I want to rate it negative in fact. I went there today with my dad n uncle for some blood tests. We reached a little after 9am. It was almost empty. Two receptionist were there who were constantly calling their other colleagues to make bills n fill forms because they knew absolutely nothing. Then the blood collectors didn't even have a clue what they were doing! One woman still managed to take my samples by calling her colleagues. They don't know the difference between one test from another and couldn't figure out which vials to use to store the blood. Now finally when it was all done and I got back home after two hours, they call me in the afternoon saying sorry ma'am you have to submit fresh samples because the lab rejected the samples that were given this morning!!!! If you dnt have the proper employees to run a place then just dnt open one! Why are you destroying your reputation! Horrible experience. I will request people never to go to this particular branch in sector 3. Never!

Came here for Dr Arnab Ghosh Hazra . His father is a child specialist and everyone treat's him like a God(saviour).. just for that I came here to meet and do checkups for myself.. will share his reviews soon..

The management was very poor and I had a horrible experience with the doctor who was supposed to perform an ultrasound (USG). I had booked a package for the procedure and was given an appointment at 8am on a Monday morning by the receptionist. However, upon reaching the clinic, I was informed that the doctor had changed her timing and would arrive at 9.30am. I had to wait until 10.30am for the doctor to finally show up. To make matters worse, the doctor was impolite and insisted on seeing my previous medical reports before carrying out the USG. This was surprising to me, as I come from a family of doctors and have never encountered such behavior before. After the doctor's rude behavior, I decided to walk out and now have three pending tests with no follow-up appointments scheduled. It seems that the clinic does not care about its patients and is only interested in making money. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience and wonder how doctors can get away with such arrogant behavior!!!

Worst experience. I booked a blood test on Saturday afternoon which needs to be done on Sunday morning so that I can visit dr on Monday. From Suraksha one person tell me over phone that a person will call me at 9pm to confirm the time and took all the details of location and patient. At 9pm home collection representative Mahendra called me and told me that he will be unable to come the next day and any other member is also not available. This is not acceptable at all from a diagnostic centre, they doesn't value our time or preference.

No one receive the helpline number ?

The staffs were very unprofessional and rude plus Suraksha is simple is a money-making machine. They ask you to pay 100 rupees for registration very month. This charge is apart from the doctor consultation fees. They dont accept online payments and force us to pay in cash i have to literally go out and look for atm to get the cash. Accepting payments in cash definitely raise concern for black money

This diagnostics is too good.. Here manager ans support staff's are awesome... Their's Behavior also very good.. They are very helpful..

Test conducted quickly. Clean interior and good enough space inside. Deduction of two Stars because of the reception area mishap. The lady had no idea about insurance partnership with medibuddy hence she demanded cash although it was prepaid untill one senior lady came forward to correct her. Knowledge gap needs to be filled when you are sitting at front desk talking to people who needs Medical attention. I will check in few months again and edit my review if it goes all well. 01/12/2023 As promised, will come back after visiting again. Now I changed it to 2* from 3*. The attitude of the staffs in front desk is demeaning and negative. Very casual approach and rude behaviour both on call and in person. This isn't improving at all. Don't wish to visit again... Already messed up in few aspects, trying to clarify.

There is no proper way of appointment to a doctor।। At first they take appointment via phone।। after coming to the centre the staffs are telling that appointment is not done।। The behaviour of the staffs are very rude and unprofessional also।

Very poor...given an appointment of 1130h for USG..waiting almost 2 hr..doctor not available and not telling the correct picture...everytime you ask.. they say 10mins. You are empty stomach with your bladder full...this is a torture..and all your plans are disturbed.. Not coming back ever again.

Their helpline is not trained and misguided me. No coordination with helpline and centres. I booked an appointment for my wife over phone at no. 1, but after arriving today surprised to find that her name not appearing in list. Except one lady all others have no manners to talk too. They do not have the decency to accept their mistakes.

I have been to many hospitals and health centers and I can confirm that it is one of the worst healthcare centers in Kolkata. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They keep gossiping among themselves and don't attend to queries of the waiting patients. The place has no system in place to regulate the waiting list of the patients. There is no chance you will be able to see the doctor at allotted time and you will have to wait minimum 2 hours. Don't even think of visiting this place if you have a serious condition. Never visiting this hell again.

Never book Albert Dawn.. He is so unprofessional don’t know why he got doctors degree.. Yesterday (11th February 2023) i had a appointment at 6pm but he was not in the diagnostics centre.. Reception staff was call him from 6.30pm that time he told he will come by 7.30 . So we agreed as am suffering with fever and waiting for doctor came but time gone he did no came finally at 8pm when reception staff called him he told don’t be hurry ask the patient to book appointment for some others day.. A worst doctor I have ever seen, he don’t have any social responsibility. I suggest you Mr Albert Dawn get retirement for your service if you are not capable to provide. Also do a fraud business as you are a big liar. Fees is 800 but you are not capable for 50rs..

One star for location as you have to give rs 40 for parking the car this is the first time I had to give rs 40 for doctor appointment.why will i go there when i can easily go for the checkup to other place and to the same doctor .

Went for doctor consultation on last week. . All the staffs are very nice. They help me a lot to get the consultation and required test done on that day. I will recommend everyone to go to this center for any type of testing.

The behaviour of the nursing staff was very rude. You are interacting with patients, sick and elderly people. Learn to be polite and professional.

My patient had USGs here in Suraksha JC blk, but the report given by thier Radiologist Dr Joshi is below standard, typing errors found for important parameters by my consulting Doctor. On revisting,even the radiologist too accepted that the device is not the latest/upgraded, rather they have been using for last 6-8 yrs. I request Surakha team to look into this and please arrange multiple validation/checkings the important reports(life risk) bfre issuing to patient. Thanks & Regards,

I had one of the worst experiences of my life while visiting a doctor two days back. People had to literally fight with each other and push for getting in front of the door. Even the doctor was upset with the management system. The management itself wasn't able to follow a single rule. People were almost about to hit the receptionists. Suraksha needs to look into the matter and resolve this problem immediately. Suraksha has also started charging Rs 100 for any doctor's appointment if the time gap exceeds 1 month. They are making a hole in patients' pckets by charging excessive registration fees.

We went on a Saturday. The people at the reception were nice. I had to wait with my 9 year old son. We were seeing a child specialist. Eventually our number came. The doctor said that my child had sinusitis and was developing Asthma though later we found out there was no asthma. Anyways we were asked to buy an inhaler which was a steroid. I protested that my child had no problem with coughing but the doctor insisted that it happens when my child is tired. He Also gave my child blood tests. Most of the blood tests were available in Suraksha which was nice. The nurse who was taking the blood sample was nice with my son. Overall the people were nice and my experience was good but the only problem I faced was the doctor. He continued to insist that my son was developing asthma though his chest was clear.

It is 100% unorganised, they make patients wait for 1 or 2 hours for pregnant women irrespective of fasting. Very bad experience.

Good diagnosis center and polyclinic , located above subway but I don't appreciate them accepting only cash as fee for doctor's consultation.

My experience is not very bad. My father using this facility from beginning. Over all so so. Few of the front desk facility is good, rest are pathetic. I think management told them they need to pay if they behave good with customers.

USG facility should be improve,mainly the waiting period.The report does not holding detail information.
