Forum Courtyard is an extraordinary mall in Kolkata. It is located at one of the most posh locality and therefore the footfall is heavy. The Mall has great interior and good number of brands available for the shopaholics. Inox multiplex is quite an attraction except for the fact the ticket price is not pocket friendly. The food court is awesome too.

Forum is a small mall situated just opposite Netaji Bhavan on Elgin Road. It houses a lot of branded stores like Gap, Rado, Delsey, Nature basket etc. It has a food court on 4th floor and also houses other restaurants like TGIF, Royal China etc. Options in food court are Wow momo, wow chicken, tea story etc. Inox is situated at the top and has 8-9 screen altogether with almost everything playing from Hollywood, Bollywood and Bengali Cinema.

This is one of the best malls in Kolkata. Really liked the exterior and interior look. It has most of the brand shops. The staff is well behaved. I was satisfied with the product quality too. The food court was good but I felt had lesser options , and therefore went to the INOX floor to finally obtain my food of choice :) You will like it here !

Pros - From outside and inside Central mall looks fabulous, the collections also are good. There is a free parking at basement for shoppers. I went there twice to shop and the experiences can be counted in cons Cons - * dresses are costly but appealing. First time I shopped for 5000 and stuff at counter told me that there is a gift for me. I was in a hurry to reach another place so I asked them whether I can pick my gift next day by showing the bills which they agreed. Next day when I went they sent me to customer care , stuff at customer care informed me since I made two bills I am not eligible for the gift. I was quite surprised and told them I shopped from the same mall but only from two different counters because your stuff told me. Furthermore, if I am not eligible for the gift why did you ask me to comeback at all???? obviously no proper justification * next time my spouse bought a winter jacket and found issue with one of the buttons so we went for the replacement. First day I was told , return of materials can be accepted only till 4 PM. next day , they exchanged it but the kind of hurdle I have to surpass was really annoying

Yesterday during my visit, I lost my mobile while mistakenly leaving it at the washroom within just a few minutes. While leaving the washroom, after coming out few steps, I discovered hat mobile was left in the washroom, immediately it was switched off and instantly in less than 5 minutes I went back, however, it was missing at the place where it was left. With the assistance of the management, I was allowed to analyze the CCTV footage after which I strongly suspect the housekeeping (reason for suspecting so can be shared upon requirement while anyone analyzing the footage would understand), however, since there are no direct proof, as washrooms obviously being blind spots, hence could not do anything much. Suggestions to everyone, please BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS NOT TO LEAVE ANY BELONGINGS at blind spots, especially washrooms, if not, then chances are extremely rare that you will get it back. Management, however, were very helpful and cooperative.

Good location of mall. The interiors are nicely spread out and segregated. The staff is helpful as well. All that is missing is a food court.

Its one of the best places to shop for the people residing in New town area of Rajarhat. Not only this shopping mall has a good parking area and disciplined staff but also a huge collection of apparels too amd home town just above it is an added benefit. The only thing it misses is a good food court that they could work on.

Been there once for a movie that we were getting late for. Don't have any photos, perhaps will try the next time. The entire mall has a very quiet sophistication about it. Being located inside a residential place, it lacks the commotion of main roads. The mall has quite very nice arrangements, thorough checking everywhere. Well known brands have their outlets in this mall. The car parking lot is also well maintained. We had our lunch in a jiffy before entering the multiplex. I liked the food court pretty much.

Post corona the forum people standing outside will surely ask you to download "forum courtyard". If anyone who wants to get inside the mall with a smart phone has to download an app or else they won't allow you to go in. They have a cheap idea of hacking data from your phone's. Every app in our phones requires some sort of access wheather be it location, or accessing photos or contacts or sms or camera. This will give them some access to your phone's "so be careful" think twice before downloading any app. As the app requires your phone number your name and other details. Garbage mall don't visit. Quest is thousands times better than this place. If someone who is using a keypad phone that person is allowed to access the mall without hassle.

Lovely mall. These days after lockdown they are asking to install and register yourself in an app in your mobile phone so that they can get the record of the people who are coming to the mall. I always loved shopping at Forum Courtyard Mall. Even in this time of pandemic they are maintaining high standards of hygiene which is commendable. Only thing that I miss is the food court. I hope they just finish the renovation work and reopen it ASAP.

The mall has a great collection of items from all categories. The cinema hall is excellent. I have witnessed social distancing norms in the Cinema hall. People are made to sit 1 seat apart which is great. Although it creates some trouble if you are visiting with loved ones because, sometimes you chit chat or share pop corns during movie, and doesn't make any sense because you are with the same person 24*7. So a better idea would be making the seating arrangements together for a group followed by making the distance. I think they will implement such ideas going forward.

One of the oldest malls/multiplex in the city. That's that. No other credits to it's name.

Its an okayish mall.Its not that big and neither are there a lot of shops.Also there are not many signs showing where is exit and where's entry although u can ask the people there for directions. Lastly there should be a kiosk in each floor showing what all shops are in which floor. Inox cinema was good. I went for a weekday morning show and there was no crowd so all the ticket buying/checking process went smoothly.

The mall is small. Very limited few options of brands. A few great famous restaurants and cafes are there. But the main problem is very few options of anything - food, cafe, shopping, whatever you think. Space is smaller so it feels stuffy and seems like there is no space to freely move. But otherwise very nicely decorated and looks good. Because of the points above you can only say click a few pictures but is not a great hangout place. You will have much much more fun by hanging around the streets that surround the vicinity of this mall as it's a really top shopping and window shopping neighborhood with great options of cafes and boutiques in a comparatively (this is not the most affluent corner of Kolkata though) affluent corner of the city.
