HDFC bank of Bangur Avenue don't provide service at all. You have to stand for hours in the queue in this pandemic. Still after standing for hours they provide wrong details. All the employees are just busy with their own stuffs talking to each other and just warning the chairs. With a very sad and disheartened way I'm saying this that this is the worst branch of HDFC the bangur one. How can one get a job in the bank if he/she is not capable of doing the work. They type wrong details they provide wrong sheets. Today itself I received a wrong FD ammount in the sheet they gave me.

Worst service... I suggest never ever open a bank account in HDFC bangur branch... No calls attended... Disgusting services... First it took more than 15 days to open a account which they told would take 7 days... Then they took 7-8 days in activating net banking facility.... Now it's more than 10 days they have not activated TPT option and I am unable to do transactions. Called more than 100 times.. got no response.... Watsaap the issues...all were ignored.

Worst service even pathetic than government banks as most of the time my account manager Mr Vikram Das is busy in training programs or other times he enjoys holidays. Even branch manager doesn't bother if the customer is not satisfied with their service!

Pathetic service. These people cannot even open a simple salary account in time. It has been like 1 week still the account is under process. Pathetic. Guys if you do not want to waste your time please do not visit this branch. Otherwise you will suffer.

I am fed-up of this branch now. No one understands anything they only stick to want they know and half of them don't know anything. They cannot help the customers bcoz they won't even listen to them. I am a student and ye log meko naya naya scheme mai uljhaya Jaa rha hai. My acc has been debited with some amount bcoz of their fault. Now they are asking me to close this account and totally open a new account. Worstttt experience with this HDFC branch. Someone really needs to look into this. Never Never: Docket id: 345484347, We opened this account last year and used this account for 6-8 months and after some time you stopped the online options. We visited 4-5 times physically to branch as they promised to solve the issue. All the time they are calling us to visit the branch, but at last nothing happened. In this digital era, it's a shame on you that the branch person calls the directors to visit the branch. Do you know the cost of the travel and time for two directors to visit the branch FOR NOTHING? We are requesting you to share with us the written confirmation of the bank account closure ( we can't bear any penalty, it's your fault ) as soon as possible , else we need to go to the lawyer against the branch persons.

Too cheap behaviour....pls dont make any fd or account on this...i had lost my 2 lakh..due to cheater bank...pls help me..plz give my money back....

Extremely slow and pathetic processing time for a basic credit card. Repeated mistake and lethargy on part of mr Shayarneel Basak and Mr Rittick Poddar. They will use sugarcoated words for you to open an account but then disappear at times of service. Go to nearby Axis or Bandhan Bank instead !!
