxurious dining so a little costly. Overall fantastic.

A nice place for spending time and eating and chatting the time away. Nice interior and good food. We went there and just took the hot chocolate with whipped cream as we were full from the food we had before that. I took away 2 tarts as well and they were tasty.

Flurys is a very popular place for confectionaries and bakery items. I went in with really high expectations, but I was disappointed. I had ordered a doughnut and melted chocolate which I would say we were priced decently. The doughnut was heated up and served and it became hard as a rock, never had such a bad experience with a doughnut before. The melted chocolate was alright but too sweet for my taste. Based on what I have heard from friends, their quality has deteriorated.

Had a great experience in terms of food and services. The pasta tasted rather healthy and smooth compared to other pastas that I've tried from different cafes. Rum ball was nice. But the other pastry was not up to my liking due to the biscuits in it. The ambience is superb. For those, who are going for the 1st time and searching up their menus, please don't get fooled by the limited things mentioned in Google or Zomato menus. Flurys has many things to offer and the food is certainly not limited to the range of under 200/- You can get pastries starting from 120/- I guess. But that's it. The proper food menu is quite high in price.

We went there for their very famous menu English Breakfast...and it was worth it... price was bit high but the quantity was sufficient for 2 people. We took desserts from self service corner: Almond Croissant 🥐 (lightly sweet) White chocolate cheesecake 🍰 ( the biscuit crunch base was missing & it tasted like regular moist cake, and was very sweet ) Lemon Tart 🍋

All time classic. Flurys menu has recently been updated with avocado and salmons but more or less has remained the same. Continental food is superb. And Darjeeling tea is the best

I had an amazing experience at Flurys! It's a historic cafe from the British era. The English and American breakfasts were delicious, and the pastries and coffee were top-notch. The place was spotless, and the staff was super friendly!

I visited this famous joint on this new year. I was with my friends and as it was 1st Jan it was very crowded. We had to wait around 1 hour to finally get a table. That day was a self service for the pastries as it was very crowded but the other eatables were served. We ordered triple omelette with mushrooms and toast, chicken wings, coffee and pastries. Loved the omelette and the chicken wings but was a little disappointed with the pastries. They were a little dry for me and also there weren't many varieties to choose from, just 3-4 types. Enjoyed the ambience of the place and special mention were the chandeliers. And the last thing this place will definitely bore a hole in your pocket. But overall a great experience.

Flurys is one of the oldest and famous bakery and now, fine dine-in places of Kolkata. The ambience and decor is highly sophisticated. The price is a little on the higher side but the food is equally good and the service is great. Especially, their icecreams and desserts are to die for. The experience is a must have if you stay in or visit Kolkata. Had a great evening at the heart of Park Street.

Termites and bugs have infested the walls. My 13 yr old niece was standing against it. I was stunned, the bugs were crawling over her. She was in an uncomfortable situation. The staff’s shamelessly showed no interest in helping, so ruthless. Went for brunch, paid for the cold food and poor service. The manager showed no remorse, so discourteous. Ones the pic of the ceiling is seen, it will get repaired as the wall, so negligent. Flurry’s in unsanitary conditions and is ageing.

It's a renowned cafe in Park Street area. We reached there at 9.30am and found a long queue waiting outside! We enlisted our names and waited outside for about 30mnts for our entry inside! At the morning only it was rather crowded! Service was bit delaying for the rush! Food quality was decent. But there was not that much option of pastries!

Go here for nostalgia, not for food. And sometimes you might spot some celebrities. That’s it! The food quality and service has dropped from before. There are so many better cafes in Kolkata these days.

One bite into that divine cream horn whisked me back to my childhood visits to Calcutta. The interior is pretty much as I remember it, with its old world charm and updated menu - including a wine list. So enchanted was I, I even opted for their legendary chicken patty at the airport outlet, also indulging in the plum cake, chocolate coated raisins and more cream horns to take away. Simply superb. Carry on, Flurys!

Absolute place for dessert lover🍨 I visited there morning time and the atmosphere was so lovely and calm at that time. The ambience is amazing, high ceiling, the light decoration and also the mirror, so much pretty interior. All staffs are helpful.

Lovely bakery and cafe food! We had the English breakfast (headsup- takes some time to prepare it), pork ribs (excellent!), gondhoraj flavoured fish fingers with kasundi (i think they need to infuse more gondhoraj flavour in this), grilled vegetable sandwich, rum balls and cubes. The staff is friendly in spite of the crowd. Overall good food

One of the iconic eatery-cum-bakery of Kolkata which is almost a century old. Service is great. Food is delicious but slightly on the pricier side. This place remains crowded most of the time. So a bit of waiting time should not be surprising!!

Oh this place! Always a pleasure to binge on the best food. Food was very just on point. Perfectly presented and cooked well. Dessert to die for! ❤️😋 If you're at Kolkata and around Park street this place is a must try! Won't disappoint at all. I'm sure. The waiters are friendly and polite and serves each table with courtesy. Loved the atmosphere. Incase your going on special busy dates just make a call and keep a booking so you don't need to wait long in the queue.

Been to this branch about twice. And both the times during the winter holiday season in the evening. The first time around, it was so packed that we had to line up outside and wait for our turns to be seated. The service was a bit slow too. But it was all okay and understandable. We ordered Tres leches and christmas pudding from the menu that time. It was delicious. The second time, the crows was comparatively lesser. We easily got a seat as well. The people behind the counter for pastries were kind enough to recommend options according to our taste preference. We had the white chocolate cheesecake which a delicious. Separately from the menu, we had the creme caramel and cold coffee. The waiter was really nice and service was swift. Overall, great festive experience.🤍

Breakfast, a must visit place. We had American breakfast, English breakfast and 1 Spanish breakfast. All of them were too good, but my personal favourite would be Spanish breakfast

Awesome place for English breakfast. Good service, great atmosphere and tasty food, what else do you need. One review is for the Rum ball which I ordered, it should be moist from inside but it was pretty hard. Rest everything was great.

Old Kolkata establishment at Park Street. Famed for its cakes and brunches and a spot to just chillax. Food is good without being great but you go there for the service and the vibes. My only slightly sore spot was the absence of healthier options but all of this was lost in the nostalgia of just being there. Coffee is claimed to be 100 percent Arabica which is a plus for sure.

😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee.
