I enjoy browsing around Max Mall very much. It is very well organised and very easy to walk around.. First of all the clothing and apparels are unique. The quality is good but what impressed me was the friendliness of the Max Staff.. They went out of their way to help us with our queries. They are also very efficient in their service. The mall is been maintained well and taken good care , specially cleaning etc Mall staff and associates in and around knows the hospitality and it's been observed and experienced every look and corner. Shopping experience is very good I am happy to this place is so nice and good experience....

Good trendy and fashionable Garments store in Sodepur. Situated just beside peerless nagar gate. Collection is good for men, women and kids. Spacious and staffs were helpful too. Parking can be an issue and might need to park your car/bike few meters away from the shop. Recommended.

Located at B.T road sodepur crossing. It is mainly Fashion Store. But their collections not good and price are high. But in covid cituation store maintain physical distance, in time of entrance check body temperature, Sanitized store regularly , follow Govt. and WHO nominated rules.

Good clothing store.... It consumed wardrobe of ladies and gents in a different section... There are too much variety of products... But the cost is little more expensive as compared to other mall.... But the quality of product seemed to be excellent... Take a look at this mall... It will be great experience....

One star less is for product quality. They Don't have great or at least good stock. However, they are providing upto 50% off in selected products which no one can choice. Store is at G +3 floors beside Trends, Barbeque Nation, Rang de Basanti dhaba. Toilet at 3rd floor was dirty. Store is otherwise clean.

We purchased some clothes for Rs. 10,000 at Max Sodepure branch(kolkata) on 6th Aug Saturday, with that we were offered a deal of buying a smart watch 'GOQii' paying only Rs 900. But to our disappointment the smart watch is not even turning on. The salesman at the cash counter was reluctant to turn it on despite of repeated request. Now we are in KL, Malaysia. We need your help to make the refund.

Shopping place for all kind of customers. Here we will get dresses in different price range and designs. Children section is also very good. Only one suggestion, ladies garments like Kurtis are kept in different (ground,1st,2nd) floor. Instead of this, if all the items are placed in a single floor, it will be helpful to select the item.

The stocks are common, below the standard quality, although cheap. The lavatory is not at all cleaned. And as about the mall, it covers a large area with multi stories and clothing items starting from child to adult in every respect, mostly western and indowestern. I would recommend only for budget purchase.

It's a great shopping place. You can get all types of clothing under one roof. They also have good accessories to go with the outfits.

Overall staff behaviour is good. The collections for women are great. Fabric quality is well maintained and wonderful eye catching designs from some of their homegrown brands. Mens collection?...better i don't speak about it. Some items are so much overpriced as if some rare meteorite from space. Located on a prime location of BT road. Gives tough competition to other apparel stores around. Value for quality YESSS!

Has a good collection with reasonable price. However, pestering sales guys are bit of a disturbance.. I mean, it's a shopping mall after all, a customer should have the freedom to browse through the stock undisturbed. We will ask for help if and only if we need.

I have given a 5 star rating for one major reason. I met and was dealt with a courteous staff who was physically disabled. KUDOS TO MAX FOR EMPLOYING SUCH PEOPLE and providing them with an opportunity to live their life with dignity. This is the only store where i met such a person. Respect the employer(s) for this. Rest of my experience is irrelevant. I hope we see more staffs like them.

I have purchased a Kurti from this outlet on 10.9.2023,Sunday. But I can't get any kind of invoices via watsapp. The account executive of this outlet assured me that I can get my invoices through online. But this was not happened. After that, I have called so many times to the given contact number, they didn't pick up the call. So so bad experience.

Long time I haven't shopped at max, I did find a dress in a mannequin which looked pretty, I had bought a dress from Reliance Trends next door so I missed an opportunity to buy that dress. Next time maybe I will window shop first and then buy.

Max is a shopping mall, situated at the side of B.T Road at Sodpur. It is a four storey building, from ground to 3rd floor. Gound floor to 2nd floor are dedicated for women shoppers and 3rd floor is for kids' and men's wears. Trendy garments are available here in Max for men, women and kids. You can get your desired dresses here. Every floor consists of trial rooms and these are clean and well mentioned. Prices of dresses are less here, in compare with other garment shops. Quality is also good. In every season you can get variety of dresses. Except dress ladies shoes, gents shoes, kids shoes, cosmetics, body spray, different types of bag, sunglasses, perfumes, soft toys, tiffin boxes, pencil boxes etc are available. Trendy sweeters, jackets, hoodies are available in winter season. Behaviours of stuffs are very good, they guide you through out the time post your visit to Max. Offers are always applicable on your purchases. In Puja season 2023, on purchase of 5000 INR a small trolley (Market Price: 8800 INR) is being gifted but extra 600 INR need to be paid. On purchase of 10,000 INR a small trolley plus a big trolley (Market Price: 11,000 INR) are being gifted but extra 1200 INR need to be paid. Photos of trolley are available in this post. Used to be good earlier but now it's just the worst place for shopping at sodepur. The women's western collection is really hopeless. They have a lot to do with their varieties and collection.

Opposite to H.P petrol pump B.T road. If you are coming from barrackpore it's located on the right side. Located on the ground floor. 3rd floor for men & children. Ground floor for women. 1st floor billing counter. Collection are very little. Alter section is on 3rd floor. Lift available. Bags charges 8/- so bring your bag 😅.

Trendy and fashionable store in Sodepur beside Trends. Situated just beside peerless nagar gate. Collection is good for men, women and kids. Staff was great but only one billing counter was running. Would have been better if both the billing counters worked, so that people could be hassle free.

It has the worst security check that Can ever exist. Even though I had nothing inside my bag, the security system made sounds. When i purchased an item and was moving through the exit door, the same sound took place. So, better you change the security system because it creates too much of harassment for the public. And also, a guy from the store was saying that I had stolen items from the store. Worst experience!!
