I will going to Big Bazaar Avani Mall store for my kids some dress but it very pathetic service give me in this store no any executive in Store all so one executive on floor but busy with outher female employees i will going to manager room but manager all so no responsibility for a a service all so going cash counter for bill but employees say not able to doing upi pay for this time there for I will going & come back for bill I will will suggest every person pls don't going to this place ots very pathetically handel will customers.

Please do not buy online from Avani Big bazaar. They will promise to deliver and then you will have an additional task of following up with these guys who will make your life miserable. I ordered grocery and the scheduled delivery was 2nd and till today there is no sign of delivery. Pathetic is just one word I have for my experience. This has happened 2nd time with me.

Big bazaar is a place where y can find grocery games toys stationery clothes electronic items all one roof also it gives home delivery n good offers.

Pathetic billing experience....on a crowded sunday afternoon only two billing counters were open which caused a big queue to form up....other 7, 8 counters were simply closed....most of the time i face similar issue, for billing i have to stand in line at least for half an hour. The fbb clothing counter is closed most of the time, for just one apparel why to wait for such long. Plz close these retails if not providing proper service and don't value other's time.

For this puja, they really have great collection and also great discount offers, vouchers and stuff. I'll attach some of their collections.

Worst facility ever.. The staff are not very helpful. Billing is the worst. There are 8-10 billing counters but only 2-3 are operative because of which there is always a long queue.. Worst experience...

This is a worst store till date I've shoped. Online delivery is very bad. They are just passing time and wasting our time. They are very careless. Customer care team also not supporting. My suggestion is- please don't purchase anything from this store
