Reliance Market is situated at Pakuria, Howrah. This is very very big place. Almost everything like All grocery items, household items, Baby food items, soft drinks, package mineral water etc available here. Electronics goods like TV, fridge, mobiles etc available here. Various types of shoes, chappal, loafers etc are also available at Reliance Market. Everything light, Pen, exercise book, Agarbatti towels everything is available here. One stop shop. A very big place. Well maintained. Staffs behaviour is very good.

Nice place for shopping.. They give heavy discounts on products some time.. Only drawback is there's no AC in the whole place.. May be it's hard to install there.. Idk.. But one will feel exhausted after walking with trolley for some time.

They recently shut down their Dankuni store (which was not shocking given it seemed they weren't generating great profit) and referred customers to visit their Pakuria store which is this. Went there via scooter, easy to spot, situated right next to the highway. However, the store was largely vacant, the area is dusty and dirty, parking space is not ample. The interior of the store was also quite dirty, the clothes are actually soiled and darkened from all the dust, some plastic packaged items had layers of dust on top of them. Some sections were largely empty of any inventory e.g. clothings, shoes, frozen foods etc. Overall it seems like a derelict store somehow managing to operate for another day. The discounts on the products are good though for some products. But not better than Amazon in summery. I expected an experience akin to Metro Cash n Carry but that store excels far ahead. I hope this also doesn't close down soon.

Good initiative by reliance... But location is not that good.. Staffs behavior should be more professional... Things should be more organized and dust free.. I have picked many items after look at the offers, but the person at the counter let me know that the offer already expired.. So why the offer boards are still attached to them??

Good place for retail purchase. Prices are best in the market. All types of grocery items are available in reasonable price. Location is also good. Parking facility also available. Only they need to work on Staff training and CRM. Very less number of active billing counters. But product range is very good.

It's a nice place for shopping. Clothing section to be updated, it's like very old cloths are displayed. Every items are full of dust, so dusting should be done properly. Price of items are reasonable. There is no rest area or sitting place under the store. Need some sitting place.
