Oldest national park of India opened in 1936. If you want to feel the true side of nature, visit this place. Natural habitat for many animals and birds. Feels good to see a whole different world altogether residing away from the hustle bustle of city life. We visited this place in Jan end 2021 and spotted many animals and birds like elephants, Tiger, jackals, deers, wild boar etc. There are two types of safaris being operated in the park. Day visit and night stay. Try to book a night stay from the official site to feel the real nature and spend more time in safaris as it saves time of going inside and coming out of the park. Main Attraction of the park is the national animal of India - the Tiger !! Most visited and the core zone of the jungle is Dhikala zone where chances of spotting a tiger is more compared to other zones. Avoid Sitabani zone as it has very less animals. We stayed inside Dhikala and could spot 1 tiger, many elephants, 6 jackals, 4 types of deer, langurs, monkeys, eagle, owl, vulture, wild boar, kingfisher etc in safari. Guides are not so good but a good driver can make up for that. Our driver Farman had nice experience from all the routes of jungle and showed us all the attractions of the zone. Currently sightings are good as two tigeress have cubs with them and there is more movement. But it totally depends on many factors like information, zone, driver and luck. But try to enjoy the jungle instead of regretting if you don't spot the tiger. There is a muesuem also at the dhangari gate with 100rs entry but its worth as you will get a glimpse and a lot of information about jungle. Try to visit it takes approx 35-40 minutes. Always plan in advance and book atleast a month earlier to have a memorable experience of life time!!

Big national park with variety of animals. Main attraction is for Tigers, its totally on your luck to have a glance of tiger..jeep Safari ride is around 2.5hrs long.. morning 6.30 or afternoon 1.30 gate will open for safari.. guide+safari charges are Rs. 700+2000.. online portal of park will only give you a entry pass on valid address proof and some charges.. jeep booking and guide you have to book separately, jeep entry is limited for perticular time so confirm your safari jeep booking before visit..

One of the oldest tiger reserve in India. However, didn’t get to see the tiger but had a great experience of traveling in jungle safari on a keep. Our guide was pretty great, enjoyed the refreshments that we ate in the middle of jungle. It was raining at that time, which kinda added to the experience.

Great scenic beauty! The whole experience is worth the money and it will surely stay with you, your entire life. The greenery is so beautiful and you can spot a variety of animals and cute birds. The chances of spotting the tiger is less, but keep an eye out for one! They give binoculars near the entry, at least get one because its easier to spot the animals with clarity that even our phone cameras won't get when zoomed properly. Wear lots of sunscreen and being water!

India's oldest national park, Corbett is most popular for its tigers, but you should go with one consideration in mind: tigers (or any wildlife, for that matter) live their own lives, and they don't like being around humans. You may see wildlife, but more chances are you won't. Enjoy the experience of being one with nature, look for the birds and the smaller creatures - but don't feel disappointed if you see nothing big. Jeep safaris can be organized through whichever hotel/resort you're staying at. These last for 3-4 hours and are done in an open jeep. Permits and bookings must be done well in advance, and the payment includes the hiring of a park-approved naturalist who will accompany you on the tour, in addition to the driver.

Very close to the nature and wildlife. Guide is mandate though not very useful. Try booking via corbett tales, details available on youtube. Night stay is a good way of experiencing wildlife and chances to see a tiger is increased in night stays. 45 days prior booking is required for a night stay. Booking is done via government website which can be found in google. Amazing experience.

We visited Corbett National Park in second week of December from Dhikala gate and it's an amazing experience. Forest has 40000+ Deers, 250+ Tigers, 1300+ Elephant and 50 Beers. We spotted deers, leopard and elephant along with beautiful birds. Safari runs in morning and afternoon shifts. We visited in second shift and it was 5 hour long safari with break of 30 minutes where you can have lunch and go to restroom. You can also boom gypsy if you are staying inside forst and you have to make prior arrangements. It's a good place for adventure and if you are lucky you can see big cats. There is also a Ram Ganga Reservoir and it's a good place to take pictures. All the best👍

Awesome place really beautiful to visit with family or with friends group, those who wants to enjoy jungle life highly recommended to live inside forest guest house and best entry point is DHIKALA, otherwise outside forest there so many luxurious resorts on beautiful locations, and these have extra activities like indoor games, bonfire, spa etc. I would recommend Sterling personally, if you are going to stay in resort than book for jungle safari online before your visit, it will save a lot time.

Beautiful place to experience your wild side. Beautiful and dense jungles are there. Jeep Safari is available for you to experience the jungle in open Jeep. You'll see deers, elephants, tigers, leopards, a vast variety of birds, and many other animals. Museum is also made there by forest department. Forest guest house are also available inside the jungle to experience more but you have to book that early before going. Must visit place. One of India's first National park.

An amazing jungle. You need to book your safari online and every rupee is worth it. Book a jeep so you are not in a bus and get better views. The drive through is almost 5 hours and is amazing in itself. You are sure to see elephants, sambar, barking deer, wild hogs and if its your lucky day, the top gun.... the Tiger.... and there will be beautiful birds too. A stop at one of the rest houses inside the jungle, some snacks and off you are again. If you are adventurous, you can also stay overnight in the rest houses inside the jungle. Be sure to watch the Corbett museum too!!

One of India's most popular national parks, Jim Corbett National Park is named after hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett. It has dense forest and an array of wildlife, although tiger sightings aren't as common as some other places in India. The park can be explored by jeep or elephant safaris, which take place daily in the early mornings and afternoons. The Dhikala zone of the park is the most panoramic, with stunning valley views. It offers the best chance of animal sightings (which are unfortunately sometimes disappointing). If you're lucky, you might spot wild elephants. #ramnagar uttrakhand..

Must do thing with your family and friends. Very raw experience of raw nature, complete silence that makes best thing. Booking process is very simple, just ask your hotel or nearby shop also you can do online. Cost is rs 4000 of jeep, which allow 6 adult. It has two slots morning and evening. Bring caps, and light jacket if you going in morning. Also bring water and snaks, though it is not needed. Whole ride will take three hours. Chances of seeing tiger very less, 3% Chance of seeing dear 100%

It's a must-have experience. I didn't get to see a tiger, but I saw many other animals. It's mostly like a luck factor. But the forest itself is really beautiful. Even though I've been to other national parks too, this was a different experience. The staffs are also friendly and everything is well organized.

The government are taking proper Covid measures at the borders, random tests are being conducted. As far as the place is concerned, it's AMAZING. If you enjoy wildlife, good view and a peaceful environment, then this place is for you. You won't get much of a service their, so forget your cellphone during the stay. I would recommend getting a pair of binoculars for rent to enjoy the views. Also, spotting a tiger is quite rare, they are super reserved and shy creatures, so don't be disheartened if you don't see any during your safari. There are a lot more creatures and things to enjoy. To get the maximum out of your trip, I would recommend getting accommodation in dhikala or bijrani for a night or two. (45 days in advance you'd have to book)

Amazing place for tiger sighting. Strongly recommending always go for gypsey safaris. A safari in Canter in dhikala zone is not worth. It was just a long bus tour with less enthusiastic guide. Better book a night stay inside the jungle and do 2-3 safaris back to back and feel the real jungle thrill.

One of the most beautiful serene places I’ve ever been to. Only Jim Corbett authorised jeeps and canters are allowed to enter the park. Jeep safari is around 7000-10000 depending on which agency you book with. You can take up to 6 people in this jeep. We saw many deer, monkeys, a jackal, elephants, and last but definitely not least a massive tiger. The entire park is so massive, that you shouldn’t even call it a park. It’s basically a jungle ecosystem. Even if they were charging double for the jeep safari, this place would still be worth it. Once in a lifetime experience if you’re a nature lover. If you’re going in the winter months, be sure to layer up because you go around 7-8 kilometres to the park gate in the jeep at around 60 kmph, and it is freezing out there.

Fun experience combined with the serenity and beauty of nature. The experience is beautiful. Would recommend safari in Bijrani / jhirna and if you are really lucky in dhikala. Don't waste your time in dhela as it's a wastage of time and effort and there no feel of the natural surrounding of a jungle in it. Even if you don't spot a tiger, still other animals like deer/elephant/vultures/stalk/wild boar add to the excitement of the safari.

It was very good experience, we opt for morning time safari. The main attraction to watch jungle. Some people were looking for wild animals. It’s not the right thing because they live naturally there. We enjoyed the greenery, enjoyed the thin jungle, and we were not looking for any wild animal. The main thing is to see how is the jungle, the forest, and it was a great experience.

Expensive but worthwhile 3-night-5safari package. Part of the park is currently (Dec 2023) closed due to tiger attack and fatality. Lots of repeat driving paths, no guarantee you see a big cat... And less wildlife in winter anyway. I was super lucky and encountered mother tiger with 3 cubs. Makes it all worth it.

We stayed at Dhela FRH. FACILITIES ARE BASIC BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN WASHROOM WAS ALSO VERY CLEAN. THERE IS GREENERY ALL AROUND THE REST HOUSE WITH CHIPPING OF BIRDS IN THE MORNING. Don’t expect much to see a tiger here. Although 3-4 tigers are there which called this Zone their territory. The forest under the Dhela zone of grasslands.

Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national park in India and was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the endangered Bengal tiger. It is located in Nainital district and Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand and was named after hunter and naturalist Jim Corbett. The park was the first to come under the Project Tiger initiative. Corbett National Park comprises 520.8 km2 (201.1 sq mi) area of hills, riverine belts, marshy depressions, grasslands and a large lake. The elevation ranges from 1,300 to 4,000 ft (400 to 1,220 m). Winter nights are cold but the days are bright and sunny. It rains from July to September. The park has sub-Himalayan belt geographical and ecological characteristics. Dense moist deciduous forest mainly consists of sal, haldu, peepal, rohini and mango trees. Forest covers almost 73% of the park, while 10% of the area consists of grasslands. It houses around 110 tree species, 50 species of mammals, 580 bird species and 25 reptile species. An ecotourism destination, the park contains 488 different species of plants and a diverse variety of fauna. The increase in tourist activities, among other problems, continues to present a serious challenge to the park's ecological balance. Mother Nature is Beautiful 🙏🏻 🙏🏻

Don’t expect tiger sighting always, the forest has much more to offer to you. It’s widespread landscape, diverse wildlife along with huge variety of flaura and fauna offers you the experience you rarely had witnessed. You get to listen to the unusual sounds of animals and birds and also get to smell the jungle and observe the calmness which itself is an amazing experience. Though the forest is spread over a very long stretch yet only a limited portion is opened for public viewing. You can easily rent binoculars and caps/hats etc. at the entry gate itself. Make sure to take camera with good zoom, if available. Don’t forget to take water with you. Multiple forest guest houses are also there but you need to make reservations on time. Various good private resorts are also there in areas around. We did safari in two zones, ‘Garjiya’ in the morning and Bijrani in the evening. We couldn’t see a tiger yet have no regrets since the experience itself was amazing. Had a really good time and an amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

3 ⭐ for the high expectation due to the hype. A decent park but can do far better. Tiger not spotted and that's only on a lucky day. The guide showed confidence. For the footfall it gets can be made more attractive. Certainly the network needs attention as it adds to inefficiency and makes the entire process of entry look clumsy and mis managed

You need to visit the park early mornings and the possibility of seeing wild life is high, have an experienced driver along with you and stay calm as nice distracts the wildlife and they move away from your track. Its a beautiful and pleasant drive in the park, park closes at 4pm so you need to plan your visit Accordingly, try and take a resort or hotel closer to the park, else it will add to your long travel, as the part trail will take 2 to 3 hours to complete.

Ultimate Place to visit if You Love ,Nature , Animals and need to Explore the New World. It is located in the Uttrakhand. Known as tiger country, Corbett is where you should head to observe wildlife in its natural habitat. The perfect terrain with a river and numerous tributaries flowing through it, Corbett promises an adventure that youll never forget. For cheap holidays in Corbett opt for a government run property within the national park or a budget hotel outside the park boundary. Jungle safaris into the national park are conducted every morning and afternoon, accompanied by a professional guide or naturalist. On a Corbett tour, you can opt for a jeep safari or an elephant safari, as per your preference. In the morning, the park remains open from 6 am to 11 am while afternoon safari timings are from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Besides a jungle safari, you can go for a stroll along the river or enjoy fishing and nature walks around Corbett. The main areas in Corbett National Park include Dhikala, Sarapduli, Bijrani and Ghairal besides Ramnagar, which although outside the park, offers the maximum accommodation options. One of the oldest wildlife reserves in the country, Corbett National Park is also part of Project Tiger, a wildlife protection initiative that concentrates mainly on protecting and conserving tiger population in the country.

Dream place to witness the life spend by the legend Jim Corbett. Read many stories and events on man-eater tigers and leopard and about the people of Garhwal. This place is very special to me, although very first national park of India. Yet it holds mesmerizing both Sal forest and Himalayan range, so the rich biodiversity. The park is big to explore in one trip. But will recommend to do separate stay inside the Park at Dhikala and explore the zone. Other then that Bijrani and Jhirna can be explored by staying out with many lodge options on the banks of river Kosi. You have good options to stay at forest departments British time bunglows, if you have liking for it, you will definitely enjoy it's richness, booking can be done from field director office. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Perfect place 2 with the serenity and peace of nature. It were we from our bikes to break it, coming from Ramnagar to Nainital Road. In route we saw deer crossing, elephants. We stayed in Kumaun Mandal Vikas Nigam heritage stay and headed back to our destinations after that.

Got to see tigers in the wild. The experience was surreal. Jim Corbett is absolutely gorgeous and a wonder to behold in the world that is quickly converting itself into a concrete jungle. It's a must for all nature lovers..

We spotted a tiger on every safari we went on! We went on two evening safari and one morning safari. Definitely one of the best national parks in India. Since we went in June, as it was summer most animals came to water bodies so we got to see a lot of sightings of tigers, monkeys, elephants, deer and a lot of pretty birds. Definitely recommend this to those who enjoy safari!

You don’t get to see any animals except for deer, and monkeys. It’s beautiful though. Everything is man-made and despite the fact looks so natural and beautiful. This reserve is very quite and makes a perfect home for the animals. Too costly for not being able to see a tiger tho😅

We got fantastic experience in the jim corbett National Park. October month is best for green fileds because after monsoon everything is green. We lost our hope in search of tiger, but that day is luck day for us. We got the opportunity to see Tiger 3 times. You can check videos n photos that i shared. All thanks to our guide. Awesome experience

Other zones have quiet less chances of spotting tiger rather than dhikala but if you are going on jeep safari you should book before months as the price increases by time and be careful of the sites some of them are hacked too! Anyways the driver and the guide was very coordinating and did their best to spot the tiger!

Jeep safari costs rupees 4500..early morning 6 am safari is considered to be the best...but still chances of spotting tiger are less as there are just 252 left...if you are lucky you may see one....i think it's better to stay in dhikala rest House and then experience jungle...did safari from bijrani..considered to be second after dhikala but i couldn't spot one...but out of 30 jeeps 2-3 spotted tiger at one location...depends on timing and luck may be...otherwise just enjoy being in jungle for 2-3 hours spotting deers-spotted,barking,sambhar and some birds...tiger can be spotted based on animal calls and their routine timings..like if a tiger comes to drink water daily etc...this was told to me by the guide, who accompanies the individual jeeps...it's cold in late December mornings...so go packed...for booking details and all visit the official website only...

If you're looking for famous Uttarakhand tourist places then this peace is must visit. Formerly known as Haley's National Park, Jim Corbett was established in 1938 and attract visitors for its Royal Bengal Tigers. The Park is home to some 600 species of birds, an equal number of animals and arround 488 different types of plants and trees and is amongst the best places to visit in Uttarakhand ...Jim Corbett organises safaris and hiking trails through the dense forest's buffer zones all through the year. Safari tour also remains one of the best thing to do in Jim Corbett.

Beautiful forest with full of wild life and natural beauty. Local travel agents are misguiding tourists and taking them for jeep safari in low priority areas, where no animals are visible. This aspect should be looked into before planning a trip. Booking is required well in advance to visit priority zones to see plenty of wild animals.

Went there with my friends and had the chance to camp there. Local persons were very humble and we became friends in no time. We get the chance to roam inside the jungle( obviously with locals and everything needed for our safety) which is something not everybody gets rhe chance to do. Local people even dressed us as locals and few of them were garhwali so we had the chance to wear garhwali topi and clothes as well. We went there by cab from dehradun and ky experience was very very good. I had the best time there and can't ask for more. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of photos to share ( as most of the photos are not kine, so I can't share it without permission) but still I'll try to share as many photos as I can to help others. I totally recommend this place to everybody to atleast visit it for once in there lifetime, you people will definitely enjoy the time and moment's you'll spend here.

Jim Corbett National Park, which is a part of the larger Corbett Tiger Reserve, a Project Tiger Reserve lies in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. The magical landscape of Corbett is well known and fabled for its tiger richness. We went further into the dikala district and saw tiger face to face. If you are planning to go remember that there are no cellular network in the dikala district and in the night we have to use candles. You have keep really quite when you spot a tiger. 🐅

The oldest national park of India it was established in 1936 and has been the most visited national park in India. It can boast of a range of animals to offer right from the Bengal Tiger to elephant. You can see sambar, cheetal deers in abundance as well. Golden jackals are easy to spot as they usually are scavenging everywhere. The best time to visit is during the winter months. You can the Corbett either by train or by driving which will take about 5-6 hrs from New Delhi. A jeep can be booked for ₹5000-6000 depending upon your bargaining skills and it can accomodate upto 7 people if you adjust.

Jim Corbett National Park doesn't need review...it is famous on its own merits. We didn't see any tiger (had a evening safari) but saw lots of birds, dear, few elephants and a wild boar. We missed the tiger by a couple minutes as our foreigner guests who was ahead of us had a grand view. Better luck next time

This is one of the India's largest jungle are and tiger reserve. You have unlimited options here no matter what type of person you are there is something for you in this region. We saw Tiger, Elephant, Dear, Wild Boars and so much more. From luxury to frugal there is everything. Environment is great. Plenty of safari options in various other jungle regions. After G20 summit in 2020 , Ramnagar has become much more developed place.

A vast national park which boasts of housing a large number of animals including Tigers, the most sought for. You may need to book a safari well in advance before you plan to visit. Also, there are very little chances that you will see a tiger. The forest is huge and the animals are all scattered. The safari driver / guide offer their best services but only to foreigners, and not to Indians. The parts of forest open for visit are not very dense. Normal animals like monkeys and deer are more visible. Rest all would be a cover up by the safari driver / guide. All types of accommodation are available nearby, from budget to luxury. All types of food are available. The place has a clean and pure environment, healthy air to breathe in.

If u want to relax and want to feel nature closely then plan to visit Jim Corbett national park... fresh air and greenery all around ...there are so many resorts, clean and green ... jungle safari is main attraction and mainly to spot a tiger... but for it ur driver and guide should be good ... our driver was not good ,he didn’t wait anywhere to spot tiger while our friends who were in different jeep they saw tiger very closely due to their driver’s patience... so anyone can see tiger here but needs patience and good driver... kids enjoy a lot here .. there r various adventurous games in resorts and outside for kids and adults both .. so very good place to visit with family and friends

I strongly recommend this place for all those nature lovers who want some peaceful time away from the hustle bustle of the city. Jim Corbett is indeed one of the finest national parks of India with an extremely rich biodiversity. We luckily got the Malani FRH booking within 15 days of trip. Our trip started from ramnagar .The journey from main gate to Bijrani FRH. We were staying in the FRH so entry was given inside the park at 12 noon. We reached Bijrani FRH around 1 PM. Their we spent about 2 hours. We waited on the forest machan having the view of the hills all around. Yes bsnl 2G was available their so we can talk to our family members. Then around 3 the safari began. We had 30 minutes advantage as day booking was allowed to enter at 3 from main gate. As the safari began. Our driver too fast .I was shocked why he is driving so fast. We had no chance to see any wildlife at this pace. We asked him several time why he is driving so fast but he replied nothing and kept on driving carefully. Suddenly after 20 minutes he applied breaks and asked to turn around. And what we saw really amazed us Royal Bengal Tiger ?. It was just 5 meter from us.Then he told why he was driving so fast.So that we can reach much before other vehicles. We saw the mighty beast .He was lazy and kept lying infront of us on hill top. We got bored seeing him. After some time nearly 25 gypsy reached the place. VAfter waiting some time they left and 2-3 gypsy were with the beast. Suddenly at the same place a giant ? elephant was coming. We chased him and he chased us for 2 km .It was real thrill. Then we allowed him to go to drink water. Then we were more excited to see different types of birds and other wildlife. It was real fun to see different creation of the nature. Barking dear ,sambhar and other creation of nature. Then we started to enter the dense forest to reach the Malani FRH. It was real fun and excitement. The way to Malani FRH was covered with leaves. As only 2 gypsy were allowed to Malani FRH per day. At around 7 PM we reached Malani FRH. The FRH was clean but water availability was less as pump was not working that day.?.We collected some extra water from the stream flowing just behind the FRH. We had some delicious food cooked by FRH worker. In the morning we can see deer and peacock inside FRH as they jumped the solar fencing. Then we started the morning safari and saw heard of elephants .Mother elephant with her calf eating in the grassland. After 3 hours of safari we were unable to find any tiger. But different birds in the path.our safari ended at 10 am in the morning. Apart from the obvious tigers we spotted sambar deer, barking deer, bisons, hog deer, elephants, peacocks, yellow throated marten and crested serpent eagles in abandunce. Its hands down the best wildlife experience you can have in India. Corbett is a wildlife photographers paradise, you get a large variety of animals including tigers and elephants. Patiance is a virtue for tiger sighting. Large variety of Birds can be seen too. Corbett had a beautiful landscape to offer. Its by far the most picturesque Tigre Reserve.

I went on safari in 28th Dec 2020, Bijrani zone where one can have high number of probability of seeing a tiger which eventually didn’t happen with us as well. Rest we see, Monkey, barking deer, Sambhar, spotted deer, wild boar, peacock, and few different specie birds. Visibility of animals is during the morning slot not in noon or eve. Mr. Pandya was okayed to guide us about the zone and information.

Nature lover please visit there. But do some research first otherwise you are going to loose so much money in ramnagar. They charge extra money everywhere. In hilly area like garheal region products are costly because of transportation and other reasons. But not on plains like ramnagar. So do some research before going there. Also book safari online before visit there.

The park has sub-Himalayan belt geographical and ecological characteristics.Dense moist deciduous forest mainly consists of sal, haldu, peepal, rohini and mango trees. Forest covers almost 73% of the park, while 10% of the area consists of grasslands. It houses around 110 tree species, 50 species of mammals, 580 bird species and 25 reptile species. An ecotourism destination, the park contains 488 different species of plants and a diverse variety of fauna. The increase in tourist activities, among other problems, continues to present a serious challenge to the park's ecological balance.[

There is nothing to see. A boring, uncomfortable and unmanaged safari ride which is highly overpriced. Seeing a tiger in Corbett is just an illusion. Not sure if morning 6 am slots are worth it but never attempt to opt for any other side except Dhikala, Jhirna or Bijrani. It won’t be worth it.

The Jim Corbett National Park stretches over the northern Indian plains and covers a wide area. It is home to tigers, bears, elephants and many deer species. There are many villages inside the reserve forest area with human population. Adjoining the forest reserve, there are plenty of farmhouses, hotels and residential complexes, ideal for a vacay stay.

  • 5/5 Vijay K. 4 months ago on Google
Beautiful forest, natural, great experience, tiger sight is rare and depends on your luck.safari guides are not keen on searching tigers.

  • 5/5 Chetan S. 4 months ago on Google
Very beautiful forest and good services. You need luck to see the tiger here. Please book in advance to select best zone for tigers. Top 2 zones are Dhikala and Bizarani. Current rate is 7500 for Gupsy and 800 for guide. You have to stay inside Jim corbet for Dhikala zone in gypsy.

If you can spot one tiger, it's fun but if many than you are lucky. It's a place to be at least once every two years.Deep sal forest with clean oxygen intake by lungs gives you memorable moments.

Jim Corbett National Park was an unforgettable experience. The scenery is stunning, with rolling hills, dense forests, and shimmering Ramganga Lake. But the real highlight is the incredible wildlife. We were lucky enough to spot a majestic elephant and several deer, and even heard the distant call of a tiger! The park is well-organized, with knowledgeable guides and various safari options. We opted for the jeep safari and had a fantastic time exploring different zones. Tip: Book your stay and safaris well in advance, especially during peak season. Overall, Jim Corbett National Park is a must-visit for anyone seeking an escape into nature and a chance to encounter India's diverse wildlife.
