It was my first visit to this branch, I use to check-up in Bangalore branch, I was expecting same experience here too but it's was far difference, first of all staff behavior, 1. they are very rude 2. All staffs are money minded, they always try to make your bill high by doing extra test or selling their products etc.. so please be careful of that. 3.They don't maintain patients booking list 4. They're taking online booking but when patient visits there are no records found. 5.Shortage of seating and Shortage of staff because of that patients are getting fight in between, it's a kind of harassment. I went went all the way from Krishnagar and the receptionist was telling me that I have to reschedule my booking though my booking was confirmed, last but not the list Dr. Come very late because of that those are visiting from far for them it's take whole day. Overall my experience wasn't good. 👎

A very good place for comprehensive diabetes treatment and management. My father has been using Dr. Mohan’s services for over 10 years - initially travelling all the way to Chennai. The Kaikhali centre makes it extremely convenient. The staff is courteous and the processes quite streamlined. Recommended for folks in Kolkata, esp in the North.

System prevailing id very good. Hastle free registration and proceedings. Friendly, cooperative assistance staff. Food quality in the cafe is very good and cheap too. Doctor on consultation is quite confident and experienced. Follow up treatment proceedings explained nicely.

Excellent facilities, very cordial staff, excellent management by the doctor too. I have been under treatment and already love the way they treat you, take care of your reports and even follow up with you to ensure appointments are met. The doctor Moumita Bhowmick, the dieticians and other pathology experts too explain everything in detail and happy to answer your queries and educate. They also do not try to sell any dreams and say the realities of the disease openly. Even the attendants take care to follow up for appointments and test reports etc. It was really heart warming, when they call you just to let you know that the sugar reports are low, and you need to take some food. Their approach to holistic diagnosis is commendable. Though this means a lot of extra costs for people, but great if you can afford them. This helps you to be content and know the extent of the damage. 4* only because I believe every one has a scope of improvement. There is some shadow of selling stuff, but that's the reality of every hospital. They won't force you to buy anything at all, it's always your choice.

Great service and supportive staff. Team is understanding and flexible with schedule and reports. They plan and manage most of my schedules and visits. Keep a check on my medical report changes and recommend changes that are also affordable! Overall they have a very supportive team to rely with your health!

i visited this centre first time today. I received treatment from Dr. Moumita Bhowmik. She is a great doctor. listened my situation carefully and prescribed required medicines and suggested that I can get remote advice from her since I live abroad. I bought sufficient medicine till my next visit. The stuff were very well behaved, nice and helpful. I don't remember all the names but i felt warm welcome from Mr Suman pal and Mr Sanjib. No outside reports are accepted here as per their customer service associates. An Hba1c test done from Tata 1MG less than 24 hours ago was termed as not accepted and a new one was mandatory at their centre for a doctor consultation. Pathetic experience with the Voice customer support team and stupid policies which make no sense at all.

No cafeteria, at least they should have coffee vending machine, we have to wait a hell alot to re-visit doctor and can end up ur entire day schedule , staff members are good, neat & clean premises, with all Covid19 security measures. But it would be great if they would act fast in all process.

A place to risk your life! My father was under consultation of Dr. Supriya Datta (One of the most Ill-behaved humanbeing someone can ever come across!) Today my father got his test done, which resulted 123 for Fasting and 249 for PP. We were shocked with the results as my father maintains a regular log of pp and fasting at home using accucheck. When confronted the lab assistant started ignoring him! We requested a random pp test and the result was 143 by glucometer after 1 hr of reqular pp test. (Please note: While executing the test, they were literally throwing the kit out of anger as we asked for a re-test). Very clearly they had misplaced the blood samples!! However, the lab assistants kept covering up by saying the label of glucose went down. Coming to Dr. Supriya Datta, she was literally behaving as if we were some ill-leterates sitting in front of her!! She was soo rude that she went on to tel him that 'You know nothing about Biology, so keep quiet!' Which was highly disrespectful. Is this how a Doctor should respond to his/her patient's query? This clinic displays wrong results along with marketing their not-so-required products to extract unnecessary money from the patient! I would urge everyone to avoid this place. First they do not have basic human ethics, Secondly they are highly careless with their profession. We can now understand most of the reviews given here are fake! As, reviews clearly doesn't meet with the reality.

Today i visit dr.Mohans diabites centre kaikhali at kolkata for the regular check-up of my mother. I saw the bill and there i saw a charge for the PPE charge added on my bill. I ask the co ordinator of that centre why this charge added to my bill they say company policy. I have no issue on the medical bills but why should i i p the charge of PPE because all the medical personnel are the employee of your company.So you are responsible for their safety and pay for their PPE. Don't take this type of charge from the patient party.

I feel very lucky that after my detection of high diabetes count, I was advised rightly to come to the Dr Mohan's Diabetic Centre. My Diabetes has come to fully under control within 5-7 days. Doctor and all the other staff are very helpful and gentle. Will surly recommend to others.

They don't have correct technology to conduct retina test. Plus no radiology and dental section. Also there is no cafeteria. How can a diabetes centre not have proper cafeteria. You expect patient to go early in the morning for fasting and then you give eye drops to patient for retina test. So how a person with blurr vision step down and eat anything for PP and remaining test. Also no food joint is nearby. So Dr Mohans must ensure that these things are rectified at the earliest.
