A beautiful place, not so crowded like the other malls. Limited number of shops but covers most categories including a PVR multiplex. A hidden gem here is the Karu experience center…a must visit for any art lover. Best thing about the mall - FREE PARKING 😀

This mall is less crowded and it's a good place to hangout with friends or family if you like quiet places. There are some restaurants, Spencers, Reliance digital, lenskart, PVR cinemas, medicine shops, clinics, sweets shops, gift shops and almost everything you can find. However you cannot expect this mall to be like other bigger malls such as Avani, central, south city or acropolis. This mall is just different, secluded but also okay. Personally I would rate it 7/10. Hope this review is helpful if you are planning to visit.

This mall is in shapoorji area, Newtown.. near Rosedale .. this is looks like a market place at that area .. less crowded mall and you can get here laundry kingz Xerox shop, pvr multiplex, Spencers, max, icecream parlour, sweet shop, medicine shop, restaurant, reliance digital, and many more important stores .. this mall doesn't have any food court ..

The mall is less crowded and it's a good place to hangout with family and friends. There are some medicine shops, sweet shops, Archies, PVR Cinema, Reliance Digital, Lenskart, Titan Eye+, Jockey, Max. Most of the shops are closed here.

Recently I visited the Down Town Mall and my experience was quite good. The whole mall was air conditioner controlled. There are lot of stores were there such as Reliance Digital, Grocery Shop, electronic shop, Branded Clothing shops, lots of food stalls like Mio amore and etc. And also you can watch movies in PVR Cinema hall there

The mall is located at Uniworld City, action area III, Newtown, near St. Xavier's university, Kolkata. This place is very nice for shopping and spending your time.

Nice but very less people comes to this mall because due to almost end of the city and Newtown side. Many shops are closed almost 60% shops are closed. PVR is ok with 3 screens. Max and Spencers are also available here. Arkham Rasoi is a restaurant in the mall. Mall height is 2 floors. Ground floor and First floor.

Small and nice mall. Carnival cinemas offers cheap and quality viewing. Big bazaar offers cheap marketing. Restaurants and icecream parlours is there to make your test buds active.

The place is a bit empty. Not many people goes there but it consists of many shops and PVR movie hall. Good place to hangout with friends and family.

Less crowded shopping mall situated at Uniworldcity Newtown Action area 3. PVR multiplex several salon, laundry, Max fashion, Spencers, few medicine shops, few bakery, some restaurants are available here. They have free car parking zone. Large area with beautiful view. One of the best places for time pass with family and friends.

Supposed to be a classy mall, but isn't. Most of the shops are closed. It has good places to sit and hangout.

The way the mall is made is attractive. It can't be called a big mall though.

Fine Comprehensive shopping arcade. Nice collection of apparel and show brands, the choice is good. This also houses the home centre store which is dedicated to household things. The collection is very good and highly recommended for people who like to have fancy items at their homes at decent rates. This is a common stop for me whenever some home item is needed. Their collection of cosmetics is slightly smaller than other similar brands The management is nice, since they employ some staff who have special needs. It's a very nice gesture on their part.

Visited on this Saturday evening for a quick bite. Didn’t got any cafe. Only 2-3 cake shops are there where you can get coke and patties, that’s all. And if you are looking for theatre then obviously you can go to pvr as that’s the nearest one from Shapoorji. Overall there’s alot of place to sit and spend time but not a good place for foodies.

The mall looks good, and has a bright future ahead by keeping the location in mind where it is situated. The main problem I face here is the casual attitude of the staffs and security guards it has. Just giving 2 examples below, however, there are many but giving only 2 examples for now... 1. The road in front of it was getting repaired and it is not a good idea to travel by that road. We had an option to avoid it by not going that way and it can be easily instructed from the exit gate. But the security guards, staffs are just sitting inside and they don't even care where the customer is going the very moment they comes out of exit gate (which is natural) but at least they can guide the people not to go left and instead take right!! Afterall, we are there to visit the mall only...as there is nothing else apart from that!!! Hope you got my point. BE MORE SENSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE.. 2. I could see people were smoking inside the mall, especially in the car bay area. It means again, staffs and security guards have proved their hopelessness!! Can't type more.... Gave 2 stars because it is clean, has some great shops and multiplexes but this mall don't have a decorum and discipline in place..

Mall is good for budding area having Max, Spencer & PVR. Most of shops are still not occupied. But all kind of shops and restaurant are available. You will get tickets at any time in PVR.

Mall is good with carnival multiplex. Here you can get ok ok type Street food with high price. But best part is Big Bazar, this is good to shopping as same as other Big Bazar.

Good to visit Down Town Mall. Great services. Good & well behaved peoples there & also they are very helpful in nature. Decoration & cleanliness is well maintained. Nice place to spend and enjoy leisure time with family and friends.

In this Big Bazar all the groceries stuffs are available at reasonable rates.

Good place only for shopping in Big Bazaar or eating at places or visiting carnival cinema other than that it's almost dead after Covid.

Peaceful & good place , Mall, PVR, Restaurant, Saloon, Parlour, Cake shop, Daily Goods shop, Medicine, Battery shop, Toy Shop, Dry wash..everything is here.

Nice place. Has no parking zone for cars. It has food joints around it. It has Good stock.

Spacious, wide variety of products, convenient place for grocery shopping, ample space available inside the big bazaar, not much crowd, worth to visit, there is a problem regarding parking otherwise good place for grocery shopping, timing is also convenient

Down city mall is favorite for it is massive Bazaar save and Carnival Cinemas film theatre. Carnival gives you the predicted film best at low cost costs to spare. correct for film nights with buddies and couples. common theatre with proper ambience and much less packed seats, you would get a ticket each time you go and additionally privacy.

The mall is fine for its food bazar. But branded apparels of different brands are not available.

Nice ambiance, good collection, can get everything even can serve to your appetite..

If you prefer open & less crowded place which offers pretty much all the basic needs one might have from a mall this is the place to go.

Location is good for Uniworld and Rosedale Garden residents. Have plenty of shops and showrooms here. HDFC ATM, Food corner etc are available.

Downtown mall occupies a small area and has few shops catering to various needs of people living nearby. The ambience is pretty good and calm located just near uniworld towers. There are various shops like habibs, bhojohori manna, little shop and more such shops . It's a good place to hangout by people nearby but not somewhere to enjoy the atmosphere and stay for a long time . Not a very good place for hangout with friends.

Not so happening place. PVR for movies, Spencers for Grocery and Reliance digital for electronic appliances. Mio Amore is also available there if you’re looking to buy a cake. Few pet clinics are also there.
