The deer park was closed after 1 year of the pandameic also. You can have a fair walk around the zoo park. It's feeling good to spend time beside Damodar river.

This park is situated besides the bank of Damodar River . And it is near the 58 no gate. It has many section like picnic section, mini Zoo section, resorts & guest rooms section and CHILD section. public toilet, bathrooms and drinking water is available. Due to COVID 19 PANDEMIC this park has some restrictions(or may closed) on resorts and guest rooms. Some part of this park is under construction.

Environment is very nice. But need more animals in the mini zoo.

Park is nice n beautiful. Hate closed at 5pm everyday. 19 rooms are there to stay. Boating fishing facilities available there. Rate of those rooms are Rs.2000/night. It may vary time to time.

Take a binoculars if you want to spot deers. Nice place for family outing you can reserve for gest house in advance if you want to spend few days there(personal opinion -no need for that). Separate fees for gate fee(Rs.15) and zoo fees (Rs.25) it's per head. You can also book spot for picnic

The park is decent, but was overcrowded during the COVID period with minimal security measures in place. The visitors were allowed to roam freely inside the park without masks or hand sanitation, and many people were gathering in large groups. The deers and peacocks were not appearing to be healthy which made me doubt whether they are being properly taken care of by the staff. The facilities are below mediocre and accessibility for cars/wheelchair/bikes are limited.

We are visit in 25th December.When we go there is construction going on and deer park is closed so it's better not to go there now.I think the ticket price is a bit high.There is no proper seating area. I suggest you go to Gadiara now. Not far from garchumuk deer park.

Fine place for one day outing, washroom, tap water, holiday home are available. Place is maintained by Howrah Zila Parisad. Entry ticket of Rs.10 required. Picnic can be done inside park, but it is more convenient near river. Food & snakes available in nearby shops. Well connected with Uluberia or Bagnan. Boating available in nearby jetty.

Gone for a picnic with my family.....and came out for lunch in the local canteen which is operated by this person Sougata Chakroborty.....very rude person,behaves like a local goon.....poor quality of service....just asks money for each and every thing. Not recommended at all for a decent family.....place of drunkards and illegal prostitutiion which is encouraged by this person Sougata Chakroborty.

Far more developed as expected at the visiting after 2 weeks of opening. Remain to improve services.. but as a offbeat location it could easily grasp your commitment. Have a visit recommend, if come to Uluberia, WB.
