Staff are not good. There behaviour is not good. Location is very odd. Proper transportation no available. You have to walk 300 to 400 meter to reach this place except you you driving with your private car. Brands available. Bt stocks are less. I suggest visit axis mall rather than this mall. Store is dead , as CENTRAL doesn't exist and it's under bankruptcy.. Brand stopped supplying stocks since last one 2 years , what ever stocks they are having and selling it ,is more than 2 years old , and even 70 %discount is also waste.. I went there twice to shop and the experiences can be counted in cons Cons - * dresses are costly but appealing. First time I shopped for 5000 and stuff at counter told me that there is a gift for me. I was in a hurry to reach another place so I asked them whether I can pick my gift next day by showing the bills which they agreed. Next day when I went they sent me to customer care , stuff at customer care informed me since I made two bills I am not eligible for the gift. Yesterday during my visit, I lost my mobile while mistakenly leaving it at the washroom within just a few minutes. While leaving the washroom, after coming out few steps, I discovered hat mobile was left in the washroom, immediately it was switched off and instantly in less than 5 minutes I went back, however, it was missing at the place where it was left. With the assistance of the management, I was allowed to analyze the CCTV footage after which I strongly suspect the housekeeping (reason for suspecting so can be shared upon requirement while anyone analyzing the footage would understand), however, since there are no direct proof, as washrooms obviously being blind spots, hence could not do anything much. Suggestions to everyone, please BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS NOT TO LEAVE ANY BELONGINGS at blind spots, especially washrooms, if not, then chances are extremely rare that you will get it back. Management, however, were very helpful and cooperative.

Good location of mall. The interiors are nicely spread out and segregated. The staff is helpful as well. All that is missing is a food court.

We visited Central Mall in newtown recently for Durga Puja shopping. I always love their collection but this time I was very disappointed. The whole place was scattered, clothes were placed here and there. We hardly saw any sales people at any counter. At many places lights were not opened.I don't know if central is going to be non-operational soon.
