I had visited last time they r over crowed alwys bcs they alwys provide a huge discount in every product I love to buy my grocery from spencer.. They have liquor shop too inside d mall .

This is one of most attraction for young generation to get trendy looks.

Good shopping market but rate is High w.r.t outside local shop.

Very bad.. I suggest all of you that go & buy the things from Spencer it's good for you.. otherwise if you order online, then you have to suffer a lot.. delivery timing is not good.. payment system is not good.. you have to face so many problems.. Even they didn't pick up phone call..

I shopped from this place, made my payment done.. it’s clearly shows that the payment done successfully, but still they didn’t let me take my purchased products as they believe this payment has not been processed and will get my refund with 3-4 days.they didn’t even generate the bill whereas payment was deducted to their account successfully.. What a harassment I have been though while shopping at Spencer’s!!

The store has everything like other Spencer's hyper except fish and meat counters.This is the negative point. They should have raw fish and meat shop in shop in this hyper. Otherwise the store is very good.

Overall it's good. Parking fecility is available.Almost every grocery items are available with justified price. Giving one star less as I couldn't find some specific vegan items there.

This was named BIG bazar, buy later it was changed. Now I have visited twice and gained a good experience. Though for this covid or other reasons there I feel shortage of employees. Otherwise it is more than satisfactory.

I have been a regular customer since a long time and it's a lovely place to go shopping. But recently, a few of them staff tried to act too smart with me. It seems they were suspicious of me that I was some thief trying to steal things, questioned my authenticity and searched my pockets and stuff. Really really embarrassing. The management needs to recheck on some of these things that shouldn't happen with any given customers. So only for this I am giving a 1 star rating.

Spencer's Rangoli mall is well decorated shopping point for Various of groceries, dress, home ingredients, Foreign Liquor etc.

Good place to buy groceries and house hold goods. They have some huge stock of all these.

The counter sistem is so slow, poor and outdated. It's take 5 times more than DMart stores. There are long queue always. Express counter system should be implemented for less than 7 items..

This is a lovely space. The Spencer's is quite big with a decent wine shop.

The store has been an added advantage to the locals as it keeps providing specail offers throughout the week . Perfumes , household utensils , dress , cosmetics , daily household products , cookies , Alcohol Is all available under one roof . They charge for the packets so better carry your own bag to save money . Keep listening to announcements as they have specail packages also . The staffs qre also friendly and will guide if you are unable to track any products

Try to buy ur grocery from here and not from spencers at RD MALL and AUROBINDO MALL coz each and every products there are priced above than that of Spencer's at Rangoli Mall

The Store is inside the Forum Rangoli Mall in Belur. You can reach from Belur , Bally ,Liluah, Belur Math and Bally ghat railway station. You just need to catch a toto or auto rikshaw from there. Store is pretty decent. They got different sections for different things. They even got a liquor store inside it. They also have a small apparel store in it. Plus the mall is pretty big to waste useful time.

The stock is limited. You get only limited items. Not enough options to choose.

Decent stock of products with regular household items mostly available. This store doesn't have a non-veg section for fish, chicken and mutton like other spencers. The store has a liquor section as well which is mostly stocked up.

Their should be employees present on each of the counters to attend their customers in order to avoid huge queue which the customers has to go through every evening. Hope to see the change soon.
