The staff behaved terribly, It almost felt like I was at a government office and they were doing a big favour by changing my earphones. They took 45 minutes just to verify that the seller I bought it from was real and guess what? I had bought it from "Headphones Zone" one of the most popular headphone site. They promised that I'll receive the replacement within 10 days. That time has long passed and I haven't even received a call. The whole thing needs a do over. And sony seriously needs to get a reality check on how dissatisfied their customers are!

Don't buy anything online by them. They are fraud, complaint was lodged in cyber crime portal. Please beware

They're fraud, I made a huge payment to them after confirmation of shipment. Now they're not receiving any call or responding back.. This is a fraud shop. I got their no from olx and texted over watsapp. Everything about them is fake. Their gst no, adhaar card, pan card. They give u a fake bill with fake tracking no. They edit and make a bill and say they've shipped your order. I'm again saying this, it's a fraud account. A complaint has been registered against them.

Responsive service station of Sony Electronic products. Staff are highly professional and courteous. To find the spare for my Sony Home theatre, they took 10 good days. Otherwise, the repair is very good. Highly Recommended

Overall experience is good. We have got our television set replaced wthin the estimated time. They have arranged to install the television set on same day without any follow up.

Very poor services. I bought a sony tv. As per phone call I should get installation services within 24 hrs and in my area this center provide all services of Sony, but after crossing 36 hrs this service centre could not give any services me even after calling many times to service centre

This is the worst service centre i have encountered with. They took almost a month to repair my sony bravia tv. Their staff and managers are the worst person ever. Everyday they provide me time to deliver my tv but never delivered. Everyday i have to call 10 times to get the status of my television but they are just good at lie. Never telling the truth. The person mr. Manna has promised me to deliver my tv today at 5 pm but now he is not picking the call despite i have called him and his team for last 2 hours. Seriously an extremely poor service and service centre.
