A good store for the brand factory lovers,most of products they have in the store and less staff for support the visitors. On my opinion this store need more improvement of the store how to decorate and attract to people.. But all things are different they have maximum product but not on same way if u look some sports then you will get on different area or corner of the store..

If you want a lot of branded stuffs then brand factory is the best option. You can wait and grab the offer period deals in brand factory. The collection is very decent and large, that's why you should be selective if you had made any budget is n your mind . I personally like the shoes collection here

Well I have been visiting this place and shopping since 2013 but every year i am witnessing the degradation of this place and trust me it is sad to see one of our good shopping place going down like this. Why i am saying bad for this place 1. stocks are getting boring no new trending stocks are available 2. Staffs behaviour is not friendly anymore 3. The price is too high for these items Overall i feel i should not visit this place anymore. You judge what is good for you by visiting this place once. Thank you

If you are fan of Brand Factory that was till 2019 then this shop is for you. Brand factory was rebranded to Fashion Factory. But to me Brand Factory has lots of variety. Also I got better discount on renowned brands in brand factory. So as a old customer of brand factory I was bit disappointed. But still this is a good option for shopping.

One of the worse decision of my life to visit here. Employee are quite rude behaviour and need to wait alot for cash counter purchased item value rs.9955. No such management. I mean, miss those Brand factory days. No for future days

There are too many staff members, but they are not helpful. The cashier's link was not working, and hence, none of the special offers could be availed. I wasted my one hour there. Poor selection and too much old stock lying in display. I would not recommend this outlet as there are many better places in Kolkata for garments and shopping clothes.

Huge collection and all are branded products. There is a good collection of shirts on the 1st floor and jeans on the 2nd floor(for men's) Women's collections are not so good. All time offer available but you have understand the offer before bill. Offers are little complete, especially buy 2 get 3 or buy 2 get 2 etc. Don't buy deo or any kind of perfume from there. They sold behind the billing counter on the 1st floor. Overall a good place for branded products with affordable prices. Thank you 🙏

Loved the offers and variety provided. But need to change the Return & Exchange policy during the Free Shopping week because as there is huge crowd in the offer week, there is no empty changing rooms due to chaos so after buying the product there is a fitting problem and as per the rule we cannot exchange the product in the offer week. So please change this policy.

Brand Factory reopened under Reliance as Fashion Factory. Good stocks. And as of January 2023, there is a 50% discount going on, on most products.

They are offering good discounts as of now. The collection of this brand factory is much better than that of beliaghata. Service is good. Good discounts on shoes but size issue can be faced

Brand Factory is a place where you can get good apparel at a reasonable price. Most of the items available here are of the medium to slightly expensive range(depending on the Brand it is from). The quality of fabric, designs and sizes (depending on the brand) also ranges from good to very good. You can be assured of getting good quality merchandise here. Please ensure that you have ample time to see and browse through the various sections when you go there. The problem is that store salesmen cannot be distinguished from ordinary customers. So if you have a query then good luck getting someone to answer you and it gets worse when there is some sale going on and the place is crowded. You will have to ask random people in the hope that they are the salesperson for that section. Ideally Brand Factory should have ensured some way of easily identifying the salespeople for the customer. The offers and discount schemes are good but sometimes confusing and there are always certain conditions to be met before you can avail of the really big discounts. Please check with the salespeople if you qualify before going to the counter. Please also check across brands to see if the offer are valid on all of them or some of them. Overall a good place to find good quality clothes provided you take some time to search for it.

Best place to shop for clothes and apparel in Lee Road Elgin road area. It's crowded yes, but it has many many brands and options. Prices are competitive and there are offers and discounts all year round. Thankfully it's open now after a long delay and rebranding process. Hopefully the other shops will open too.

It was my worst experience to visited fashion factory Lee road outlet. I had visited that outlet along with my friends on 26/09/2023.Two of my friends lost their helmet. They seeking help from outlet staff,the staff they didn't help and their behavior were very rude. We were asking for cc t.v footage they just simply denied and they said they will not show us. We were calling service manager he wasn't picking up our call.After reliance bought that merchandise we thought they will improve their service,but they are as same as previous.shame on this and kindly resolve our matter.

My two friends went to the mall(FASHION FACTORY, lee road) on 26/9/2023 ..their helmets were stolen from there.Despite repeated requests,they didn't cooperate.when they asked to see their cc camera,they denied it.This is the worst part of a reputable mall..it was a very bad experience for them and me also.. They called the service manager but he did not pick up the phone...it was a very disappointing incident.

Shop is very huge, having about 2 floors. Various brands are available with all time min discount of 40% or even more. Staff was well behaved and helpful for me atleast. Cleanliness is well maintained. All types are cabs & autos are easily available.

Very good stock and affordable. You need to be sure of your choice before you enter, as abundance of items can lead to confusion. Some staff members are extremely helpful but few were visibly reluctant to assist. Billing took immense time could have been better planned.

The most pathetic management in the town. Billing staff yell at you if you follow the line. Even the locals are the same here. I would never suggest to visit the place for shopping. Better opt for Pantaloons and other brand stores. Management should teach there billing staff to behave wisely with the customers. Govind and Dhananjay has yelled at me and my husband when we were following the line. They do the billing of another person who doesn't follow the line. Worst experience.

There are only branded products available in this building (Band Factory). You buy banded dresses, bags, belts, shoes, wallet, ladies sandell for man, women and also for kids. Three floors and every brands are separated from each other with brands name and logo. Price is high but product is too good.

Excellent. It was Brand Factory now it is Fashion Factory. Place all staff all are same just change in name. I love to shopping in this outlet it's the biggest store of all fashion factory. Various brand are available. It will be better if one thing is sorted. Renovation already in process so they tell me there is no fitting store so far. It will available in future. And one more thing Reliance is not tie up with Aditya Birla group. So some brand is not available. If they tie up in future then things will be more good.

Price is ok, collection are less, some of the products seems not quality branded. Location is nice, if collection are more than it would be more happening. There is huge queue on cash counter due to might be less staffs only one counter was open.

It was worst experience I had visited Lee road kolkata store on 01112023 and picked up a Jean with flat 50 percent discount on dynmx brand and one t-shirt of 249 displayed of produkt brand with offer but at the time of billing they gave 40 percent discount in dynmx jeans and charged rupees 599 for the produkt t-shirt saying this is the offer they are displaying wrong offers to get the customer and no one in the store agreed so pls check the bolling before u pay

Worst place , not worth visiting , mens clothing no where comparable with earlier brand factory. Moreover the behavior of the attending staff is not courteous and gentle and looks as if they are not interested in selling at all. Advice not to visit

Very bad service in this store I have shopped from this store approx 18000 net amount after discount and when I was going for change a size size was not available,and then I told that cashier and ram aana I think he was dm he is saying that bring mrp pcs then we will exchange or else it will not be changed,they are hassiing customer and he told me that after 3day we will call you keep change product in my store I kept it after three day they are saying wait for more 3day,very very bad management as well as cashier behaviour I will never go there for shopping never and ever

I mostly buy my stuffs from brand factory Kolkata Lee road only because I like the stocks they are available with and I am quite familiar to this Lee road brand factory mall but this is the last time I visited and I won't visit it again. I bought two coupons of buy for ₹5000/- and pay ₹2000/- first of all I asked in the counter very beginning that is there any selection of items I need to choose? they said "no you can buy for whatever items matching ₹5000/- limit each I said ok the sale's person I briefed him even I trust it's their offer only they should stay aware of that he made me select items worth ₹10000/- and wasted my 2hrs30mins approx after that when my friend went to the billing section the person in the counter was shocked what kind of coupon you are taking about? They don't even know. After that when I came and asked them after asking thrice what happened they replied that also not perfectly but it felt that it was a gift that they are offering to me in free of bucks. After that a few mins later that was their closing time a person came from behind and asking the counter person they didn't went yet? The counter person said no billing is going on. For them I wasted my 2:30 hrs of selection and then I brought 1 shirt and a jeans next day again I needed to visit this time the person who handled our bill was aware but there were some other person and again not so interested to interact or answer anything even as if we are buying items for free or they are offering to beggers. They were in a hurry to go to have tea. Sir/ madam I too belong to hospitality industry I know how hard work we need to go through but if you can't just leave the industry "don't spoil the brand name because it is not your's own company". Thank you.
