Worst service I have ever experienced... Staff are specially the manager so ill mannered,they doesn't know how to behave with their customers...I visited today with my friend we ordered for a tea after finishing it we ordered for food, in just 15mins after serving it ,one of their staff came and gave us the bill , again after 5 minutes he came back to check whether we paid the bill or not ,then another staff came and told us to make the payment and clear the bill and leave the table as it's their managers order, I told them to call the manager, she came started asking for my bills to check the order and instead of discussing the issue with us ,she started saying to her staff that why did he took our order and insulted us by saying that check the profile of the customers before taking the order, this kind of service they provide in noxx which is one of the famous F&B outlet in Howrah.. They treat their customers with their looks/appearance and behave with them accordingly.. I myself belong from a hospitality profession but this kind of behaviour is not acceptable in any service & this behaviour doesn't help you or your business grow in a long run ...just a small suggestion for NOXX

i would have given minus rating if i had an option over here. Awful Service from start to finish.immediately after delivery the order we were continuously asked to pay the bill and to leave the table quickly . We refused to to leave the table because we were in the middle of our meal, we were not there for more than 20mins. So We urged to call the manager, but the manager was so ill mannered that she insulted us by saying to her staff infront of everyone that they should check the guest profile before taking any order and said to vacate the table while we were having our meal. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SELF DIGNITY DO NOT EAT HERE. Rather wasting your money and dignity i will sugguest you to visit some better place where you can enjoy your meal without sacrificing your dignity beacuse here people are judged on the basis of their appearance.

Food is good, ambience is ok ok. The furniture (chairs and tables ) is kinda old, and needs improving. Good place to hang out. The place has been extended and it's amazing now. Also the menu is vast. You will get everything here. From Candle Light Dinner to a Cup of Tea, everything is here.

One of the best restaurants in howrah. They have wide range of food item(Chinese or others) and ambience is good too for spending some nice time. Connectivity of this place is very easy and a good amount of parking place is available for your vehicles.

I think giving one star is a high rating too...according to my experience. Firstly the place is not good specially interior of ground floor...it's kinda ' entering in a cave ' than a restaurant...and the biriyani is bad in quality...and what I notice about the chicken of the biriyani is that " it's not cooked well "... The furnitures feels sticky and oily because of unwashing...etc. etc. There are many reasons behind these too. Now I tell you the conclusion " Don't go there if you don't want to waste money ."

A perfect place for hangout with friends or your loving one. It can be a perfect place for your romantic dinner too . The view from the rooftop is just awesome. Liked this place very much. Will recommend to visit once.

We booked this banquet hall. They totally harassed us .... We booked the banquet hall and 20 rooms in Noxx and they alloted us only 10 rooms..Our guest had a pathetic experience over their.They were made stand in the corridors with their heavy luggage in midnight .. At last moment they changed their all over commitment Provided us with nothing they showed during booking time .All rooms were smelling like spirit .Non of the electronic gadgets were working properly. Almost more then 12-13 time the AC was repaired in 2 days still they not working properly .... Don't book this banquet hall they will show you something at the time of booking and will give you nothing ...

Worst restaurant ever !!!! Today we visited there for dinner with high expectation as it was my first visit in a posh restaurant in Howrah ...However they hired a lot of children workers who know nothing about the menu . We ordered food worth Rs 1200 that tasted rubbish , especially the butter chicken and veg polao dishes were pathetic and they made us wait for 1 and half hours and we had to continuously remind them about our order as all the waiters over there were very unprofessional, clueless and non informative . It not only happened with us , there were two ladies in front of our table on the roof top ...They ordered mocktails and chowmein ...Mocktails were served in paper cups and was pathetic in taste and chowmein was served cold . I suggest no one to visit there and we are not going to visit again ever. Total waste of money , very disappointed !!!!

Its a beautiful place... it has a dark vibe to it... Dark lights... Dark set up... The theme is forest theme... It has trees, the status of tribes, etc, etc.. The behavior of the people in charge of hospitality are extremely smart, decent, warm, well mannered. The food is very nice... Taste flavor... Everything... A must visit with friends... Foods were tasty..and Price is also reliable ...but service is very late Although waiters are gentle and good...all good .only just they need to be a Lil fast in service Nice pub for Dance. Foodservice is very very slow. Servers are ever smiling and friendly which is the best part of the place. Food taste is good. Drinks are affordable too. However, the non-smoking zone also smells of smoke. Maybe there is a need for better insulation. Music is for Millenials, all the hit numbers are played. Wonderful place to hang out with friends. Visit their Front Side area. This is pocket Friendly...i mean affordable. Undoubtedly not an healthy food you can consume but you can try tea worth 30/- and yes self service they did. And it's good in a natural atmosphere. You can try their inside area which is almost expensive but attractive. Drink and smoke is injurious for your health so Careful.

Horrible place host is ill behaved lacks basic speaking skills. Very long wait time. Staff need hospitality and service training. Could understand from the staffs faces that even they are ill-treated like the guests. Most of the 5,4 or even 3 star reviews are fake. If you want pathetic service coupled with pathetic behaviour this is a perfect choice. It's best for the illiterate so called chapris who are their regulars. Not a place to visit with family or better still organize a party considering this as a venue. Your frustration levels will just increase.

World most third class hotel. I never ever refer to anyone to stay there, there food quality is very pathetic my child vomit after consuming food. I checked from this hotel on 15th oct 23 still I asking for my room no response with that also I ask many time to prepare my bill but the most interesting things no one in reception just 1 boy sit and slip there he doesn't know any thing. After so many times the boy call someone he said he will give me on WhatsApp but after check out i send them message to send my bill she said today is Sunday 😊. Management is very pathetic if MD see the review please look your hotel management system and room condition so many spider net are there and bed head board also broken. NOXX is located near Dumurjala Stadium , howrah ... Lucky to have a good night life pub in howrah area... Coming to the ambience , interior was not so good , Music was very loud and noisy.. I experianced an average ambience .. But you will get a very good quality food ... better to order chinese food .. really good quality with best prices..

Good place . But they need to improve staff service and food taste. Food quality is good but for me the tastes of main courses weren't up to the mark. It is a bar cum restaurant, the service is great.. ambiance is also quite good. I had chicken Drum of heaven, it's was actually tastes heavenly. The food cost is in medium to higher. Beer price is high, 120 rupees beer will cost you around 240 that is 2x. They should play ambient music to feel more in a bur cum restaurant rather than a simple restaurant.

We went for dinner at Noxx Roottop. There was a birthday party going on that day. We were six people, asked them to arrange a table for six people. After waiting for a long time, a waiter came and just cleared the table and left without arranging the table for six people. They had no attendant on the rooftop. Those who arrived before us were also getting very irritated sitting at a dirty table for about twenty minutes. No one was coming and clearing their tables. I didn't like their service at all. Can't talk about the food because we went to another restaurant. There was no attendant to take our order. But the ambience of the rooftop was beautiful . The place is very nice to spend time with friends.

I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this in my entire life. I came to this hotel with my parents. The AC in my room was not working properly and there was a cooling issue. I told the hotel staff about this problem at 05 :00 pm in the evening and the owner was also aware of it. I was continuously complaining since the evening, I made the last complaint at 11:00 pm in the night but no one fixed it and And even after the second room in the hotel was vacant, they did not give me another room. We suffered from the heat all night. The service of this hotel has gone beyond third class. The owner of this property assure that I will arrange one fan for you but we didn't get that also. Room service is trash. All the staff are unprofessional.

On the roof top no arrangements are there. All the items really overpriced, specially liquor. The roof top was moderately crowded but still for one simple order had to wait for almost 1 hour that also after repeated requests..

Dont go. Waste. So bad service. If u order your food it will take minimum 2 hours to serve. All the staffs are very poor trained. They don't know how to serve a food. I was asking for another spoon. But they took 1/2 hour for a spoon. The front office girl is so frustrating. She was asking for our ID. After 1/2 of the day I was asking for returning my ID. She said it will take another 1 hour 😅😅😅

I visited Noxx with my college friends and had a great time. The pros are as below: 1) Awesome food quality as well as taste.They provide all variety moglai, Chinese, Bengali. 2) Happy hours from 11am to 6pm and we got 15% discount on food since we came at 5pm. 3) Superb ambience, dance floor, live DJ. 4) Tried Kiwi flavoured hookah which was mind blowing. 5) As far as the food is concerned we took badshaki chicken tengri, chelo kebab, chilli prawn dry, fish finger and dry chilli fish . We concentrated mainly on starters and bit of alcohol. 6) Coming to the desert section we tried hot chocolate brownie with vanilla scoop which was too good. Cons:- 1) Little far away from city Kolkata but surely worth a visit taking into consideration the pros. 2) Advance table reservation not allowed in happy hours. 3) No separate demarcated area if you r going with your family for dining only. Overall I will give 4.5 star out of 5 for good quality food, reasonable price, ambience & staff behaviour. Mr Samar Roy who was in charge of our table really guided us wonderfully well in choosing the items and his hospitality was exceptionally good. Would like to visit again very soon.

This one is going to be a bore for sure. It's supposed to be a bar/pub/disco, right? Well, too bad. The place doesn't serve alcohol anymore. Apparently, they don't have the license to do so anymore. That's just sad. If an establishment who's USP is based on overcharging alcohol, doesn't even have the license to do so anymore, how else to review the place than just be disappointed and leave as soon as you enter. Better yet, don't enter at all. Search for other viable options instead. That's my two bits of a humble opinion.

Visited the rooftop area, not the indoor restaurant, so this review is only applicable for the rooftop. Quality of food is good, and definitely value for money. The view is great, the ambience and decor are brilliant. The only downside was the service. When I visited, there were just 2 waiters serving 8-9 tables. Service was extremely delayed. The waiters were polite and well-behaved, but they seemed under-trained for the job.

its a good place for marriage and other ceremonies where the number to peoples gatherings occurred. the authorities have such credibility to manage the parties rendering their services to the customers wih entire satisfaction.

Me and my father went to attend the ashirbad of my cousin sister and her registry marriage there. The basic decor with the chandeliers and deep brown woodwork are awesome. The food was really good. The people were friendly and helpful and it was very well organised. All in all it was a quite a pleasant experience and surprise in a bit interior of Howrah. Oh and I also liked the Ganesha statue in brown as the lift opened in each floor and the little Bajrangbali mandir down for auspicious occasions despite not being too religious. But I loved mostly the awesome chandeliers and contrasting deep brown woodwork and the food. Suddenly felt like some wine though which will have if I am there anytime next for dining!!!!

The food quality is pretty average, and requires improvement in car parking areas. Otherwise the ambience, location and hospitality are good in comparison to other banquet in Howrah.

I took only Biriyani once there. The quality and quantity of Biriyani was really excellent. Price according to the quality and quantity is up to the mark. One demerit is there for biriyani and that is the size of mutton or chicken which is small. Though it was not Nawabi Chicken or Mutton Biriyani, the price of which is lesser. (Especially in the case of mutton) Service given by delivery boys at the counter is not good. Lack of professionalism is there. The location and atmosphere is really good. Sufficient parking spaces are there. Overall it is good.

Noxx Restrurent is one of the happening place in howrah, it's just beside of Dumurjola stadium. When it comes to hospitality mamagement it's horrible. They are charging extra above printed water bottle MRP & additional GST which is illegal, when i went complaint about it to billing counter the person in charge started misbehaving & shouting. A good place, food quality is okay okay, variety can be improved, the terrace ambience needs a lot of work, the place has the potential to be a great place to party and hang out. Alcohol beverages were not available as they do not have licence yet.

Noxx is my favourite go to place whether it be a casual coffee, hearty meal or a large party. I've booked my sister's pre-wedding party and everything was absolutely perfect. For coffee and meals their rooftops restaurant offers excellent views. The food is arguably the best in Howrah South area. Monalisa in specific is very cordial and helpful. Highly recommended.
