Yesterday we visited the shoppers stop (rajarhat kolkata branch)so many brands are there with a heavy stock .men,women,kids specially the high range cosmetics available here. From my point of view, it seems that all these goods are a little more expensive. Not affordable for middle class families. Thank you

A Shoppers Stop which I always love to visit due to easy availability of parking space. Like all Shoppers Stop this also showcases wide range of brands and inhouse brands in different categories and prices. A fun place to be in and spend some time and definitely ends up spending some money too, enticed by the lovely products and seasonal promotions. Just beside Shoppers Stop is City Centre 2 or City Centre New Town. Infact this Shoppers Stop is part of City Centre New Town Annexe.

Good collections, but small store. One of the best place for all in one clothing stores. There are plenty of collections and that too variety available. Some of the premium brands are there. There are discounts/offers which are given by the store time to time. It is worth utilizing the same. I have purchased clothes for my family and they have liked it so far.

I visited here last year to buy a watch. A really good collection of top branded watches are available here. Good customer service.

Today my experience got very much good when My wife wanted to exchange lingerie due to size issue but unfortunately the tag and bill unable to produce still got help that is beyond limitation the staff did thanks to him it matters a lot. This is how you can understand a store staff is helping customer with some issue which is not possible. We asked for help and he did without any argue. Wow Mr Raju Das I know it was a tough job still I am thankful to you for this help for the customer doing this beyond limitation. As the other guy who was unable to help so I called senior and Mr Raju was having experience. Great job.

Well Shoppers Stop is something that does not require any introduction it's a place where one can get almost everything under a single roof. Mainly its famous for having products of multiple brands so anything related to fashion kindly check out this store.

Absolutely fraud. City Center2 branch. Very bad experience , 4 months back they made false promise and made me purchase membership card. Said that Rs 300/-it will be valid for 1 year. and all at sudden it become 0. This is false promise. I wont buy anything from here.

Let me start by just saying, I ain't going back. I've been a customer of SS for as long as I remember i started buying stuff for myself. It is utter and complete disappointing. Be it the collection, the prices, the offer, stock and the staff. I am gonna be delighted when they have "Going out of Business Sale!". I will for sure visit then for the last time ever. Highly overrated, customers are just forced into membership by billing staff while you have a previous membership which these guys say is useless and then the next with same statement. There are much better options both offline and online. I don't know how and why this place exists.

It has very less collection compared to other Shoppers Stop. Although it is situated in a very good location. But my personal opinion is that they should increase the stock. Having both ladies and gents, and kids garments. Also, they offer cosmetics and watches of various brands.

The sales guys are superb in the store and so is the collection. I really liked the service offered here.I got 3 suits alteration done in an hour.

The most funny and ironical part is that the salesmen and saleswomen don't even bother to help the customers if they are looking to buy from LIFE ( in house brand of SS) rather they will harass you to buy other brands. Feel pity for the in house brand which had clothings at a very reasonable rates

This store has a good collection for men's and ethnic wears for women's. If u want a bigger collection just head to shoppers stop south City Mall.

The parking staff are very clever. Always put timing one hour and one minute so that you pay for two hours. Repeated observation.

Basis my visit to Newtown Shoppers stop at City center 2, I can confirm its not safe for only women to try the fitting rooms. The fitting room which is labelled as Ladies only, had men sitting and accessing the fitting room leaving no privacy to the women who are changing. On highlighting this to the department manager, he said that's not possible but in front of him 2 more male customers went inside. Moreover, when one of the staff member asked the male customer to move out, he said it's SS's staff itself who allowed me to sit in the ladies fitting room. I reget the 10K of shopping from such a brand that doens't feel privacy is important factor to be adhered to in clothing stores.

Collection was ok. Their in house tailoring service is not good. Had lots of limitations while altering products.

In this Shoppers stop branch near CC2 they are not having the International Cosmetic Brands which are there in CC1 . Here the collection is quite few in the Ladies Section ( 2nd Floor ) . The trial rooms are not busy and clean and the staff is very polite . Overall it’s a tidy well maintained clothing store .

The store is located just beside CC 2. There is paid parking available inside the premises. The store houses good collection of well known brands' clothing, accessories, watches and eyewear. The staff are courteous and helpful.

There are like more than 50 brands in this store. There are watches, perfumes, sunglasses, shoes, cosmetics and ladies clothes in the ground floor. In the second floor there are many brands for both men, women and children. They have plenty of collection, service is normally good. Lines for billing are generally not that long.

Forced us to take membership by promising • membership ship fee back on next purchase • free parking all day • 5 or 10% (not sure) discount on every purchases and points back • lifetime membership Reality : Membership fee cannot be refunded by cash, you can claim a discount as same value as the fee on your next purchase. Free parking only upto 2 hours, you will still have to pay the fee and it will be adjusted only on your next purchase (you must purchase to claim + cannot be claimed until another next purchase). Discount on every purchase is a false advertisement. Lastly, the app clearly states that the membership is of only 1 year. The Rs. 350 membership is to make yourself committed to purchase again. They won't say + deny that you're a member until you show them yourself from your app. If you forget that you're a member, which you probably will, then they're Rs. 350 richer. It is such a dirty busy you're doing.

Staffs at billing counter forces to buy membership card. Do no tell about the terms and conditions clearly. They represent it in such a way that, I can't buy anything without membership card. It is cheating.

I am a Fan of Shoppers Stop. Since they started their journey in Kolkata from Elgin Road store and a member from then. But, recently had bitter experienced, twice, from their new Store at Mani Square Shopping mall Kolkata. This particular branch's employees mislead customers to sale Store membership card. They hide actual terms & conditions to be a member and almost will embrace you at Pay Counter, that someone like me couldn't ignore to buy that membership card, although I am a Gold member for last 12years. I never faced such at no other branch stores of Shoppers Stop in Kolkata. I hope, Shoppers Stop management should Note on this, that no other Customer would get Harassed in Future like me.

I have visited the CC2 Shoppers Stop. but from the very beginning of branding store like levies and others I feel very offended. and also misguided their.

Extremely well maintained in cleanliness, lighting stock-maintain, sizes, educated staff but low salaried sales stuff frustrated from pressure, location is good, not very good for Window shopping as you will be pressured to buy something. clean and wide parking space, wheelchair accessible. Price of branded products not for average people, go for shopping only if you want to spend like an idiot. Products priced at 1/2 or 1/3rd will be available in local markets(which will not be branded and will be local) lol. And, Hi sir! ??

On the main road. Easily accessible by various buses. It has a good collection. There are various seasonal offers as well.

It is located just beside city centre 1. This is a 2 floor building. It has separate ladies, gents and kids section. Collection is good though pricey. There are also counters for cosmetics, perfume, watches abd sunglasses. Inc5, carlton shoes are available. It is very much value for money whenever there is a sale. One can buy authentic watches in about 50% sale. Winter wear collection is comparatively less. Male blazers, ladies tops are nice. Have a great collection of ladies tops and kurta, kurties. The lower floor has ladies ethnic collection, cosmetic counters, various watches counters, ladies shoe counters, different counters for various perfumes, accessories etc. Upper floor has ladies western wear, whole gents collection, kids collection. Both the floors have billing counters. It remains open for about 10 pm. There is also facility for shopper stop card. U can register with mobile number and get multiple benefits. The amount required is 300. They give this back when u shop next time within3 months. There is no limitations for minimum shopping for reimbursement. One can also get benefit of one question asked exchange even if the product is washed and it is clear that the damage is due to manufacturing problem. The overall experience is good. There is dedicated parking place. For 2 wheeler charge is 20/- and four wheel car 40/-. They reimburse this if u register for card. Wheelchair access is also there. Staffs are helpfull and cooperative.

I always prefer to buy wearables from Shopper Stop. Because one I get the trendy and latest fashion western dresses/ tops/ jeans best from Shopper Stop. My most recommended store.

The place is exclusively for SS and the store has been laid out really well. Staff has been really helpful and co-operative.
