The doctor is good but there is no proper management. I had to wait 2.5 hours to get my eye checked and this was with prior appointment. People who were not present when i was waiting was given priority first. I will not recommend any one to visit here and even not personally visit again. Even after paying the premium private fees if one have to wait hours then irs if no use.

I had got my father’s Phaco surgery done for both of his eyes within a gap of 7 days. It was a seamless experience. Dr Swati Agarwal and her team were extremely professional, polite and courteous. Went to the clinic for different test, but surprised to see that 4 non technical female staffs were present who were not at all capable of doing any kind of eye test. After reaching there they told doctor who will perform the eye test is not present, and one of the female staff desperately did the eye test without having knowledge. Very much unprofessional female illiterate staffs . Very much disappointed

Dr. Swati has done my eye treatment, first for high pressure in both eyes, she did laser in both eyes and high pressure in both eyes is ok now, this was around 6 months back. Now dr. Swati has done cataract surgery in both my eyes, my cataract problem is totally ok now, she has been very kind, cooperative and the operation was done very well, I didn’t feel any pain and post surgery recovery was fast. Later follow ups with dr. Swati was also very good, I like her skills as doctor a lot.

I have got done my Lasik eye surgery(Smile) by Dr. Swati Agarwal on 19th Aug 22'. The surgery was very smooth and fast. It took 1/2 hour in the OT. It is my 2nd day after the surgery and my vision is almost clear,and I am sure that it will be 100% clear after 1 week. My power was -5.25 and -5.75. Dr. and her whole team were highly best at what they were doing. The surgery was done with so much precision and I was treated with so much warmth. I didn't feel scared anytime in the OT. I gone to Sangh Netralaya near to Girishpark through my auncle Dr Rajkumar Kothari and its a charitable trust. I visited Dr Swati. She treated me and my mom well but she given me hell lot of testing which costs to Rs 6100 +300 +300 (consultation charge) and she told me to do this to her clinic only not anywhere else. I asked her to give me discount coz I can't afford this much now as I am jobless from 6 month due to ligament injury but she didnt underestand our problems and she denied and she told pls speak with Dr Kothari. Now tell me why I will speak to my ancle? She is eye doctor. Its her clinic nd she will do test. So for discount why I will please my ancle?? after that she didnot replied I waited for her reply till 6 days. And when i asked her mam u stil didnt repld she blocked me. I have all records of msgs. I can share screenshots too. She is money minder and greedy. She is having too much attitudes. For a patient Doctor is good . If she will not help needy and middle class people than what she will do in life. She can deny me also that I cant gve discnt but instead of that She told me to speak Dr Kothari ji and aftr th.at she blocked me. Pls dont visit to such a greedy doctor its my request to u all becoz midle class people cnt afford this. She visit to that charitable trust to make patient. So cheap.
