The restaurant follow a malpractice of deliberately hiding and providing substandard reduced quantity food when you order online. They have a separate rate chart for Zomato and Swiggy which is higher than their normal rate. You can still accept that but then without even letting you and your online food partner know then will deliberately provide 1/3 of the actual quantity. They have separate small containers for online delivery and you will not even know that. Even the food taste is below average. My opinion is not based on 1 order but several orders. So I would suggest you avoid ordering food from this restaurant or order 3 times your actual requirement paying 3 times the price if you are ordering from online food delivery apps. Or else order directly through their own delivery but in that case be ready for not getting order on time or even not delivered.

Today I ordered chicken kasha, me and my 6yrs old ate it at home. When I went to kitchen to take the last piece from the plastic container of hotlips I saw a cockroach in the gravy. Complained to restaurant and sent them picture. I don't know what protocol u follow or WHT hygiene u do in kitchen but the experience was worth puking. Taste was good when I ate first but when I saw the cockroach I was like pls take this gravy away. Better be careful with cleanliness and environment. Took too long to prepare pulao and roll. How can 2 simple dish take so long. Seems one has to order for dinner during lunch hours

Not a great place to have biryani.. very dry and the pieces are very very chewie..if yiu want to have good biryani this should be your last option.

Food quality is good, Chinese and Indian food are available here. This restaurant have so many seating place to enjoy food with family and friends on any weekday or holidays. This restaurant is on main road so that there is no problem to parking your vehicle and it is situated at Biren Roy Road (West), near Patton Tank factory.

Nice.... Awesome food quality. Tasty... Can definitely dine in or Take out . Neat & Clean. What i found here, to have any food, 1st place the order & then wait for 15-20 minutes sometimes & meanwhile finish your important work & then pickup your order.

Food quality was ok...But the ambiance was horrible... Zero hygiene...They don't even serve your food.. Dirty plates and broken bowl plastic glass everything you will get there..They don't want to give u a pakka bill but they are charging GST...And the washroom was absolutely shocker....

It became my one the favourite restaurant when I tasted this restaurant's Biriyani and Chicken Chap for the first time at my English Tuition during Teachers' Day celebration. After that I became their regular customer. I tried so much food items here. Although the quantity of food seems quite low to me but all the foods are delicious.

The food of Hot Lips was very good for so long. But today I went to buy food from Hot Lips and I saw that the oil kept in the bowl fell down and they picked up the oil and used it again for cooking. They don't even think about us because they don't eat themselves.

Staff members are very familiar ...and the food quality was awsom I will highly recommend to visit this place

They are not served normal water once you need to buy mineral water and they charge an extra 10 rupees for ₹20 bottle of water. And now the food quality is the worst and the behaviour of the owner is disgusting.
