Price at BF is not so much reasonable as nd moreover the people working there are not so much professional as they should be being the helping hand for every product. Maybe the staff is not at all trained for it or else for being given less salary, they are not that much attentive to help each and every customer who visited at the store. Positive side is there is free parking zone inside for 2 and 4 wheeler and it is attached close to the main road(DH Road). As a local visitor it is a nice place for hangout and shopping close to my house.

Only the name is brand factory... No such good brands are sold here. Paid parking in opposite side. All items have 50-60 percent discount. If you prefer use and throw items please visit, otherwise don't think you will get good products in cheap prices. Previously brand factory used to sell factory seconds goods, may be defective or over produced. Even roadside shops of behala/ Gariahat sell better items. You can always but products from here for gifting purpose and that too when you have half a day to spare for, coz selection of clothes from here is like finding needle in a hay stack 🤩😂 Enjoy empty air conditioned store and spend your leisure time here by wasting.

They have good collection. The ambience is decent. They have securities. Parking space is available. They provide some good offers like Flat 50% off or Buy 2 Get 1 free...... but their product price is very high. After getting 50% off on some products, it's still costiler than the products which is exactly same, coming from same brand, same size available in online.

Mainly filled with brands which are not as successful. Plus colour options are also very limited. Price may be low but not as low as they advertise. The billing counter will test your patience for sure.

Real bad experience....visited the showroom on Friday...the boys and girls they call salesmen and sales girls are sitting or standing in corners talking to each other ...not minding the customers. We had to do all the looking around without much help. We got fed up and stopped shopping....and over all that we had given a trouser for alterations yesterday with an assurance that we will get it at 6 pm today....when we went to get it today there was no one in the alteration place and when asked around no one was even bothered to help. Now we need to go tomorrow morning again to get my trousers.....thats real pathetic service I have seen in any showroom.....no more going there for sure.

There is an offer going on for getting discount by giving old clothes and buying new ones! Took a few old garments but the attitude was very bad. And i just came off! When a promotion is advertised in big banners and hoarding then you need to honour it too! I have visited earlier and bought from this shop as well but my experience this time was really bad!

Located just opposite MP Birla School in James Long Sarani this is a newly opened outlet of Fashion Factory by Reliance Group. There are good collection for men, women and kids. Clothing, accessories, footwear and luggages are the major categories available. Discounts are good upto 70%. Overall I had a smooth shopping experience out there and a must visit for all.

All no so popular and popular brands under one roof. Quality is doubtful in comparison to price. Please check and then buy. For a bag I purchased, the Salesman said 3 years warranty. I asked for warranty card he said it will be given at time of payment and when I asked for warranty card after bill payment the salesman quickly changes to 3 months verbal warranty.

Upgraded stocks in recent weeks is pretty decent. Plus offers the best deals on clothes and shoes etc. and quality products. Has been a satisfactory experience since the past visits. 8.4/10

Prices are bit higher according to the quality they provide..and if you think it's best place to buy branded articles, so it not .they mainly maintain a stock of products which are basically rejected item from shops or 2-3 yrs old product...

I rushed to the store, bought a pack of 3 socks and when I returned home, it turned out that the brand (as well as the quality) of one pair was different than the other two. I expect better from these stores.

Agreed that this place is not meant for big brands with high prices - it is targeted for the mass. If you are little bit confused that the outlet offers other brands' product, Brand Factory tries to promote its own brand 'BF' - not others with lots of discounts. But there are some articles whose price tags were covered with stickers - as a result the staff at the cash counters are quite confused with their exact price - this is not a fair business practice at all..

The employees are not well educated about the products and the prices. Often the tags are wrong. They show wrong prices. If you don't cross check, you may be wrongly billed. The employees standing there are mostly illiterate about shop.

Good place for window shopping. Any brand 20-70% off in different time. They sell old stocks, factory seconds and displayed items so sometimes items are not in good condition. To avoid long billing queue, shop on weekdays.

One of the best places for shopping in Behala. Location perfect, staff's behaviour very good, they also offer very good deals throughout the year.

you have to pay parking fee. absurd. they charge for alteration. charges are higher than what the market stadard rate is. and onthey cannot deliver the alrered product on time they mention. sad af place.

I would request all customers to cross check the bill with the price tag, each time you purchase from this store. They gave me a product with 899/- price tag and billed 1299/- from me. The store is a fraud. They willfully kept 4 of my items and after revisiting the store and chasing them with the invoice, they give me 3 items and keep one with them. They said, that item was not billed. On the next day when I have revisited the store with all the purchased item, they were acting like they are sorry for this, but they were not at all sorry for what they have done. They have billed more than the actual cost of the product. The store manager along with most of the gents staffs were rude and unprofessional. They were using slang languages in front of the customers, while I was picking up my staffs. In the process I have burnt at least 3 lit of petrol for 3 ups and down journey. Also I had to pay parking fee each time. If this is what a customer is treated like, the store is going to fall apart soon. Mark my word. This store keepers are absolutely disgusting.

Initially it was called Brand Factory. Later when Reliance took it up from Future Group, they named it Fashion Factory. There is a really good collection of clothes and shoes especially for men and attractive discounts. Almost all brands' clothes are found here. Located conveniently opposite MP Birla School.

Good place nearby to shop for casuals and office wear. Kids wear were also of good varieties, can check out for options in this summer. It is affordable in terms of clothes however shoes I found very expensive which is not in alignment with the place, even much choices and appropriate size was not available. Rest good. Can visit to shop 👍

It is situated in James long sarani opposite of M P Birla school. This store is not as big as Elgin road branch but quite good. After parking the entry to the store could have been better. If you come through diamond harbour road then it is near Ashoka cinema stoppage.

Have never been to this place before although I live near this particular outlet. What drove me there was an urgency to buy a denim jacket because I was supposed to be leaving the city that very evening. First, we were stopped at the gate and were asked to pay Rs. 100 as an entry fee. What? I don't understand their strategy. What if someone enters and does not find her/his desired product? Second, the behaviour of the woman and the man sitting outside at the desk were so rude. They were reluctant to provide sufficient information about the purpose of charging entry fee. Oh, also on inquiring about the availability of jackets, I was told that women's winterwears were not available. It was December the 8th by the way. Not cool. Very disappointed!

The place is good the ambience was ok but the Sales staff were very casual in customer service but on the other hand the cashier was very good he explained all the discount on every product which was the best part and I really appreciate that.

But baby collection is not satisfactory. Need to improve baby collection. Jean's collection is fabulous and ladies collection is also great. There also has parking lot. A true heaven for all those fashion maniac providing branded clothes for all ages and gender. The places is good at displaying and sorting all those brands which regular people are usually not aware off. Trial rooms are sometimes filled with hangers but no issue of hidden camera. The staff are friendly.

I have a damm and shocking experience from this Brand Factory of Behala I was bought a pant of 34 waist size and a T Shirt on 22/2/20 but really I wonder to see after altered while I going to wear this pant it was so big 38" instead of 34". I think they didn't control the quality.
