Best service center ever i had seemed because any kind of electronic gadgets of philips were repair specially ,home theater,radios,trimmer,hair drier,hair straightner,speakers,audio system,They try to always give you the original products ,and this service center now at present in behala near bidyasagar hospital

Nice behaviour & less known place but service quality is very good

I don't usually give a two or one star , but they didn't gave me any choice to give them better, their mechanics are not good and they also refused the warranty period due to lockdown 😔

They repair all types of Philips products so i got my trimmer repaired and they are very helpful.

No doubt the owner of the shop is a gentle guy. Also the employees have a decent behaviour. But don't get tricked by their decent behaviour. They will fool you in exchanging your old product with a new one saying that you will get additional discount on MRP. But they will eventually price you more than the discounted price. The same happened with me. I was charged the price of a new trimmer and they said me that they are exchanging my faulty product with an additional discount. But when I checked the price of the model in Flipkart and Amazon I was surprised that the price of the trimmer was even less compared to what it charged in the store. Also I was miscommunicated by the employees that if I repair my old trimmer it would cost around 1000 rupees, so I must buy a new one. A nice way to charge money. Really disappointed with the service. Won't visit them again.

If you don't have warranty don't go there. It's very expensive. Not sure if it's more expensive or they take way more money than normal. Not good.

This is a good place to repair your Phillips accessories. I went there last week to repair my 7 year old trimmer and found that the technicians and front desk associates are super supportive and efficient at their work. Remember to be there before 5 PM and they are closed on Sundays. Cons: There is no parking place for your car. If you have a bike, you have to park it on a before narrow road at your own risk.

I went for my philips power bank. but they refused to take it as they were saying this service center is only for kitchen appliances. I Don't know, then why the written in the banner that philips service center. I ask for help that if there any other service center she can't say it also. Such a pathetic service from philips. Though my power bank within warranty period but I have to give it to a local shop for repairing.

I have visited two times till now , having awesome experience. Staff's behaviour and the way they entertain customer is just awesome , superb. Highly satisfied.

Worst service. I got my mixer repaired in January and within a month it stopped working. When i went there again, they demand for full repairs cost even after producing last month repair bill. No professionalism. Also they charge exorbitantly. I got the same repair done outside at almost 10% of what they charge. Not going back there again.

Reach Behala tram depot and then walk towards Vidyasagar Gov't. Hospital which is on the road beside Panna shops. The website of philips tells you that it opens at 10am but actually it opens after 11 o'clock and please one photocopy of your product's bill.

A place where your lovely Philips devices can be taken care of but it takes a longggg time for its treatment.
