Extremely disapointed with the service. Once you have made the payment for the furniture they will become reluctant of the delivery. They will assure you of a day of delivery and once u plan accordingly they will call on the same day and say they cant deliver. This is extremely inconvenient. Most of the items in their store they will say they have to ship from Nagpur and it will take atleast 15 days to deliver which is also very inconvenient. While i had chosen the furnitures which according to them were available in their warehouse and can be delivered soon but its been already 4 days and still delaying. If they do this for an item which is there in their Kolkata warehouse God knows what will happen if they have to ship from Nagpur

We have purchase kitchen furniture for home for warrenty of life time ,but in 2 years only i m getting problem and they there service is so bad that after calling 10 times they are not doing the solution...donnot purchase from home town as there product warrenty is waste they donnot provide after sale service

Absolutely stunning & awesome ambience, one can go crazy with home furniture & embellishments. Display is easy on the eyes, staff is cooperative and friendly and the entire place has possibly all that one can ever desire for one's dream home. The only improvement that can possibly be done is in the prices... items should be more reasonably priced. Overall, an absolute home- owmer's delight !

The place is excellent. They have a wide range of furniture, and the quality is good. The staff is friendly. When you go there, seek out a person named Manoj. He works there and is extremely polite and very considerate. He knows the value of your money and time and will work hard to get you the best deals and even suggest you cheaper alternative routes which are just as good. In contrast there is a black service person who is rather impolite. The prices are very reasonable, and they are an authorised dealer of Kurl-On mattresses. Also, they have an offer of 20% cashback on furniture purchases above 50K (which you can use to purchase more furniture). They have great rocking chairs there, definitely a rarity now a days.

Once items booked and paying the full, the showroom becomes an alien set up. You will be not able to connect the showroom by any means. Only means is the guys sitting opposite the toll free number. They maintain a very diligent communication gap with the showroom! The landline of showroom never rings!

Very poor customer service. I went to enquire for kitchen interior. There was a lady Soma Das who shared her contact and she mentioned that she will be sharing the quotation. After sending multiple emails, no response. I am saved, imagine what would have happened after paying them. Livspace is much better, very responsive and professional team

Didn’t deliver the product on promise date. More over the sales person (bhumika) is not responding calls. After you pay them money and buy product they literally forget you.

Pathetic experience. They take the money for the products and then do not deliver them. Half of the time, we have to call constantly for the information regarding the product delivery. The google customer care number is invalid hence it is clear what type of customer care services are being provided. They do not keep their word in terms of product delivery date or installation date. They do not respect the client’s time, money or patience. All they are interested in is taking the money on the first day and then they do not contact the customer and sometimes they don’t even pick the call. Please don’t but things from the organisation, the employees working there don’t have information and they just mislead you by giving you numbers of other people who don’t know anything.

Very poor quality service,push selling of wrong springfit reactive ortho mattress which is not indicated above 50 yrs with back pain.They have no exchange policy..fraud and cheating customer.

Aesthetic ambience. I absolutely love the way the things are placed and decorated here.

I have had a horrible experience with the staff and the kind of service they have to offer. With such laid back attitude and a pathetic way of dealing clients they should not be providing any services. The product has been damaged while delivering and so it has not been installed yet. Nobody from the team has an update on fixing it and everyone is least bothered about it. People after doing the sales are not even interested in answering calls. I do not expect this service. Not recommended at all.

Very sincere service from centre in charge Mrs.Juthika Saha Sarkar & supervisor Md.Abbas Ansari. They always helped in each step with proper understanding & guidance. Finished work is looking impressive. There's scope of improvement for few craftsmen. Ms.Soma also in same way helped sincerely with lot of passion regarding kitchen decor.
