This is located on the third floor of Avani Riverside Mall, beside the food court. The place was close to empty when we visited there. Our take out order was ready in 20 minutes as they said. The place has aesthetic vibes and a clean environment. The staff was accommodating but they didn't know the offers clearly.

Here varieties of Veg Pizzas are obtained like Margherita, Tandoori Onion, Veggie Tandoori, Farmer's Pick, Veg Kebab Surprise etc etc. We took Tandoori Onion Pizzas. The sensation of flavour perceived in the mouth on contact with hot Pizza was really pleasant. It was delightful and delicious. The surrounding is good and clean. The staffs take sincere and careful attention to the customers.

My son's favourite place. We went there to celebrate his 13th birthday with his friends & cousins. We had ordered combo meals as they were value for money. Kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed their favourite pizzas.

Tried the chicken wings and middle sized pizza and coke. It cost me around 1025 rupees. The taste was superb. The behavior of the staff was great. The decorations are awesome. Nice outlet.

The place is one of my favorite place for lunch and dinner. Whenever I go for shopping in avani mall I prefer to Pizza Hut for dine in. The place is located in a corner of food court in avani mall. The decoration is so well and in interior there is a dreamy yellow light. The seating arrangement is so good and the round sofas for setting with group is so cool. Since I visited so many times there, I have tried many different items in there. The cheese balls are so crisp and crunchy. Also the garlic bread is good enough. Only the potato fries are ok ok type. I always prefer stuffed pizzas with cheese loaded. I tried many types of pizzas with different toppings and I never disappointed. In all this my favorite is farmer's peak. Now come with other services. The staff of the restaurant are well behaved and very friendly. Meanwhile at most of the times they helped to pick a perfect choice of pizza in consideration of certain desires and mood. The wait time for the food is moderate. Sometimes it take little long but it's okay. Also one thing for which I prefer this place is this is not much crowded. Even in weekends I always get a table. So you can spend a perfect peaceful moment with either someone special or with just friends and family. Also there is some particular offer for take away orders. One can check it also. I once tried that too. So finally in one sentence it's one of the best place to spend a quality food time.

On 26/12/2019 i had visited pizza hut, avni mall and ordered exotica pan-med pizza and mojito blast of 754.00 rupees total bill. I gave him 2000 rupees. And they return me 1246 rupya.I just count it nd take it in my purse...bt when i visited bigbazar next day...then i gave him money of my order..then they told me that it's a fake note of one 500 rupees. It's really creepy way of *pizza hut* of the avni mall to practice the fake note to give their customers and they succeed in my case....i don't know how may of customers cheated from that pizza hut store of avni mall.

This pizza-hat branch is located at 3rd floor of Avni Riverside Mall, Howrah. Interior is too much beautiful and well designed. Food taste is allover good and price is slightly high. I tried white sauces pasta and chicken tanduri cheese pizza which were too much delicious.

Extremely bad service and behaviour on first experience from the staff (specially the waitress there) I have ever received !!! . The foods are too good but the service was horrible !!!! The place need to be replaced with experienced and well behaved disciplined waitress. My family was very much adjustable with the waitress until last she made us long time wait only for just passing the bill. At the end we came to know that she haven't informed the staff in the counter to give us the bill.

We ordered Chicken tikka supreme pizza of size small.. with one fresh lime & Pepsi .. The taste of pizza was not at all extraordinary..like it was quite normal, we didn't like much which costs us around 400+ with taxes. However the fresh lime soda was really good and Pepsi again was bad, like very watery in taste.

So many items were unavailable, and the attendant was not attending properly, like she was in a hurry or something and texting with someone. Left without eating anything. Will try again some other day. Although the ambience and seating inside was very nice.

I ordered this pizza from Pizza Hut, man it was tasty as well as quick, within 15 mins it was there. Dude the guy who delivered me was like the most pleasing person I have ever met across. The delivery staff is really good, like they aren't rude or just having down the face with no words, they are like, "Hi sir/mam. Here is your order," with such a big smile.

They ignore low amount orders your service is too slow if a person wants to sit and eat in pizza Hut bt if the order is of low amount they totally ignored it and they want u to order take away pizza they don't want to serve low amount food overthere so if u have a problem then set a board of amount that how much price oders onwards people can sit inside or below what price people should take away....

Quality of the pizza and other food items are good. Ambience is also good. Recommended.

Very testy pizza available here ..Also some time give many offer....Only bad part is that if you choose any low budget pizza like within Rs.200 they staff told me this is takeaway order not to dine in here...Then if you said u need to dine in then they told you sir please take pizza and eat outside table of pizza hut...This is really very bad need to be improved..This is not for only particular customer they do this with all the. Customer who order budget pizza or small pizza..They only offer medium size for dine in ....This is not a rule but the staff make this rule...Otherwise all over pizza hut is really make very testy pizza and staff behavior is very good and politeness...I am happy with thier service...In a month I already visit one time for eat pizza...Thank you

I was celebrating my birthday from last four years .....the person named RAGHU behaved so well .....he decorated and created a wonderful ambience there so that i can feel very special on that day,he plays a birthday song for me and wished me with his entire team and given a birthday message written on tissue paper with the lunch(pizza,apetizer etc) bill......i was very happy just bcoz of all these things done by him ......lots of thanks!

They ignore low amount orders. Service is too slow. I visited several times in this particular Pizza Hut since it is there in Avani Riverside Mall but never felt this kind of ignorance . I ordered a choco volcano on 19th January ordered time 5:13:58 pm. Its a take away order and they told me to come after 15 minutes. The promise delivery time of that order is also 5:28:51pm printed on the bill. I went there near 5.30 pm and came to know that my order is still not there to deliver. The concern person told another person to give one Choco Volcano to me and the second person went away. After that he told me that it will take another 5-7 minutes to be delivered. I waited there and get that order in hand at 5.37 pm. This is not acceptable from a restaurant with this high brand .
