This one of the worst service centre I have seen in my life. No direction. Just like a warehouse the executive was untrained. For. Everything they are referrimg to one person who is sitting inside and creating delay. Does have any spare item. Also does not have service any item which is older than 4 yeras. Pathetic

The place was good. Seating area was there for customers. But the service was very slow. The staff was not very cooperative . They were reluctant and lazy kind.

Its a bit difficult to find.its pointed wrongly on the map.it is in 2nd floor,the stairs of which open on the road just beside calcutta cafe(marked by a small banner) Service was fine. I got immediate replacement free of cost ,under warranty, though they had to give a different model altogether,as they were out of stock. Overall its nice.but not great.

Servicing of all Iball products are done here. There are only two receiving counters here. Rush is quite normal. One has to wait patiently. On the whole servicing is as much satisfactory as you may expect to get from a mid category electronic company.

The most honest people I have seen till now. When I deposited my bluetooth headset for service, the estimated cost was Rs 480/-, whereas while delivery they charged me with only Rs 150/-, that with an additional spare. God bless them and may they prosper with honesty. Keep it up.

I went there once.... Very good service & their behaviour is also very good..... If you go there looking at the Google map, you will be confused..... Therefore go there & ask someone where the 36 Ganesh Chandra Avenue is........Google map will show you 42 GC avenue,so better go there & ask someone.... This place is a 4 minute walking distance from the Chadni chowk metro station 🚉....

Worst service, they just lack of knowledge, only try to squeeze money from your pocket. For repairing one tab they estimated Rs11000/- whereas a new one with much more higher config costs Rs12000/-. Don't buy their bad advice.

Best service centre I've ever visited. Bought Iball sound wave speakers from Amazon two months ago but they weren't working. So I went to the service centre, got instant replacement of these speakers. There wasn't almost any queue too as I visited on Saturday. New speakers are working like boom!!

Most Cheater Service center & Most Worst quality product company in the world. Please don't buy anything from iBall company. iBall Service center employee's are also big cheater. They gave me replacement a product 2 times which is already damaged before I bring it home.

I was asked for the invoice which I did not find on my flipkart account as there was no option to download invoice.. Then they said to download through pc and then only they will take the product.. I travelled 15km for this but in vain.. When all the details is given on my flipkart account why do they need an invoice for when everywhere ppl are encouraged to go online??

Very unprofessional staff and pathetic service. Will make you sit for hours for them to use their mobile phone and then forget that you are waiting. Also will delay your work for more than three months and give things back with our completing the work.

Unhygienic stuffy atmosphere. You should take oxygen mask to this place. Located Near Chandni Chawk, this place is providing support to multiple brands like Seagate, iBall, etc. Just two staff some time one staff to handle all 100s of requests. Wait time is minimum 30 to 45 mins and can go up to 4 or 5 hours depending on your case. Ticketing system is weired. You may not know that you need to take a queue number ticket before you start your wait clock ticking. That also available at the same complain counter. They should have placed a minimum 5 staff to handle cases but prepare to wait for hours in the claustrophobic room. Not much places to sit. No place to stand. They pile up devices on top of each other like a junkyard. So be ready to have multiple scratches on your new devices when you get back your product post repair. No value of customer owned products. The road approaching to the service centre is one way so plan when driving. Not a good place to find parking space. The phone number provided on Google is invalid unless you are the lucky person on earth. Overall not a recommended place to visit unless you are bound to repair your faulty under warranty products. All the best.

The most third class product in the world. If you purchased iball product you have to purchased another substitute of this product from another company. Because the delivery time is too much longer. I submit a product on 6th December but I can't get the replacement till now. If here is an option "no star" then it suits with this company. The products are very bad.

Very very bad service by this sevice center.If I have option less then 1 star . I will prefer to do that.. Because from last 3 months they kept my Tab and do not fix it.. I try to call them many times they do not respond us properly.. Even the number which they provide us in a bill they could not receive the call. In between I called iball customer care directly they said they already send the part to this service center but this service center took to long to fix my product. Secondly it is not fixed properly still some software strong glitches are there. I prefer to do not purchase iball product in Kolkata until they are not changing their service center.
