Provide almost all the items as other big bazaar outlets provides but the service is not so good here. Half of their billing counters are closed all the time that the reason people have to stand in long queue for billing, which is very irritating.

Currently they are low on stock. Generally they do have a lot of stock. Shop opens at 11. They have enough staff.

The Alipur Zoo is one of the most visited places in West Bengal. Many people come here every day from home and abroad. This Alipur zoo is closed every Thursday. But it is open every day in December and January. There is so much to see here. There is also a play area for children. There is a good system of drinking water. There are also food stalls. A great place to hang out for a day.

Date - 20.09.2020 Worst experience, would suggest you to go Rangoli Mall. It's far better than RD Mall. If u enter big bazaar you would like to slam coz there wasn't AC or fan running. Literally customer have to shop by sweating there. Plus there wasn't much in their store. Very limited collections and there wasn't any guide in men's clothing store. Plz don't go there , save yourself.

Hello Team, I would like to bring to your notice that, i had a profit club card which had Rs. 1200 in it. Now i guess as the card had expired the amount was deducted. As because of COVID-19 situation all across the country most of your outlets were closed for a certain amount of time and also i tried to pay the home delivery which i ordered but your executives said that i wont be able to use my club card for the same. Now are you guys saying that we should come for shopping in Corona and risk our lives ? Is this our fault to stay at home and order online and the amount not getting deducted from our club card, which you guys deduct after expiry ? Also, i called your executive and they arranged for a call back in which you executive said that they will extend the card for a certain time so that i can again utilize my Rs.1200. But after an hour your executive again called back and said she cant do that now. Is this a joke going around. You send 100 messages for offers but not a single intimation for card expiry ? If this be the case i will never ever use Bigbazar services again.

Although I found many necessary items earlier but this time I found 40 / 50 percent less items. Most of the racks were blank. Two months back I found the same condition. AC was then also not working today also it was not working. The marketing was disgusting and I decided that I won't visit Lilluah Big Bazar before Winter season.

You can do payment through cash as well as card. No confusion with that. Wednesday shopping experience is the best as the items are available in jaw dropping discounts. Worst Collection of every things

INCIDENT HAPPEND DURING LOCK DOWN PERIOD AT HOWRAH URBAN CITY (DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC) For Rs. 2000/- order you are charging Rs. 49/- as Delivery Charge. But my ordered items were for Rs. 3781/- and as per slab you were charged Delivery Charge as Rs. 100/-. Till this it is Okay. But at the time of delivery you informed me about not availability of some items and proposed a refund, but here is the main complain arise from my end that when my Order Value bought down as low as Rs. 1788/- then how you could charge Rs. 100/- as well, as it is totally unethical and non-fair business policy, mainly when this incident happens and this scenario comes in front at the verge chaotic situation of this Pandemic. How you could charge like this double-standard business ethics ? Being a customer as well as the Indian Citizen I want an explanation or I will go further with this issue legally.
