Kaya is a waste of money. The laser hair removal did not work because of staff negligence. And now nobody is taking responsibility. Customer service is bad. Do not go with Kaya for laser hair removal.

I had an excellent experience here. I am going here since 4 years, taking Lazer treatment. The staff behaviour is really good. Everyone is very cooperative.

This is my 2nd session of peel treatment and facial treatment here and the executive Miss Nisha Singh and therapist Ms. Pampa, both are extremely nice and skilled about all skin problems. It is a complete eye-wash. I went there for acne and comedone treatment. But the end result is zero. After 3months of treatment also the result is not really effective. None of my comedones have reduced neither in size not in numbers. They will offer you more and more treatment just to fetch money unnecessarily. Kaya products are good and can be availed online. But it is just e fooling business of different treatments costing 20k and 30k. But at the end the result is complete ZERO. All my money got in vain

The doctor is good but the management staff is terrible. No one talks to each other in the clinic and you waste a lot of time wither waiting for the doctor or chasing after other things. Choose any other venue BUT this.

One of my worst experience ever i spend my Rs18000 over my dark circles and the result is 0... they will just fool you and convince you take some more treatment but totally its not working

I have been experiencing Kaya from many years now and over last few sessions of my Kaya Signature Facial Therapy, which is the most premium and expensive facial at Kaya, I have experienced very unprofessional and disappointing experience. The therapy room was very congested and was constantly making sound of machines in the room. The bed around was surrounded was only machines and felt like a storage room rather than a relaxing therapy room. The quality of products have also deteriorated than much before and the facial massage was also not up to the mark. The whole experience was very dissatisfied and not worth the money! Would not recommend to opt for this branch and facial services !

Kalpana, my therapist is amazing at what she does and is extremely sweet! I have had a wonderful experience with her and I 100% recommend. Priyanka, at the reception is also extremely warm and welcoming! Overall an amazing experience!

Highly unprofessionally managed Clinic, unlike my wonderfully pleasant experience of Kaya in other metro cities over the years. I was made to wait for more than 2 hours despite having an appointment for a facial. Many people who arrived much later than I did, were not only attended to before me, but also left before I could be attended to. Upon enquiring I was told only one room is available which is busy. Leaving me to wonder what stopped them from calling me before I arrived, about informing the situation and expected delay. Speaks volumes about their respect for a customer's time. Also, the clinic had too much commotion, shouting and no wellness/premium feel that I've experienced at other Kaya clinics without fail. It makes me wonder if Kaya's standards have degraded since I last visited the Thane Clinic, which is logically highly unlikely given the short amount of time elapsed. This leaves me with the thought that Kaya as a brand is not keeping a strict quality check on its clinics/employee behaviour and responsiveness to customers in all cities and clearly does not care much about customer experience being consistent. Highly disappointed and alienated with a Clinic I have referred to many of my friends all through the years.

If you want to go for Kaya products then please go for it because the products are amazing.But honesty speaking the services are not value for money.I have spent almost 30 k for my acne treatment(20 k for peels and 10 k for skin care and hair care products).But the money I have spent for services..acne peels..I am not happy with the results.But I want to thank Dr. Tanu Gupta for her extreme care and valuable suggestions.She is the only one reason for that you can go for this clinic.I also want to thank pampa Di for her extreme care during the treatment service.

Nice experience. Opted for hair treatment. Gained a good result in last 6 months. Doctor is very good, she has the knowledge and has the urge to help you understand the problem and solution in detail. Nice staffs including centre manager and others. Clinic is clean enough. Love the goody bags.

Worst experience ever. Don't visit here. YOU CAN visit another outlet of Kaya Skin Clinc but dont go here. I spent 40k on my pigmentation treatment and the result is 0. Doctor herself delay my appointment and lastly ask me to visit kaya's another outlet in Purna Das. She can't able to perform Q-switch actually she has not enough knowledge to perform this. And lastly here doctor convince you to take one after one treatment even you already taken .They just fool you and make money and when I not showing any support to take another treatment. I don't know what they do with my skin in my 2nd last seating all my pigmentation became visible again which was fade by Q-switch . Don't know why this is happening. Totally waste of money

I got 6 facials aqua fairness Luxa from pampa Bhattacharya ....it is really excellent...my skin is very sensitive that's why I am very scared to any facial...but it really worked as magic on my skin which was badly pigmented due to sun tan....I am really happy with the facial and the staff's behaviour specifically pampa ...she just really take care of her client....
