Genuinely an affordable and reliable restaurant in Behala area ..Foods are undoubtedly palatable... service is moderate...but the staircase was scary and not suitable for the senior citizens....and the restaurant sitting area is quite small ... Moreover .....the ac was also not cooling so well...

Absolute trash behaviour. Ordered on swiggy and waited for over 1.5 hours still didn't get the food. Told the delivery partner that they'll prepare the food whenever they feel like it. Rude behaviour by the restaurant. Would've given 0 stars if possible. I challenge the owners to reply to this review and I'll provide the order number just to prove my point.

Good restaurant with premium food quality. Their Rolls, Fried Rice, Biryani, Noodles and specially kebabs are best in quality. Well cleaned kitchen makes their foods more better in the view of healthiness. I love their Paneer Rolls and fried rice. You can dine in their restaurant which is on the 1st floor or you can have hove delivery (which they also provide between short distances) they are available on swiggy, zomato like apps...

One of my top picks for dining in the Behala area. Some of the previous employees have left and may be that's why the quality of the cuisine has decreased. I rated it accordingly.

Visited-2021,If you want to try something authentic then visit this place and enjoy the authentic mughlai cuisine. Visited-2023,still quality is same and price is also reasonable but if you ‘dine-in’ then mostly what you ‘take away’ ,you have to pay ₹20 extra for maximum things in the menu but its okay its fully air conditioned.Better to order separately than combo .And more something if you want to taste mughlai then always go for the take away option because when you eat there then there will be less quantity served.

First of all, Very few items were available and they will give you so called menu. After that we ordered Biriyani, Mutton Masala and Onion salad. Biriyani was not so warm. They served Biriyanj after 30mins. Like seriously man? Where it happens, XD. Most funny part was that Soft drinks was not available 😅🤣. Having long menu but maximum 15% items is available at their property. They should definitely focus on their management and menu part. Thank you.

Ordered 2 special mutton biriyani parcel, and asked them to give Rewaji pieces without much bone. But received only Bones in our plate. Will never order for sure... NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

Excellent place, good food, pocket friendly,nice behaviour of staffs & ordered foods are served much faster. One main problem I notice there everytime is the space for sitting. It's pretty low & conjested. If they increase their area for sitting, it'll be unbeatable around the area. Much better than Haji & Panna's kitchen. Much recommended place.

Extremely unprofessional, casual and laid back attitude towards regular customers, very few selective items are only available, irresponsible and taken for granted behaviour. Long waiting time as well ,whether you order 1 item or 2 or 10 items, the waiting period is too long and it's really disappointing. Whenever we visited there we always had to wait for a minimum of 40-45 mins before we got served an item. Told them regarding this issue but it went in vain.

The food is alright but the service is "the worst". Even dhabas are better than this so called food court. It takes atleast 1 hour to serve each item and the behaviour of the staff is also very unprofessional. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Food quantity is below average. I ordered mutton Biryani, the piece of mutton was very small, I infact thought it was a portion of the actual piece. Taste of food was average, though prices were on the higher side. Waiters are non-cooperative. Would never visit again.

Good food quality is provided but price is too high here. Still this restaurant attracts good crowd due to it's location. It is situated at the lane connecting Diamond Harbour Road and Raybahadur Road and operates whole night during Durga puja days. The nearest pandal is a very famous one.
